This company cold-called me in December ********************************************************************************************************************************************** more visibility, to which I agreed. Since then, I have received probably ***** more calls from other companies claiming to provide the same service, all saying the same thing, that my business name wasnt showing up on the top five digital search platforms and wanting me to pay them for what I already paid this company to do. I should have researched Apex at the time, but now I see that the BBB reports 76 complaints in the last 3 years about similar issues. On 4/2/2025 I emailed the company representative who sold me the service but no reply. The next day, I emailed the companys general email address, explained the situation and requested a full refund. I got a reply the same day that they were looking into the matter, but nothing since then. I just want my money back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:All their response said was that "this account was flagged for review and they would reach out to me." I received a voicemail message from ********* in **************** on 4/15/2025. Due to some medical issues, I was not able to call back right away. But I returned the call on 4/25/2025. No answer, and I left a voicemail message. I tried again this morning, 4/28/2025. Again, no answer, and I left a voicemail message.

Received half dozen calls today from a "VMS" "AZM" and "AMS" - Referring directly as ******************************** Names I spoke with were Joy, ***** ***** ***** ****, *******.They verballed refused to remove me from their list of people to call and had zero information who I was, what my business was called, etc.Only when providing fake business information, in an effort to speak with their "Keyword Specialist" in hopes I could get removed from their list. After all, I am on the national do not call list. Finally spoke with a man named ***** requesting to be removed and his answer to me was "If you don't want to be called, then register you business with us"Albeit I provided the *** phone number as my "real company phone number" - which he picked up on and I called them out for being a scam and operating in borderline nefarious ways. After seeing they have 75 BBB complaints in 12 months, it only confirmed my belief.***** continued to finally rattle off my personal address and full name, which seemed in a way to retaliate and strong arm me, when I mentioned if I don't get removed from their list, I would pursue legal action.Clearly a scam, or at the very least bordering poor ethical operations. I just wish to be removed from their list, seeking any legal action would be exhaustive. They know this and are happy to take advantage of that.I'm sure a lot of these numbers are spoofed, but here are the numbers that have called me to date. They did confirm they were out of Stuart ********************** ************** ************** ************** They use a strategy of calling and hanging up, so that you call back. At which point a call is immediately connected, without ring, to an associate with an accent reads off an identical script. They will not pass you on to a keyword specialist until they have grabbed enough "info" from you. The keywork specialist has more access to the lead record and essentially bait and switch the call.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:They may have been contacting me on my ****** voice number, which is why it may not be showing up in their call records.
Please have them also review the following number, which is my barely-used business number: **************
Up until yesterday afternoon, I was still receiving calls from them, and when requesting to be removed, a lady (whos name escapes me) was very nasty as said "no **** I did not just dial a number ending in 1956" and implied heavily that she did indeed make calls, but to another phone number. Which got me thinking, it was my ****** Voice number. I wish for this number to also be registered to their do not call list.
Sincerely,

Apex Media Solutions uses many different Robo calling devices. Be aware there are 75 very recent consumer complaints about this company. They get your credit card for initial $199 charge promising a better online presence for your company. I immediately canceled after investigating all the complaints from consumers. I canceled my credit card and told Capital Ine my story after Apex Media Solutions charged $3688 to my credit card.I am trying to help others and warn consumers to avoid Apex Media Solutions. This has been a terrible use of my time and energy disputing, filing official complaints and contacting my state ******************* yourself and your business from making a bad decision and do not give Apex Digital Solutions your credit card information. They will avoid you and they spend their time fighting 100s of credit card disputes and complaints.Business Response

Upon review within 24 hours of purchase we emailed the welcome packet along with access to the client dashboard for Mr. ************ We were in direct communication with Mr. ***** as outlined during his enrollment and then on February 4th for his first scheduled appointment following the purchase. We find that our steps to resolve this were handled exactly as the company should. Especially due to the consistent communication regarding the initial concerns and attempting to review the work that had been started and completed since January 31, 2025. Continued communication was attempted without any knowledge of Mr. ***** opening a dispute with his bank. Once this was disclosed we still continued communication to try to resolve this outside of the financial institutions. Our opportunity to resolve this matter in a timely manner or within company guidelines were revoked when Mr. ***** opened a fraud dispute as we are unable to follow proper procedure that way. A fraud dispute is always taken very seriously by our company and our bank. We wish to close this complaint as we consider it resolved to the best of our ability at Apex Media.Initial Complaint

After spending thousands of dollars with Appex on thing after thing that was supposed to get my ****** ranking up **** promised me that if I had them redo my website for a one time payment of $699 that it would get my ranking up. When I read the contract it looked like they were charging me $100 per month for in addition in addition to that price but **** assured me that I did not have to continue doing the hundred dollars a month I could transfer that to my own hosting within a month or two. On July 3rd I went ahead and lot them do it. ( and **** was (promoted disappeared shortly after) and they make it almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in the company. 0n the 28th of march I was finally able to talk to *********** about getting my site back be said I had to pay $100 per month for a year first but after processing the matter he said he would go ahead and send it back to me. I never received anything and now my domain is not even connected he is not responding to phone calls or emailsBusiness Response

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ***********, also known as Apex Media Solutions, due to their incessant and harassing phone calls, deceptive sales tactics, and lack of transparency. Despite my repeated requests for them to stop contacting me, they continue to call from different numbers, making it impossible to block them effectively. The following are the details of my complaint:Company Name: AMS Digital / Apex Media Solutions Nature of Complaint: Harassing and nonstop phone calls, high-pressure sales tactics, and refusal to provide verifiable company information Frequency of *************** times a day, often from different phone numbers Time Period: Ongoing for several weeks/months Efforts to Stop Contact: Despite requesting removal from their call list, they continue to call. They refuse to provide a callback number or verifiable business information.Deceptive Sales Tactics: Callers claim to represent ****** ******, or other voice search services to market my business but refuse to verify their identity. Many reports from other individuals indicate similar experiences, where the company pressures people into providing credit card information without a way to verify their legitimacy.Unprofessional Behavior: In multiple cases, once individuals request company details or indicate skepticism, the caller either hangs up abruptly or becomes rude and aggressive. Some reports suggest that they use fear-mongering tactics to pressure potential customers.I urge the ******************** to take action against AMS Digital / Apex Media Solutions and investigate their practices. I would appreciate any assistance in stopping these harassing calls and holding the company accountable for its actions. This is a obvious scam . Please help !Please inform me of any updates regarding this complaint. Thank you for your time and assistance.Business Response

The company had a woman named ********* from customer service leave me a voicemail message, "stating I requested a review of my services." Hello! I recently paid for a years worth of voice search service for my business. However, during my on boarding call, I was displeased with the results. After discussing an additional product at an additional cost, I advised that I would be able to participate at a later date. I am still in school and am working every day I am available. Still only part time. And I have bills to be paid. When I advised of this, their response was if you cant afford x amount now, how will you afford it later. And while I attempted to explain that the difference between what I can afford now vs later will differ with my bills and due dates, there was no ease in the relentlessness. I exited the conversation because I felt like I was being pushed into another program that I was willing to participate in, just not today. As a result, I am no longer interested in the voice search service or any other affiliated programs. I am asking for a refund as I purchased this service 2 days ago and I am underwhelmed with the service and overall customer service.Business Response
