I use to be a patient of *********************, Orthodontist, 4 years ago. Use to be nice & professional. But not any longer, now he is arrogant. Repulsive, & racist with Spanish clients. 8 months ago I went to his tiny office for new aligners. He check my old aligners, & give it back to me, with the tip.of his fingers,in a & disgusting manner. And very unprofessional. My new aligners after few months mess my left side of my mouth. I got a very bad inflamation I couldn't eat or brush my teeth. It was unbearable & uncomfortable . About 2vweeks ago, I try hard to.make an appointment. When I finally have it for today at 12:30 . The front desk lady ****, call me to cancel his appointment. At the last minute, i was on my way. He said he wants me to wait for 3 more weeks. That was very unconsiderate & very rude & antiprofessional. I dont think that his behavior was acceptableor fair at all.

The worst! Should be in jail. I just finished spending $25,000 for full mouth dental implants from Coast Dental, ******, got my new upper and lower implants in March (2023) and 10 days later a big chunk of plastic polymer broke off, taking one of the 4 sockets with it! And now they wont fix it. Coast Outlaws are telling to drive to another dentist 40 minutes away to ask for a TREATMENT PLAN! I dont need a treatment plan! I need Coast to replace the the lower device they sourced or manufactured. Real simple! You sell a defective product, you make good in it. I notice COAST gets 1 star of 5 on ****** Reviews. Clearly we are seeing sleazy ownership, a sleazy management team at work, practicing a very cynical and dishonest way of doing business. I also see that the employment website for INDEED rates COAST as a terrible place to work. My lawyer is preparing to file for compensation and damages in Collier County Small Claims Court. I cant wait until we get before a judge. This is going to cost them more than if they simply did the right thing.

Total Scamm, the "dentist" appears in a Zoom meeting without the microphone open, and the hygienist had to call her on the phone. They tried to suggest a Deep Cleaning with a cost of almost $1500. They said I had gingivitis which is completely an invention to steal my money, I do not have any issues with my gums. I had to pay $131 for XR and enforced an oral cancer exam ( another scam). Is unbelieve that they can have a Dentist's license, Don't go to this site never in your life.

Coast dental in *********** ******* is the worst dental place Ive been to in 65 years. Like when I say nightmare that dont even Come close to describing how horrible they really are. Right from the start they ripped me off $800.50 bucks telling me they couldnt even start on the procedure of starting a plan for top dentures for me until I paid that up front and like a dummy I paid them and after contacting my insurance about it my insurance company said I shouldnt have to pay anything because its covered thru the insurance. But just to let you know ,that was nothing compared to the horrible workmanship at this facility. The day all my top teeth were extracted I truly thought I was dying, there was blood everywhere. In my Hair, in every part of my face, my neck , my shirt and the floor had to be cleaned twice while I was still sitting there and the poor girl cleaning it kept telling me how sorry she was even thou she was just the assistant. And yes I did get pictures and they are pretty brutal. The only time after that I stepped foot in that place was to pick up my dentures when they called to tell me they were there. And of course they dont fit and being as I would never ever step foot back there Im stuck with dentures that move all around when I chew with them. And also I keep receiving a bill from them saying that this is the last time we are sending you this bill before we take drastic measures. My insurance company continues to tell me I owe them nothing because my insurance has paid everything they have sent to them. So, plz beware of Coast Dental, they are blood sucking vampires.

They are terrible. They said that there hygienist would not clean my teeth because she would lose her license, and the only way she could clean my teeth is if she gave me a super expensive one that would cost $2,500 and every three months another $250. I paid them $1.000 then I changed my mind. I asked for my deposit back. It's been three weeks and I still have not received my money back.I want my money back.

Dont ever set your foot inside any of their dental offices. They are basically crooks fooling you into dental works that you either do not need or that is only beneficial for their profits.Stay as far away from them as possible.

I went to Coast Dental for a teeth cleaning. They upsold me on their version of Invisalign- Coast Dental Clearaligners, which was fine. I was in the market for something along those lines and they happened to provide the service. Immediately upon showing interest in Clearaligners, I was bombarded mid-teeth cleaning by women with iPads and paperwork asking for my debit card- almost as though being pushed to sign and agree so they could make the sale. Very unprofessional but I chose to overlook- my mistake. I scheduled my appointment for my Clearaligners and was told they would be in within a month. Almost 2 months goes by without a call from the business. I had already made a down payment and 1st installment. I left multiple voicemails after the month had gone by. None of which were returned. I felt almost scammed. Finally, I received a call asking to schedule. The staff was relatively unprofessional by my 2nd visit. I walked in on the girls behind the front desk snickering and making rude comments about a customer always being late or missing their appointments. This was an immediate second red flag. I was given my first tray and they detailed the plan for my corrective trays. 8 trays and 3 rounds of IPR. They deviated from this plan on my 3rd visit by doing the IPR an appointment early and gave me 2 trays, telling me to come back in a month. My appointment a month later rolls around and come to find out- the location closed. No notice, no messages, nothing from Coast Dental. I’ve contacted the business twice asking for my trays to be sent to another location, seeing as I’m still paying installments for a service I am no longer provided. They still have 5 of my trays and I am due for 1 last round of IPR. Customer service was no help. I was told twice that corporate would reach out within 48 hours. I have not heard from corporate. I asked for a number to contact corporate and was informed they only reach out to me, I cannot contact them. Extremely unprofessional

I confirmed acceptance of insurance prior to my visit. I was informed my insurance was accepted. At my visit I was informed my insurance did not cover any of my procedures and that I had to pay out of pocket. So, I paid full cost with my debit card but was not given an itemized receipt. I was later told my future procedures that were needed are also not covered and to take out a loan through them to cover costs. I was provided a link, where after approved the funds are sent directly to them. The following day I contacted my dental insurance to confirm the procedures I just paid for were not covered. To my surprise, I learned the procedures were definitely covered. I contacted the office to get my itemize receipt since they were not able to provide it day of service and they are giving me the run around. I need the itemized receipt to give my dental insurance the dental codes they used. Do yourself a favor and check their reviews before using their services. I made the mistake of not doing so.

Awful awful awful. My daughter had to go back three times to be told each time that she had a cavity but it was never filled. Such an incredible waste of time and money. Their appointment center is clueless about everything. They make appointments when the dentist is not available and then the office calls to reschedule. Why would anyone have to go back three times to be told they have a cavity and then told they dont have time to fill it? That makes absolutely no sense run fast and far away. Do not go here.

Coast Dental needs to be shut down and be held accountable in court! Been attempting to get refund from them for 8 months now. I have 2 comprehensive dental insurance policies but upon my exit from exam room, I was told my insurance didnt cover (routine procedure) visit and I needed to pay out of pocket 100%. My insurance also paid 100%. Calls to corporate go unanswered, local dental offices evade, deflect responsibility/accountability.
