      Had to wait for a couple of weeks but the Rylee Bed looks great in our room! The delivery was on time and the delivery personnel were very courteous and helpful. Their names are ****** and ******* . Thank You All!

      I bought a sectional, mattress and dining room table from city furniture in Orlando. I decided I wanted to cancel the dining table before it was delivered and expected a full refund back to my credit card so I could go purchase other furniture. I was told they couldnt do that and had to refund me via check instead which made no sense. They were unwilling to refund my original form of purchase which would allow me to purchase other furniture elsewhere and make me wait to receive a check. That being the case I decided to cancel the sectional and mattress as well. I was told by a manager I would have the check within a few days. when I did not receive the check I called customer service and was told I received a partial refund that was still pending to my credit card and the checks issued five days prior. They could not explain why I have not received checks issued five days prior when I also live in the same state is where the check was issued. I believe its all lies. Everyone at city furniture lies to you to tell you what they think you want to hear and get you off the phone or out of their face. They do not honor their word or stand behind anything . I now have no items and my money has been stolen by city furniture. Because of city furniture I am unable to go purchase other furniture until I receive my money. BEWARE of city furniture do not shop with them! Read all the reviews theyre all saying the same thing. I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before shopping at city furniture otherwise I wouldnt be in the situation I am now.

      We selected and paid for dining room furniture in August of 2021. We had been told to expect delivery around October of 2021. We waited until May of 2022 to cancel the order and request a refund. We have requested the refund three times on the phone and once in person in the store. They always say they will issue the refund but that never happens. We finally opened a dispute with our credit card company but they say since the purchase was so long ago it may take a long time to process the dispute. All we want is our money back.

      I purchased a bedroom set on Friday the 8th to be delivered on Sunday the 10th When the furniture, arrived the assembly couldn't be completed because a part wasn't sent with the order. The delivery person contacted a person, I guess in customer service. That person stated that he would need to have the furniture returned and exchanged. I asked why couldn't the part just be put on a truck and have everything done by Monday, still unacceptable as I need the bedroom for a gust that I was expecting. By now I am disgusted with the total process and wanted to cancel the order. I was told by customer service and the store manager that because the bedroom had been "delivered" it couldn't be canceled. I tried to explain that the order wasn't delivered because it was sitting in parts on the bedroom floor. I have since taken delivery of furniture that I didn't want because it wasn't acceptable for use. Additionally, I was sold a "warranty" that was ludercress because what could could go wrong? There was no movable parts nor electronics involved. I went to the store yesterday, July 14th to cancel the warranty. I think that it was done but the salesman who took the cancellation couldn't supply me with proof that it was in actually cancelled. The store will be seeing me this PM, July 15th still within the 30 day cancellation period. This is the second time that I have had trouble with a delivery. I should have known better. I have been to the BBB site (too late) and have discovered that there are many complaints about deliveries.
