Susan P I usually do not pick up calls from numbers I am not familiar with but oh well. I experienced the same pushy people wanting a donation for an organization I knew nothing about. I just went on this website to find out sooo many people with bad reviews. I am not donating either and I will sent their statement back with a note saying BAD REVIEWS and NOT BBB ACCREDITED - NO DONATION

My Advice - Hang Up Immediately when someone claims to be repreenting the National Police and Trooper Association.I keep getting robo-calls from some deep voice saying they represent the National Police and Trooper Association even though every time I hang up when I hear someone claim they represent the NPTA. All the local law enforcement I've asked about the organization tell me they never heard of it - except for the "scam" phone calls they also receive.

I agree very ****, trying to demand I give them my credit card information. NOPE. Told them to send a request by mail and I would donate $25.00. I wanted to check them out. I'm not sending anything. I will donate to my local. I agree to no stars if I could.

Get a call every week. I keep blocking and telling them not to call me but I keep getting calls from a different number. Same voice every time and he doesn't want to take no for an answer. I'm on the national do not call list. This is ridiculous ??

I asked several times for them to stop calling me and remove me from the list. They still call.

NPTA uses heavy hard-pressure solicitation for donations! I support **** but refuse to give to those who DEMAND a contribution... very similar to how BLM solicit funds: guilty & ***********************

Because I thought they were much to high pressure I decided to check them out further. I am not surprised by the other comments provided by others. Glad I did, now they get $0.00.Totally unprofessional. Note that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, also no mention if they are a non-profit organization.************

Repeated calls. When I ask to send information by mail, they pushed back. I did finally receive information and it was to the wrong name. Too suspicious for me. I will donate to my local police.

I like to help the police department I don't mind at all. I offered $25 donation to this place and then I found out it was a scam.Very little of that money goes to the police they're supposed to help.I backed out of my donation to them because I found out they were fraudulent.Since then I get hundreds of phone calls every day from scammers and advertisers.I didn't have this problem for talking to them. They sold my number and they will sell yours too to make their money to line their pockets. Support your local police department! That way you know you're not going to get ripped off

Scam - Block Callers & Forget. Thought every once in few months - I end up picking up a call from a new number and I block afresh. Since there is no scope to give a Zero-Star for such a shady set up - I ended up giving one-star.
