      They overcharged for services. Demanded payment that insurance covered. Had to file a grievance with insurance company, they found in favor of my case. Coast dental was to issue refund. Gave coast dental all information required for refund. It has been four weeks, have left messages, no response.

      still no contact or refund from coast dental. had to have insurance company call them.

      I was seen as a new patient in April of 2021. We decided to get dentures. I wasn't called back until March of 2022. I've done my fittings and my last appointment was on May 10th, 2022. I have still not received a call to come back in to get my dentures. I've called the office 9 times and left messages 9 times and still have not gotten a call back from the office.

      I was first going here and had no issues I was suppose to see the dentist about a year ago and they said I would see her next visit no problem. Next visit in march or April they said the docotor was to busy so they are going to give me a Telehealth visit. I was ******, how can a doctor see anything in your mouth, he can't. I demanded a discount on my visit which they did not give. They told me they would reschedule me a visit next time with the doctor. Now we are in July and I'm here for the visit and cleaning and to my surprise they said the doctor is to busy because they are short staffed. I deem red some sort of compensation. These people keep wasting my time and now I have not actually seen the doctor in over a year. The office manager said it was out of her control I told her it would have been nice if you at least called, but no one did.

      I visited Coast Dental in Lawrenceville GA on May 25, 2022. They pushed a bunch of services on me and told me i had a bunch of issues that weren't necessary. I informed them i just had a preemie and is currently providing breast milk to the NICU and breast feeding once daily during my visits. They still went ahead and locked me into a contract letting me know all services can still be done. When i was with the hygienist i noticed that all work was not done. She then informed me that i can't receive all that because i'm breastfeeding and they should cancel the remaining amount. I am still awaiting my refund. Kristina B. the manager is a liar and has been going around me acting like she is trying to resolve the issue. she told me today that she called ****** which ****** confirmed she has not. She also lied about denying my request for cancellation from ****** and also about sending emails to them, amongst many other lies. However, she did send an email twice back to back when i was in office with her with the wrong information on purpose, then printed the right information and give to me. She also denied ******* request on numerous occasion to cancel/adjust my loan amount. As of today they owe me and i have been paying for services i have not received. I need this issue resolved and i need Kristina B. fired. She is a liar and a thief and very incompetent to do her job. She has been running up my blood pressure and has been causing me a lot of distress. The company my loan is with is ******, they have tried to help me but can't do so without Coast Dental part which they refuse to do. My account number with ****** and Coast Dental is **********. Paid 166.24 down, they took 120.64, loan 1,412.99. I called ****** and they told me the Coast Dental doesn't want to repay them and that is why they are doing this to me. It is very unethical. I desperately need this issue resolved, I have tried numerous times on my own and have reached nowhere. So here i am.
