      I made a large order of $328 dollars, but quickly found, I had made and ordered wrong item. I wrote and cancelled, and corrected order.Since there were two orders, my understanding was that I couldnt cancel 2nd order, which was okay because it was just wrong color of beberage container. A month later there has been no refund on the $328.

      Cirkul, Inc. is engaging in deceptive sales and product restriction practices that may violate FTC consumer protection regulations under 15 U.S. Code 45 (Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices). I attempted to purchase several flavor pods (including Cirkola, Jumpin, and Saloon Root Beer), but the website blocks me from adding them to my cart solely because I have not purchased their $300 Cirkul Plus machine.There is no clear or prominent disclosure on the product pages that these pods require the Plus system. This constitutes the withholding of material information, which misleads consumers at the point of interest and checkout directly conflicting with FTC truth-in-advertising standards.Furthermore, Cirkuls artificial limitation on product access based on machine ownership represents an unlawful tying arrangement, forcing consumers into purchasing a separate high-cost product to unlock basic features a predatory and anti-consumer tactic.I am requesting:That Cirkul immediately remove purchase restrictions that prevent consumers from accessing flavor pods unless they own the Plus machine.That all product pages clearly disclose system requirements before cart interaction.That I and similarly restricted consumers be offered compensation in the form of a store credit, coupon, or refund, for being denied access to advertised products under misleading conditions.This conduct warrants further review by the BBB and the ****

      I purchased a flavor cartridge with my new Cirkul cup and it did not last more than a couple bottles. I was very excited for my new cup and ended up very disappointed.

      Within the last two months, my family has decided to try Cirkul. We really love the idea and wanted to love the products. These have been nothing but an absolute nightmare since we got them. Our first purchase was a StrawSip style 40 ounce tumbler with a few flavor cartridges from ********. Right away I noticed that it was hard to get a consistent flavor, even on the highest setting. If you email the company, they tell you to try a bunch of tips and tricks to get it to work, which doesnt seem like it should be necessary. The product should work as advertised. Even after trying the tricks, I still couldnt taste anything most of the time. Randomly thered be sips where it was overly concentrated. The cartridges would be out after just a couple of refills, making the nearly $4 price tag on the cartridges seem ridiculousespecially when they advertise that you can refill the cup several times. We wanted to give it another shot, so we tried ordering directly from the site, which offers cheaper cartridges and discounts. We got my husband a smaller tumbler and a 12 ounce stainless steel bottle. When our order arrived, we continued to have the same issue, mostly with the tumbler. Our small bottle seems to work okay. We thought maybe it was the tumblers that were the issue, so we bought one more stainless steel bottle to try out, this time from ******. The bottle came and this one is the worst. The flavor cartridges are completely empty after one bottle of water. If you take the bag out of the cartridge, its completely gone and theres no flavor. This is with the dial set at only a 3 or 4 level, which should last several refills. One of the worst parts about all of this is that the company refuses to truly take accountability for their faulty products. We were offered free cartridges for the trouble and when I emailed them back with our choices, they said we would need to make a purchase to get them. I want a refund, Ive spent about $200 on this garbage.

      I placed order# *********, amount $112.11 on 02/28/25, and the package was reportedly missing or lost in transit. Cirkul responded that a replacement was sent, and when I did finally receive it, multiple items were incorrect. I placed another order# ******** for $92.71 on 04/03/25, and again, same issue happened. For both orders I also paid the expedited shipping fee of $5, but for neither order were they expedited. At this point, I want a full refund for both orders and wish to discontinue online ordering.

      I placed an order for the amount of 96$ and the shipment never arrived. They offered to replace the shipment, but at this point I wanted a refund and no longer wish to do business with them. They are refusing to give me my money back, saying they are unable to. They offered to send an other shipment, but I dont want their product anymore. How can they legally have a no refund policy?? Can they just refuse to send me my money back? There is no warning whatsoever about no refunds on their website. If it is, its in fine print and hidden from customers. I would like to get a refund. Thank you

      Earlier this month, I ordered 4 Cirkul water bottles with cartridges to match. Upon receiving them, my family noticed that some of the cartridges kinda worked, while mine did not at all. We paid close attention to the directions for use. I contacted Cirkul, and yes, they were understanding and gave me a two-for-one replacement for the cartridge issue. I went ahead and ordered more cartridges so that we would have multiple flavors. Upon receiving THAT order, my entire family noticed that the new shipment of cartridges simply didn't work. Again, I want to defend us in that we paid close attention to the directions for use and even tried to troubleshoot any other solution to the problem, to no success. I contacted the company once more, stating that we just are unhappy with the bottles in general. They don't work. They are impossible to drink out of. The response I received was insulting and ridiculous, with instructions on how to troubleshoot some more. When I stated that I did troubleshoot and try any tips given with still no luck, I was told that I was "confused." Times are tough, and it is upsetting to know that I spent money on something that my family cannot use with ease. What hurts even more is how I was treated. I was told to have "happy hydrating." Not sure how this is possible when barely any water comes to my mouth. Thank you for your time.

      My wife and I each received a 40oz Cirkul cup that came with 2 cartridges and an extra box of 6 flavor cartridges as a gift from our son. The cartridge flavors are horrible and undrinkable. The cartridge uses a rotating dial to increase or decrease flavor or water. The settings don't properly work. The flavor either comes out too strong or too weak- no in between setting despite a flavor dial The flavors have a metallic and horrible after taste. Removed the Peach Tea cartridge then tried Iced Tea cartridge. Both resulted in the same horrible taste and are useless. After 2 cartirges, these cups are unusable unless a cartridge is installed making them useless since we cannot drink from the cartridge. Our son purchased these from *******, however since they were gifts to us, we do not have a receipt to upload. This also makes it very awkward when he asks how we like the gift he bought us. This was a waste of his money and we cannot use them. We are now stuck with an expensive and useless cup. We are open to options in resolving this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: the product does not work well. Changing flavors does not make it work better and after trying two of the flavors they both taste horrible. I don't see how this would change with two other flavors. The product isn't a good design and we are unhappy with it. We don't want to try other flavors.

      I just purchased this water bottle and am having problems with it. I have filled what is on their site and also you tube channels and on #4 I still get either just water or a mouthful of product which is gross. I wouldn't have put this up for BBB except that there are a bunch of complaints on this same problem and these are still being sold with the same defect. I bought mine at ******* and so can't send an email to the company because you don't get their email for problems unless you buy online and then it comes to your email. It's a terrible thing to do.
