Grand Incentives *** is a scam as far as I am concerned. I attended the ** Auto show, where o spun the wheel at a booth and supposedly won 2 free trips. I picked Oahu and Scottsdale. However, nearly a year later they are still dangling me by the hook, have $75 of my money and keep denying my trip dates. I attended their 2 hour seminar, drove an hour and a half each way also basically wasted an entire day of my life and now I cant even get my promised trips OR my money back (which they promised both)! I keep submitting dates and they just keep denying them. And according to their policies Im supposed to have priority status by now but nope! Ive submitted probably 8 dates or more and all are denied. And the only time they ever called me was to try to upgrade me for more money. ( NOt part of the agreement) at this point, I either want them to commit to my trip dates or give me my money back, neither of which they have offered to do. At this point I think I need your help. I have even reached out to them to demand my money back or give me my due trips and they just ignored me.Initial Complaint

This company promised a free hotel stay if I attended their timeshare presentation. After the presentation, I filled out the paperwork for the free hotel stay and send them a $50 check which they requested as tax deposit. Ultimately, they kept telling me my selected travel dates are not available and never gave me the free hotel stay. However, they still have my tax deposit for a trip that never happened and Id like that money back. I cant reach them on the phone. Thank you.Initial Complaint

We were supposed to receive a 2 night/3 day trip in exchange for a timeshare tour and a $25 money order. We sat thru the entire tour, drove there, took our day to do this. We then sent the $25 money order to cover taxes for the trip. They have denied every single date possible for the trip anywhere in **********. They are now not answering any of their phone lines.Initial Complaint

As required, I mailed in the registration form but they still say they did not receive it. They asked me to email the copy i kept so I did. Now they say they may not honor it????Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 2/28/25 Amount of Money Paid: $2499.00 2 year membership for free trips/discounted vacations, this was a Zoom Call from their "office in *********"Per their cancellation policy I had at least 72 hours to cancel after purchasing. I called on Sunday March 2nd and March 3rd. During this time, I called direct number to cancel. The message when I called the number stated "is not available at this time". I tried several other numbers and employees kept redirecting me to yet another number to call.I was finally able to speak to someone from ****************** and she stated the phones were turned off office due to sudden death in the office. After demanding several times for a refund I was verbally told she would refund my money. Since that time I have never received an email to confirm cancellation and no refund has been given. I did dispute the charge with my ********* credit card; however, they have not been able to resolve the issue.Business Response

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, Leisure Time Passport was able to speak with Ms. **** ********* to discuss and review the concerns mentioned on the Better Business Bureau Consumer Complaint. Leisure Time Passport explained that we are a separate company from the company where she obtained the vacation package from. Leisure Time Passport reviewed some of our programs to provide a better understanding of our functions, but the account had previously been cancelled. Ms. ********* was advised that we do not have access to payments for transactions that are not conducted nor collected by us and do not appear in the account, and that we do not sell, manage nor operate any resorts, properties or vendors. Attached is the March Statment from my ********* credit card.
The negative $ ******* is the conditional credit from the bank while the dispute was opened with my credit card.
There is no transaction from 3/19/25 as the merchant has stated. My credit card closed my dispute as it is an issue between myself and the merchant.

I am contacting you again requesting a refund in the amount of $2,499.00. This has been ongoing since the end of February and early March 2025. I have submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the ************************ after multiple phone calls with empty answers.I did file a dispute with my ************************ due to the inappropriate fraudulent like behaviors of the above stated companies. My credit card company's investigation found I would need to resolve any matters myself with the merchants since it was a valid charge; hence, the charge was put back on my credit card.I have attached the following:- My credit card statements from March 2025 and April 2025
- Citi Card Reference number for charge of $2,499.00 from 2/28/25 is 89108991
- Citi Card reference number for the REVERSE CHARGE ( SENT BACK TO YOU) in amount of $2,499.00 is SMFZYP00
- Dispute letter from Citi Card
- Email from Leisure Time Passport stating a refund was sent to CIti Card - per Citi Card there is no record of this transaction

Received a travel certificate for 4 free nights vacation from attending a time share presentation at the Worldmark ********. I had to mail in a $50 check and complete specific criteria within a short deadline all by postal mail in order to receive my certificate. Everytime I submitted the dates for travel, I received a response that my dates were unavailable or invalid. I also was offered other locations for a fee for locations and dates not selected. They tried to sell me an expensive vacation which is not what I originally expected or wanted. There are no hotels or vacation homes available without an additional fee. This company is a complete scam.Initial Complaint

I agreed to join a zoom meeting and listen to a sales pitch. In return, I was promised $300 in flight credits and a promotional trip. The company was very responsive up until I declined the sale, now they've refused to answer any outreach related to the promised trip.Business Response

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience the customer may have experienced. We have reviewed the complaint and acknowledge that the $250 GrandAir should been automatically generated upon completion of the zoom presentation. It appears that there was a glitch of some type in the system concerning this individual customer causing the on-line certificate not to be generated. Our quality service team has reviewed this claim and immediately sent out the Grand Air certificate to the customer via email today. We believe this taken action resolves the customers ******************** complaint and it is our hope that this complaint will be closed out as per the response provided.Customer Answer

I was given a certificate to book a free 3 day 2 night vacation through Grand Incentives. I went through their process to book by mailing in their forms and a $50 money order for a tax deposit I ended up NOT booking my free trip through them because they were trying to then ask for almost $300 more. They said my tax deposit would be returned to me by a check in the mail and it never was.Business Response

We have recently mailed the attached check # ***** in the amount of $50.00 for the refund of their deposit. Customer should be receiving the check any day now. We had a timeshare presentation voucher for trip to ******. Paid the $50 deposit and sent form by mail. 2 days later the check was deposited but no notice from Grand Incentives. I had to follow up with them a week later and they said it was voided due to dates not being valid (no expiration date was provided!) No notice was sent about this but they took the money anyway. Then they offered to allow me to submit another date, but also said Hawaii is no longer an option. I agreed to ******* location but they said they cannot confirm that they will book and pay for the it. Basically, they do not honor their vouchers, they make you jump through ridiculous hoops to see if you'd give up and just waste your time and money. I saw other reviews on this company after. This company is a scam. They pose as a legit company and take people's moneys without providing service or any goods.Business Response
