      If their service department is apathic and unprofessional. ***** was scheduled for service. First time theycame at the time that was not requested and the second time never showed up. No phone call. No email, nothing. How do you run a business like this is beyond me ??

      I had the plea of interacting with both Donaldson and Keymani during a delivery to my residence on June 14. I can safely say that they were both very professional and personable during our meet. They executed their installation with with ease, while remaining respectful and polite to myself and my husband. They are indeed an asset to your company and deserve much recognition and praise. I’m sure they will continue to be exemplary workers.

      The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were polite and very friendly. The assisted with setting the furniture quickly! Also want to thank the sales associate in store that assisted with the purchase. The atmosphere in City Furniture is inviting and one of kind. We will be a city furniture family for life!

      Our delivery men, Juan and Donaldson, were absolutely incredible! They moved everything very carefully up three flights of stairs! Everything was put together quickly and it looks great. Very happy with their service :)
