I am writing to file a complaint against Bell Subrogation Services for attempting to collect $2,600 from me for an incident on March 13th, 2024, without providing any substantial evidence or clear information regarding the claim.Bell Subrogation Services has repeatedly contacted me, demanding payment for damages they allege I caused. Despite my attempts to obtain details and clarification about this claim, the company has failed to provide any specific information. Instead, they continue to send letters demanding payment without proper explanation.Additionally, Bell Subrogation Services has tried to intimidate me by stating they may have contacted the *** regarding this matter. This tactic feels like an attempt to pressure me into paying without fully understanding the nature of the claim or having a chance to defend myself.I have verbally requested that Bell Subrogation Services cease and desist from contacting me regarding this matter. However, they have ignored my request and continue to harass me with demands for payment.I believe their actions are unethical, and I am concerned that they may be pursuing this claim without proper justification. Their ongoing harassment is causing me significant distress, and I am worried they might attempt to take further action based on these unsubstantiated allegations.I am seeking the Better Business Bureaus assistance in addressing this issue and stopping Bell Subrogation Services from further contacting me. My desired outcome is for Bell Subrogation Services to cease all contact with me and to withdraw any claims they have made against me regarding this incident.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope the BBB can help resolve this issue swiftly and ensure that Bell Subrogation Services is held accountable for their actions.

I received this bogus letter the early part of June 2024 stemming from a slight fender ****** on April 3. The guy in front of me stop suddenly which prompted me to hit brakes and I slid into him. I do have pictures of his bumper. it shows it still in good State sent me an email on April 4 stating that all of my contact information was deleted from the claim. Claim number 4365N as in ***** 093F as in ***** now two months later, I received this bogus letter from this company trying to collect $1702.73 for me theres no mention of the drivers name which was a white guy theres no mention of , the claim details as far as the accident or the fender ****** took place. So this is an attempt to extort money from me. I still have pictures of the bumper so you tell me if the bumper is still intact I should pay $1700? That is absurd I have forwarded this information on Because it has caused my insurance to be canceled because it was suspicion of brokerage on authorized brokerage info pertaining to 2013 so insurance company chose to cancel it to look further into this bogus so it was some fraudulent activity going someone trying to make a false insurance claim . The guys name that was an accident is **** and he did have State Farm insurance however they saw fit to remove my contact information once I painted the picture of the scenario of the fender ****** and how theyre client or customer was trying to get his rubber part of the fender fixed at my expense. The bumper was still intact. It was not dragging the ground, nor was it bent in any shape formal fashion. he was able to lift up the rubber part on the back of the truck where you stepped up onto to get inside the bed of the truck and he repeatedly said at least three times that he just got the truck fixed and it was $1200 that he spent getting the truck fixed. He did say that three times. And I told that to the claims agent that I spoke to with State Farm that he had already admitted he just got that bumper fixed and paid

On 7/4/24 I received a letter from Bell Subrogation Services stating that there is a claim for $48,820.65 They are threatening to report to the department of motor vehicles? I don't even have a driver's license so I have no idea why I have received this and I would like for my name to be removed from their list immediately. I would also like for them to send me a letter that this matter has been resolved. If not I will be contacting my attorney. The document alone screams scam to me. The client is supposedly : State Farm- ************. Claim number is: 7533G609R.

Ive been getting spam calls all week free different numbers, on 07/10/2024 I get mail saying I owe Bell and StateFarm $18,000 from an accident on 03/13/2024. At the scene the police gave no one a ticket and neither party has contacted each other since, then all of a sudden I get this for what wasnt even $1,000 in damage. This is a blatant scam.

an incident occurred and there where damages to a vehicle. The owner of the car signed a release of liability and was paid an agreed upon amount. The owner issued a claim against the damages to their car with their insurance company (AAA) and now Bell subrogation services is attempting to collect $3518.77 I sent a copy of the signed release form along with a video of the signing and a copy of the check receipt to show the mater was resolved. They sent a letter out after they received my written reply saying they have not heard from me and when i attempted to phone the number provided a message recording the line was not monitored and then followed buy providing the same number i just called as the number i should call.

I received a letter from Bell Subrogation Services dated for 12/21/2023. They are telling me they are trying to collect $2980.26 for an accident back in October. Both vehicles had buff marks on them, No dents or scratches. In no way shape or form is the damage worth $2,980.26. I could have literally took a rag and wiped off the scuff marks. I have not heard from their insurance company (State Farm) at all since I gave my statement. The lady came flying up fast while I was half way into the lane she was in with my blinker on for 30 seconds already. They said I was at fault before hearing my side. I did not have insurance at the time. I argued my side of the story but they still found me at fault. Its been two months and I have not heard a word from state farm. No letter, no call, no email. Now I get this letter from Bell Recovery stating if I dont pay their bill within a certain time limit, they will suspend my license and/or registration. How illegal is this. Ive never seen any bills stating what this lady had done to her vehicle or anything. It sure wasnt worth $2,980. I had no damage on my car either only paint marks that were wiped off. Im shocked at this point that this company came out of no where and said I owe for an accident I was not at fault, there were no cops involved at all and my son was a witness but State Farm said they cannot use passengers as witnesses. So I do not believe I owe this. The lady also had uninsured motorist and full coverage Insurance on her end.

I received a letter from this company 11/10/23 stating that I and my son both have to pay $1974.44 for an accident that happened in July of this year. Both parties by each insurance carrier were found responsible for their own damages. I have video from our dash cam and photos that I also took of both damages to the vehicles. Mine bore the most damage. I spoke with the other persons insurance on several occasions and found out that the person driving said he had witnesses whom were not there nor involved in the accident and it also does not mention anything in police reports nor was anything said to police about any extra witnesses until almost a month later. Everything was handled and done as both insurance companies said we were each responsible for our own damages. Now I receive this letter stating that if we dont pay almost $4000 (total for my son and I) they will suspend both our licenses. I feel this is a very scammy company. I do not owe and neither does my son and him being young (24 at the time) they are trying to take advantage of him and myself being on disability. I have no idea what further actions I need to take against this company. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
