  I had a plumbing problem and an A/C problem, since Cool Today does both I thought I use them and only get one service charge, wrong. The plumbing person came out on time and I could understand him even with his accent. We finally got the same understanding about why I called Cool Today. I just needed my water heater anode rod loosened so I could see what condition it was in. The technician got the anode loose and I could see how much material had fallen off the rod. When I first called in I was told it would probably cost $59.00. When the tech was ready to leave he stated that $59.00 figure was for the shop only, I was going to be charged $171.00 for this job. He told me $171.00 was the minimum charge for a Cool Today plumber. Soooo, if you think the job you have for them is at least worth $171.00 you might consider using them. Now the A/C problem. I couldn't understand this A/C technician, I don't know which country he was native to but I didn't speak his language. Anyway, I wanted a spring tune up on my A/C, I was given a figure of $89.00 for this. The technician did his work then the bill came due. The tech stated I needed some refrigerant, I asked him how much for the refrigerant, he entered some numbers on his computer and showed it to me. About $600.00+. Wow. I told the tech no thanks. I ended up being charged $89.00. Later I found out the system only holds three pounds of refrigerant. Cool Today's charge for refrigerant is rather steep. I'd suggest you go somewhere else for plumbing and A/C work.

  Cool today plumbing was amazing! Not only did they quickly respond to our emergency, they were able to provide a solution that was more efficient, less costly and did less damage to my fathers home. Finally, they left the area around the repairs, in better condition than it was before.********************** and ******, were professional, and provided expert service. Another company offered a much less efficient and more costly solution than Cool plumbing. They also suggested a process that would have done much more damage than necessary.Thank you ******!!!   We had a Plumbing Safety Inspection performed and documented with a very useful 15-page description and photographic record of each of the various fixtures examined, together with a color-coded (green-yellow-red) assessment of the condition of each. It will help us plan necessary repair work.

  **** who came to get my new refrigerator working was very knowledgeable. He told me what he was doing as he got things working as I knew nothing about plumbing. I will ask for him if I need a plumber again. He was very professional and organized.
