1 starI purchased two ***** serious chest for my bedroom . I read the description did some research on with other companies. People gave it like four stars so I chose that one. Got it delivered now.. when I read the delivery instructions since I live upstairs they will deliver to your door, but they wont put it in your room or anything that you need. The delivery guys got to the house and would not bring the two chests upstairs they were gonna leave the two boxes downstairs and said that I needed to give them some money and theyll bring it up. I was gonna give them money anyway as a tip, I unboxed the dresser. Its very thin press board and very flimsy. I went to open up the drawers, they opened maybe 4 inches and they werent deep like it looked online. The drawers look like they are 8 inches deep. The customer service *** that I spoke to ******** the first time said yeah they dont have any room for clothes and the drawers do not openup enough. but when you looked at the online description, it shows that its just best selling dresser set and it gives it four stars, which is pretty good in my book. *** never had any issues with city furniture.. when I called to say I have 24 hours and I called right away left talk to ******** then the supervisor **** and Im supposed to get a callback from a higher up supervisor they want to charge me $99 to restock this dresser. Its not even worth $99 and I since I bought two they want to charge me $99 each no heck no like I said theyre not even worth $99. Can you please help me by getting a resolutions from city furniture so they could not charge me $99 for buying this and to come and get The 2 dressers. I read what the return policy was after the fact, the lady said I had 24 hours and they would come back and get it for free. .
