      Had such an amazing experience with SunBelt Hone Solutions! The education I received regarding the CoolWall exterior coating on my home and its benefits was eye opening! I even received help with my HOA. They truly took care of everything and even went back to inspect their job once it was finished. I truly appreciated their professionalism and a job well done! Happy customer here!

      We recently had a full-house install of hurricane impact windows done by this company at our Sarasota homeand the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. If you're looking for impact-resistant windows, storm window installation, or energy-efficient hurricane windows in ********, ***************, or **************, look no further.**** ***** led the installation crew, and he was absolutely phenomenal. His attention to detail, professionalism, and care for our home were unlike anything we've experienced with typical Florida contractors. **** and his team worked around our self-playing Steinway piano (a very expensive piece!) with the utmost precision, protected every inch of our home, and left no trace of construction dust or debris.The windows themselves are top-qualityMiami-Dade rated, energy-efficient, and built to withstand Florida storms. But what really stood out was the craftsmanship and respect shown throughout the job.If you want impact windows installed right the first time, and you're tired of the usual Florida contractor nonsense, this is the team to ******* ask for **** ***** by name. Best contractor experience **** had in *******, hands down.

      Horrible experience. Be aware of the 3 card ***** approach. I had **** come out and show me a paper folded in half with a 40k quote for some windows and a slider. It also had 3 different finance options. When I said I wanted to think about it they said oh well we didn't apply your discounts yet and then on the flip side they write 32k and proceeded to bring it down again after a bit to 25k. If I had agreed to the original 40k that's what would have been done. I also received 2 follow up calls trying to have new **** come out and offer further discounts. When I said I was uncomfortable with what was going on I was rudely hung up on. Very unprofessional. My biggest problem even more than the disrespect is that the public is being taken advantage of by being offered and we are all probably paying different prices for the same thing just because of what they can get you to agree too. Please be aware as I hate to see people get taken advantage of.

      I personally called **** to discuss his experience with Sunbelt. He voiced his concerns and how he felt about the appointment along with how the presentation made him feel. After hearing **** and agreeing with him that the experience would have garnished the same feelings to me, I explained to him how the appointment was supposed to be conducted and how the representative in the home did not follow company procedures. I explained in depth how our expectations for delivering investment options are trained and managed along with our internal agreement review process is conducted. After hearing how Sunbelt trains and expects our appointments to be conducted, he admitted to me that he felt that Sunbelt aims to uphold a quality experience for our customers and that this was simply a failure of the representative to follow company practices. I committed to him that I would take this as a training opportunity to strengthen our in home communication with customers and reinforce our expectations of our representatives to conduct themselves according to our CORE Values. **** closed the call with me letting me know that he would appreciate an invite to the grand opening of our new corporate offices and if he chose to proceed with Sunbelt, that he would do so directly with me. Based on the conclusion of our call, I believe that this review was written prior to our call.

      ****** ********* from Sunbelt Home Solutions did a wonderful job on on checking my windows, my storm door and front door to see if they needed replaced. He saw that I only needed a front window and my storm door and my front door needed replaced. He went through everything with details on what they offer. He was so honest, trustworthy and understood my concerns in every way and did a wonderful job on everything. I was only going to get an estimate from him today, but he did such a great job with working with me on everything, that I signed a contract with him to have Sunbelt Home Solutions to do the work for me. I highly recommend ****** ********* and Sunbelt Home Solutions to anyone. Once the work is done I'll write another review then as well

      Very efficient and professional. showed up at 9 am and installed 12 windows by 12 pm.. very friendly and also helped me adjust a French door. I would definitely hire them again.

      ***** ****** came to our home and gave an excellent presentation about TexCote CoolWall. He pointed out areas on the exterior that needed attention and explained the entire process. We decided to go ahead and make the investment. The process was incredible. The crew did an excellent job, starting with the power washing to the exterior repair, then the priming and finallly the finish coating. Our home looks ten times better and we are very happy. Our contact person throughout the project, ******** answered any questions and took care of any concerns. We thank ***** and the crew for the great job that was done. We would highly recommend SunBelt.
