      Crystal Springs water delivery service does not meet its delivery obligations nor contact customers for resolution. I haven't received a delivery since June 2, 2022 and have contacted their customer service line multiple times. I have received no response nor delivery. Not even sure if I terminated the service if they would pick up the equipment. I recommend using another service

      Failed to deliver water for 8 weeks. Just don't seem to care that I have been waiting since June and it's now August. Always an excuse for why, truck, drivers, etc, etc.
      Have called twice and emailed once, but not a single delivery. Had to go to the store and buy water, even though I am still paying my invoices for them.
      Don't bother getting delivery from them, just buy your own at the store. The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with.

      They skipped my delivery twice. I called 3 times with their excuse of being under staffed and Covid issues. I have never had this problem with sparkletts during Covid.

      Such a pathetic service. They have missed out my delivery for 7 days consecutively.

      I talked to 3 agents and every time they say they gonna send an escalation email to the upper management and ensure that everything is being taken care of. But nothing has changed and I'm still waiting on my delivery.

      Funny part is they can't even guarantee your delivery, that's how this company operates.

      Poor customer service. I was scheduled for delivery on a picked delivery date, no show.
      Looked on my account and was rescheduled for the 2 weeks later and I had ran out of water.
      So I called to have a scheduled delivery for the next day, 5:00 pm rolls around no delivery.
      I went online and scheduled for a delivery 3 days later. Delivery day comes, 5:00pm rolls around
      no delivery. This goes on 5 times and customer service even scheduled deliveries and they get cancelled.
      I was later informed that they were short on drivers because their website stated they needed 4 drivers for my area. Kind of sounds like poor management at that location.
      I finally called and cancelled my delivery service because it SUCKED.
      If you plan on getting their water service, think twice about it. They don't even bother to call you or email you, telling you they are behind on their deliveries or even bring you something to hold you over until they can service you.
      Piss poor service, think twice before going with Primo waters, maybe we should go back to the water faucet instead of their service.

      Terrible service, they think I have 21 of their 5 gallon bottles because the delivery guy didn’t check off that he picked up the bottles when they delivered new ones. Tried cancelling the service, and they kept charging me, I won multiple disputes with credit card company and they would just do a “reverse charge” the following month. After doing that 3 times I refused to pay and they sent me to collections. I’ve spent hours with them on the phone and nobody can seem to help. Its basically a scam they are running. Dishonest and unorganized company.

      I was supposed to have a delivery Friday july 29th. Never showed up. Rescheduled for august 1. Never showed up. Rescheduled aug 2 NEVER SHOWED UP! I called the offices four Times!! The customer Service and follow Through are atrocious. They have no control Over your drivers Or deliveries

      This company has charged my checking account 6 times since December of 2021. I've never heard of them until I started to do some research. I was able to recover some of the money, but apparently they steal account numbers from banks and charge until they get caught. Luckily I found the charge now, no telling how long they would have kept this up.

      This has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a while. My rating is actually 0 because of the hassle I've had to go through the last week. As a new customer I should not have to spend so much time following up on driver status. I understand this location is short staffed but communicating this to your customers would be beneficial so people can expect longer delays. The driver or route manager does not returns call and they will reschedule you without warning. I do not recommend this business to anyone! It’s been a headache and I was only a customer for 1 day! Call center doesn’t provide correct information but it’s not their fault, it’s the lack of process at this company. You’re told one thing but no can help address the issue at hand which is doing a pickup. The fact that I will have to drop off equipment because people can’t do their job is beyond frustrating. I’ve written reviews everywhere I can to warn others not to work with Sparkletts. The CEO should know about this as well because there are so many customers having the same frustrations as me. Horrible service altogether and I can’t wait until I’m done with work his headache. Also, any responses from Primo business owners is just a formality. They don’t actually get back to you or help at all.

      This company is an example of complete management failure. Delivery is a recurring issue in multiple geographies where I lived over 9 years and especially in the past 1.5 years in North Carolina, Raleigh area. My branch management repeatedly skips deliveries for 1.5 years I live here without any notification, ignores any requests for call back or escalations, corrective deliveries instead of skipped ones are not scheduled, customer service is completely powerless - they promise improvements and fixes every time I call only to fail in implementing them (It's just a call center, they can do nothing).
      A COMPLETE MANAGEMENT FAILURE. SHOULD BE STUDIED IN BUSINESS SCHOOLS AS SUCH.
