      Worst **************** ever. Have tried to call Hollywood ******** ******* location with no avail. Left messages. I also called head office and talked to 2 head people there, and they escalated. Now after 6 days, I have not heard from that store. I've been trying to contact *********** again, now they do not answer the calls.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!I have given them a 1 stare, but they do not even deserve that!!!!

      It doesnt allow you to leave zero stars but that was our experience on this. Ordered furniture and knew things were on back order. Called ahead to pick up what they had 1 hour before arriving. When arriving we waited 1 1/2 hours. 3 other vehicles arrived and left before us. When they brought the table we asked to open it so we could see if it was broken because it was made of glass. It wasnt damaged and put it in the back seat. We continued to wait for the mirror and 1 time I asked where it was and the worker said be patient. When it finally came I watched it fall over on their lift. The worker brought it over and I asked to have it opened and he said I thought you were in such a hurry very rudely. He then opened it and it was the wrong one. I told them forget it and gave the end table back and said cancel the whole order. We left and called the distribution center and told them to cancel the entire thing and explained how rude they were and how long we waited. Weeks went by and our credit card was still being billed for the entire balance. We called and sat and waited on the phone and ended up trying to get a message to somebody and they wouldnt answer. When we finally got in touch with them they said that we picked it up and we argued with them and told them to check the cameras because we knew that they had cameras on their dock. When they finally did they admitted that oh yeah we saw that you didnt take the items. Then another week went by and the woman called from there and tried to convince my wife to keep the order active and they would do free delivery. My wife did not want anything from them and then they finally said will give you $100 gift card for your next purchase. My wife said she didnt want anything but a credit back on her credit card and that she was hanging up. Horrible experience!!!!!****

      ***** and his counterpart provided a STELLAR experience. They were prompt, professional and extremely patient. This was by far the easiest delivery I have ever experienced. Between the proactive communication, running extremely timely and efficiently, I truly cannot rave enough about this experience, I truly appreciate the keen attention to details and overall customer-centric emphasis I experienced.       Your delivery guys especially this crew today are the strongest link in your company Get your sales people better trained because they screwed up my order instead of getting one delivery ahead of three.But the delivery guys so far both times were stellar, they know their stuff and theyre great to work with. I would love to have either crew back for the third delivery later this month. Thank you

      On May 22,2022 I had decided to buy a tempur -pedic mattress, invoice number (******), at your city furniture Sawgrass &outlet in *******. I pay ($1,356.37, ********) for the mattress on my credit card. However, city furniture delivered the mattress to my home on May 24,2022.Unfortunately, your product had not performed well in other words its not comfortable of relaxing for a good night sleep Therefore, the next day I attempted to reach out to the sale representative Hedes Charles, no response, I sent an email no one reach out back to me. I had to make a trip to the store and spoke with the sale rep. at first, I asked to exchange for a softer Mattress my request was declined then they suggested to me resales the mattress on offer -up which is I think was rude and unprofessional Im not in the mattress selling business. The sales rep was misleading me and told me the mattress had its cover but when I asked for the exchange, she pointed out that the return policy wouldnt accommodate the return without a purchasing of a cover, only then I was made aware of such policies. The sale rep should have made it very clear of the return policy which she did not only after requested an exchange the details policy was mentioned. I would have happily bought whatever is needed for a smooth transaction if I was made aware of. I recommended in the future the sale rep must be very clear about return policies to avoid future conflict like this. I would like to have a full refund and I will pay for the delivery for the product to return. I felt like I was misled by the rep **** and abused by illegal customers abused. I look forward to a favorable reply and a resolution to this problem and I hope we can move forward and continue doing business. Please contact me via email .Sincerely TB
