4 starsAlthough the initial response time can be slow the occasions we have needed assistance both technicians we worked with, ********* and *******, have been helpful and knowledgeable. 5 starsOur experience with Stewart Signs was excellent. Good service and timely responses from sales representative. Forty days from contract signing to complete self help installation. Sign is well constructed and eye appealing. Thanks to ******************* for her outstanding support in getting this project completed in a timely and professional manner. 5 stars** service provider was professional and well versed in this program. He was patient and provided lots of guidance with the layout of the program. As a school administrator, time is limited so appreciation is given for those who are understanding of the demands of a school site. 1 starWe started the process of designing a sign and getting it install. This has been a terrible experience and Poor feedback after they collect the deposit for half. We started in June 2023 and as of February 2024. the sign is still not installed. With many calls and poor feedback. I would not recommend this company in the future. 1 starThis company's last 12 months of reviews tell all that you need to know. They sell a sign and for an additional fee they will install it and offer 5 years of wireless service for the sign. The sign is not working, is not connected, has wires hanging down everywhere, has no connected wireless service and won't even turn on. 5 starsI have dealt with this company for many years, on new signs and old. They have always been reliable, friendly and helpful when I call in to support from *********************** who is very knowledgeable when I have problems to ********************* who is always friendly to help when I need parts right way to fix an issue. They are so helpful with training new people on sign command and always go far above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. ***** equipment is great well made last so long and even longer because of there well supported parts. Would recommend to any one looking for a company that is reliable, trustable, and cares about there customers.
