  First off I'm very pleased with my wondows and sliders. Every person I have dealt with is very helpfull and always fives me the information I'm requesting in a timely ************ I spoke with ******** ****** and she gave me the correct information I needed.Also the gentlemen who installed the doors and window were great!

  Outstanding.. service and work from beginning to today has been professional and done within time expected.We purchased new hurricane windows and sliding doors throughout our home to add protection and reduce energy cost.Both have been accomplished.

  Sunbelt Home Solutions was in my neighborhood and made me aware of extensive cracks in my home’s stucco. I made an appointment to have someone explain the Tex-Cote Cool Wall permanent solution and I felt it was necessary to protect my investment. The entire process was expertly facilitated through my HOA by Kenyatta ****** and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kenyatta was very attentive and provided a level of customer service that was second to none. I definitely recommend Sunbelt Home Solutions for their quality products and service at every project stage.

  On September 12 I had Sunbelt come to my home to explain there product everything went fine I applied for a lone and was approved and I signed a contract for them to do the work . I was also told the I have 3 days to cancel if I wanted. The 3 day period ended o Tuesday September 17. On Saturday September 14 we had a car accident and the car was totaled. I call the number on the business card and left a message for ****** ******** and explained what had happened. I again called Mr ******** on Monday the 16 and did speak to him and told him I needed to cancel the contract and he said no problem. Since then I have not gotten my deposit of 100 dollars back and proof the the loan was canceled. Now when I call no one is answering the phone.

  I just verified in our system that Mrs. ******* project was indeed cancelled in our CRM on 9/16, voiding her obligation to move forward with her project. The original $100 deposit took a couple of days to clear the payment processing system and land in our account. As is normal practices, we hold 10 business days on processing refunds for issue in case the customer places a refund dispute with their credit card company at the same time that we send out a paper refund check. We process refund checks out of our accounting department on that Friday, which was today. The check was confirmed cut and mailed out to Mrs. ***** from our St. **** office today and should arrive in her mailbox in a few days.

  We used Sunbelt Home Solutions to replace 5 windows for my parents master bedroom that were damaged in ****************** a great company! From the initial phone call to the office - the staff I spoke with ********, ****** and Kinyada- all were very helpful, pleasant and professional. I called a number originally that was not in my local area. As they have more that one location in **** They dispatched salesman ****** ********, he did the measuring and explained the ordering process and next steps. A very nice, knowledgeable guy. Going forward the company was always in constant communication keeping us apprised as to who was showing up and when. That was truly appreciated because my parents are elderly and they were very accommodating and understanding. The windows were installed - unfortunately I didnt get the name of the installer. However they were neat and thorough and the windows are beautiful. The price was fair. Last but certainly not least the final person that I communicated with the most to coordinate inspection of the windows and final administrative steps was **** ******. Towards the end it was difficult on my end to schedule inspection that coincided with my parents availability. Drea went above and beyond to assist in scheduling the final stage of the project. Her patience, professionalism, humor and understanding was much appreciated. Great company and process from being to end. Highly recommend

  Our journey with Sunbelt started a bit rough but it was purely technical on my part. With the help of *****************************, we or she got our paper work going. All but one of our windows were installed by two young men, that knew what they were doing and did it in a timely and neat fashion.Now, we have been in touch again with ******** and are on our way to final inspection.We cant find anything to complain about, pleased with our 13 new windows.*** and ************

  The guys spent three days installing 12 new windows on my home. They did a fantastic job! They even fixed the hole in the front of my home that was caused by hurricane *** and subsequently broke the window next to the impact. I now have beautiful windows complete with trim that I am proud of. My neighbors are also very impressed with their work and the quality of the windows installed. I highly recommend this company for any window repair you require. Thanks guys!

  We recently had Sunbelt Home Solutions Texcoat our house. Our house looks amazing. The presentation and the crew that did the work were great to work with. Everyone was very professional and kept us apprised of the "next" steps. We would recommend you check out this option for your house.

  ************************** and ***** are the cogs that are going to make the new company Known as Sunbelt Home Improvements attempt to break into the tough Florida market and take market share from the well-established competitors, they face who have been her for many more years than Sunbelt who just moved from ********** to ******* recently. The establish completion is known widely by people like me who have been here for 60 years. These associates are the grease that made my customer experience possible without these three associates am not sure my experience would have been as smooth as it was. Immediately took my calls always professional attentive and eager to answer and facilitate any issue how small or large it was. I request a letter of recognition put in their file recognizing the for the professionals they are because the attempt to break into an established market with fantastic competitors will not be successful without these associate's. Large pay increase so they can afford to purchase a home for themselves, and family is need as Florida home prices are almost unreachable currently and will not go down as so many wealthy have realized the sunshine state is where everyone want to be and promotion as well as if they were in upper management positions the transition for Sunbelt to break into established market will go faster and smother. Thanks to all 3 associates from this very happy customer!!!!!!!!!

  ******* Who helped me with everything concerning the new windows from her employer ********************** home improvements is an asset to ********************** i believe she is such an asset she is irritable and ********************** is lucky to have her. Also I believe after working with Natalie ********************** is unaware that a higher position in the company. I also request a letter of recommendation put in her file on *************************** behalf so when she comes up for review she gets a very l;arge pay increase and i suggest a company car and i suggest A car of her choice all expenses paid in cluding but not limited to fuel cell phone and a stipend enough for her to buy her clothes of her choice and take customers to private box venues for food ball/nfl/hockey/concerts a anywhere ********************** does current at present and anywhere they expand to in *******. She lives in *********************** and we were talking about the *********** we both love to visit that sunbelt furnish admittance tickets to take prospective customers as well as family and friends she is that valuable to ********************** and having been running massive in Hlorida such as ********* Elaborateness ********************* incorporated in 1945 /****** Industeries out of ********* **** started with 1 dump truck developing into the largest Ready Mix concrete family ow in the ***/Kraft Construction and had these perk.
