They will not stop taking funds from my loan payments to pay insurance on a vehicle that was never in the State of Florida. It was illegal as the vehicle was insur** in two different states, ******** and *********. The bank was notifi** and given proof of insurance. They were notifi** when the vehicle was inoperable they have for ** insurance illegally on my vehicle which has been in operable since April of 2024 and plac** illegal insurance on the vehicle since October 2023. I expect the funds plus interest I was charg** to be put back into my checking account imm**iately and for the c **it report to be imm**iately updat** as the vehicle is current on payments and the payments I am making are NOT being fully appli**. If you do not return my funds to my account I will proce** with legal action.

I made a payment to my ******* account using my ******************** account. I have a savings and a checking account, which are 2 different account numbers. I used my checking account and somehow it was submitted through my savings account. Again, they are 2 separate numbers and provided my checking account number. I didnt have the funds on my savings account, because I dont use it to make any payments whatsoever. It resulted in a $29 charge. When I called suncoast they told me is not their fault, that somehow sunpass manage to charge me through my savings account. The only account number I gave them was my checking, how can someone submitted the payment through a different number?Business Response

Every time I turn around this bank is blocking purchases I want to make because of suspicious activity or what they perceive as fraud. I went today to try to make a transaction from an online retailer and the payment was declined once again embarrassing me. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I am not a *****. **** *******ect information by a *** at suncoast. They confirmed they reviewed the calls recording and verified that they gave me incorrect info but wont honor the 125% ***. I made my decision based on what this ***resentative told me and im out $8,000 because of it. I will be consulting with an attorney and understand that suncoast may have to compensate me for this AND pay my attorneys fees as well. On March 11, I deposited $5000 worth of money orders into my account. I was told there is a 7-day hold. When I called 7 days later, I was told my account was locked and would need to submit documents to verify the transaction. After submitting the documents requested and receiving no response or access to my funds, I called multiple times over the next two weeks with no solution, only that I would hear back shortly. On April 1st, unable to cover my mortgage, I called repeatedly and was told to visit a branch in person. The branch told me they would begin reviewing my documents which were sent on March 17th. They told me 48 hours would be required. I was also told my account is set to unlock on April 11th if not action is taken. On April 11th, my account was not unlocked and I had received no update. I visited in person and was once again told that there was no record of my documents or prior conversations. I forwarded the previous email for a 3rd time and was told they would contact me next week. I have now been provided 4 dates and submitted every requested bit of information with zero response, result, or even documentation of any attempts on my account. Risk Management is a reasonable process for a financial institution, but customers should have a process for resolving issues with a response, documentation, transparency, and timeliness. To go a month with zero progress or acknowledgement of any effort besides the pleasantries of customer service agents is inexcusable.Business Response
