DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! OUR COMMUNITY GATES HAVE BEEN WIDE OPEN FOR OVER *********************************************************************************************** THE INTERIM THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SECURITY TO SAFE GUARD OUR RESIDENTS! THEY JUST DONT CARE!WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO COMPLAIN YOU GET SOME AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT DOES NOTHING!IN MY OPINION THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID! We are sincerely apologetic for the unprecedented outage that recently impacted your community’s gates. Our teams worked around the clock to restore operations completely, but while doing so, we did have to open the gates at your location to ensure residents could easily access their homes as well as ensure emergency vehicles wouldn’t be prevented from entering in any way. Additionally, all impacted sites will be credited for the outage, and this information was provided to designated contacts for your community.
We’re disappointed to hear that you feel your voice hasn’t been heard, but we only see two cases (one additional call) in our system showing that you contacted. One was in reference to the recent disruption, and the other indicating assistance needed in June 2024. All email and phone inquiries and questions are tracked in our system, but if you believe any have been overlooked, please contact ********@enverasystems.com. We would appreciate an opportunity to address any concerns you may have.

Envera has been terribly unreliable. Their technology is regularly malfunctioning and gates remain wide open for weeks at a time. They do not provide the service that is being paid for and relied upon. Would not recommend..Envera Systems

If there are other incidents where you know gates were open for an extended period of time, please provide the dates so that we can look into these in more detail. While there are many factors that can impact gate functionality, we strive to communicate with designated community contacts for each site on these events, including the most recent one. Operations were restored for your community and your community notified with regard to the recent disruption. 1 starOur community has had nothing but problems with this system. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. At this time there is a system wide outage with no answers from the company. Do not get this system!! We have even had emergency vehicles not get entry. It is a mess!Review fromJESSICA F

1 starI wish I could give 0 stars! This entire system is faulty and awful! We just went live in April 24 they have yet to give us fully functional equipment! Yet they continue to charge and charge for repairs of things that havent worked for longer than a day or two consistently. If you are thinking of this system RUN RUN! They will sell you something and deliver nothing! Their contract is one sided and they are awful for customer service! They dont care about their customers just your money! They let people in not on your list and turn away people on your list! Its a complete joke! How is this company still allowed to be in business!?! Completely ripping off communities all over *******! Their customer service creates & closed cases before even looking into it! Virtual guards dont process people correctly repeatedly! The sales people told our community oh yes you can have 2 lanes to monitor visitors and residents etc no one measured to see we dont have the required ft in the openings for this type of system! A bunch of sales pitches and nothing to back it up!!Review fromMary S

I live in the Delray Harbor Club. Envera at the end of last year installed both a gate system as well as a Cellgate building entry system. Neither has worked consistently since installation. For example this weekend on Friday night the gate arms were stuck half way open and the building entry control wouldn't work. One door was totally unlocked and the front doors were accessed only by some of the residents access codes. The dialer and access for deliveries wouldn't work at all. AGAIN. This happens often (at least every other week. The selection of Envera was clearly a huge mistake. I wonder if they saw this site or others where the reviews are the worst. Not even one review higher than a 1 star. WOW.. You would think the owners would see these reviews and question their staff at what the heck was going on inside their company. Guess not. Shameful. If a crime occurs i'll be the first one in line to testify against them. As they say "Govern yourself accordingly!"Envera Systems

Seriously??? You have some nerve replying like that! "Committed to partering" and you were "on site Monday" ???? The gates became inoperable on Friday night and your staff said there was nothing they could do other than put in a repair ticket for your "repair ***** which only works Monday-Friday 9-5. You say "even better service in the future." ??? Read the reviews here and on other sites. No one has given you more than ONE STAR. If this were my company i'd be focused on getting my company fixed!! And re your statement about "occasional equipment failures" is ludicrous. This type of thing has REPEATEDLY happened probably every other week since it was installed. When it does it makes it very difficult to access our own condos !! I suspect this wouldn't happen at YOUR home !! Shameful that you run your company this way. I'll be sure to let everyone I know and come in contact with about the way you operate.Review fromMichael L
