      I placed an order for Cirkul products and provided a forwarding address, as I currently reside outside the U.S. Shortly after, my order was canceled and the payment refunded. The company stated that they do not ship to third-party addresses. I respectfully requested that they provide a clear reference in their Terms of Service or Shipping Policy where this rule is stated. Instead of answering, they began completely ignoring all of my messages. Nowhere on their website does it say that using a forwarding address is prohibited. If such a rule exists, it should be publicly visible. Since it is not, I believe their refusal to fulfill my order was unfair and not in accordance with their own policies. Furthermore, I previously received a shipment from Cirkul to the exact same address without any issues. I am now being ignored completely, despite multiple attempts to get clarification. I respectfully request BBB’s help in getting a proper response and resolution.

      There was no formal letter or policy provided. The company simply read my messages and started ignoring all further communication as soon as I asked them to provide a link to the policy stating they do not ship to forwarding addresses. Why are you misleading customers? You only sent vague, general responses, but there is no specific written policy that supports your decision.

      I order a 32oz squeezeable bottle and it came damaged to me i contacted the company and got the worst customer service I ask for a refund and they flat out refused me they said they sent out a replacement and I see that but I just am so mad that it came just threw in box with no protection to stop from stuff getting damaged i ask to speak to manger she flat out refused me and said it would be 2 days before one would reply to me

      No customer service, claimed i had no account as they took 20 a month for over a year and never sent me the product. When confronted they responded to 1 message where they ask me to log in and I told them I couldn't I didn't have access and they kept over 15 months of payments and the product.

      Brand new strawsip flip. And it tipped over on the counter breaking the locking clasp. Now lit will not close. Tried to get help from Cirkul and because it was not bought from website. They cannot and will not help. Already tried to take back to ******* drived for over 4 hours visiting numerous stores who no longer have item in stock. Very poor design. And all they wanted to offer was a $10 e-card to buy something off the website. Very Very poor customer service.

      The couple of dozen Cirkul Cartridges I have purchased have been faulty. Half of them you my get a 1/2 or maybe a bottle then no flavor. Several have had no flavor at all. Took back to Wal Mart with a receipt and was not returned a refund. Was told that they have been having several returns and complaints. UNACCEPTABLE

      I have attempted to cancel multiple times. The instructions to cancel state to go to "My Account" and click "Cancel Plan" unfortunately that option does NOT exist. I have emailed the Help located in the contact section and the only "friendly" advice they give is to cancel from the Payment page. Which I shared in the email to them that it Doesn't Exist! I actually sent screen shots of each page showing that the option does NOT exist! My 13 year old set up this account probably a year ago. She didn't like the flavors she chose and now I have over 50 unused cirkul flavors. None of which my kids will drink. I even tried changing the flavor options to be sent and they still send me ones I didn't want. When I go back in, the new options I selected prior are gone and reset back to the originals. I don't want any more Cirkul flavors! I have already wasted hundreds of dollars on flavors no one in my house will drink because I CAN"T CANCEL! This is a joke. All they do in response to my email is to offer to delay my subscription and send me more flavors for free..... I have over 50 that I don't want. NO THANK YOU! If I can't get you to cancel the subscription that my 13 year old daughter set up in her own name, with my debit card then I will be forced to cancel my card. And in turn other things will bounce that I need to come out of that account. You going to pay for my inconvenience? I'm guessing not! By LAW you are required to have a Cancel option easily accessible. I have been going through this for months. This is illegal!

      first day i bought 3 and all 3 i used in the same day because i kept them on 1 and in 5 minutes the flavoring was gone . (DONT BUY !!!!!!!!!!)

      I'm extremely disappointed with my Cirkul 40oz tumbler. After a month and a half of having it, it has stopped working. The only thing coming through the straw is water, no flavor. I've gone through 6 cartridges now. I reached out to customer service, followed all their trouble shooting tips and even send pictures to them. Eventually I was shipped a new straw and lid, which I recieved today. Guess what? That didn't work either. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of cartidges and a cup that doesn't work anymore and I can't return it because I don't have the receipt.

      I didn't place an order, i set myself up on autoship for a monthly shipment bc they allow for you to change flavors. I just received my autoship about 10 days ago and they just charged $50 to my credit card and sent the autoship that wasn't scheduled for 20 days! I called to discuss bc my son has autism and won't drink certain flavors and for the first 24 hrs of calling and sending emails I rcvd a one sentence reply basically telling me to go pound sand. Nothing they could do to help me? I did not place the order. Cirkul is a bunch of thieves. Good thing this was only my 2nd order. I will make it one of my life's goals to tell everyone I know about Cirkul's thievery and "fake" customer service.
