      They are dishonest. My husband made an appointment because he had a tooth ache. They sat him in the seat and told him his appointment was for tooth cleaning. Gave him two quotes, while sitting in the seat, one for left side and one for right side. He chose the cheaper, over $500. (the other side was $1,000) He had medicare dental allowance of $1,000. But they told him he needed to pay copay of $281. He paid it. It turns out the medicare dental allowance covered the whole thing, but they won't refund him. They told him there is no refund. What is more, the medicare dental allowance for more than they were asking.. they got paid over $700 for it. So they got paid by medicare and kept the money they collected. We've asked them for refund many times, but they just won't even acknowledge our calls. Can't recommend this outfit to seniors. Be aware!

      Coast Dental Orthodontist is the worst ever, in Tampa they have one orthodontist that moves from office to office. They took my child's wires off so she could get x-rays and made me an appointment the following Monday to have the wires put back on. I had to take her out of school, take off work and drive an hour away to a different office just to be told after waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time that the orthodontist was not going to put the wires back on. I said then what are you going to do remove the braces, polish her teeth from the glue and put her in retainers and they said NO, we are not doing anything and slammed the door in my face. I went back to the window and they said they were getting the Dr. but 35 minutes more and still no communication. I asked for her report on treatment to take else where and they said NO. I will be contacting my insurance company as well as seek legal advice since they have had braces on her teeth for over 6 years and now she has numerous cavities and she had her cleanings at least every 6 months at Coast Dental and at times every 3 months.

      I've been a customer of Coast Dental on Pleasant Hill Rd in GA. since February 2022. I have been highly dissatisfied with the quality of service and lack of communication from the staff about my case. On two occasions my case I was told my case product got lost! This is impossible! It's been 7 months, back in the office for several impressions, and still no delivery as of 9/20/22. I've left several messages for the office manager, and never get a returned call. I ask for the corporate number and was giving the scheduling number. This office staff does not follow up with the customer, and on my last visit I observed one of the dentist going from room to room and patient to patient without washing his hands. I did notify the office manager. Do not use this place for ANY cosmetic dentistry work!

      If I could put negative I would the worst service I ever had they overcharged me for procedure for my son. I've been trying for the past 4 months to be reimbursed for the overcharge amount. I had called talk to office manager and corporate office multiple times no response. Top of that the doctor went ahead and proceeded with procedure of filling the cavity for my son without me being there as I ran to get the funds for the procedure they never numbed my son.

      Very unhappy with appointment for temporary crowns. Dental assistant very inexperienced. The dentist left and never checked her work. I was left with an infection and very sore tongue and gums. Had to go to ER for treatment. Had to return to office to have temps replaced the same dental assistant took large tweezers in attempt to pull out old temps. She kept grabbing roof of mouth and gums. Causing horrible pain. She never did get them out the dentist had to do it. I have to return there for permanent crowns in a couple days but dreading it. My mouth is still sore and I know it's only going to get worse.

      TOTAL SCAM!!! Kissimmee, FL office I went there because they accept my insurance. I have the top their dental insurance with my company. Day of appointment was a total disaster. Staff was very UNPROFESSIONAL. All entry level hires. Xray tech had no clue what she was doing & couldn't find anyone to her her. Saw 2 dentists. One in office & one over a TV monitor that did absolutely nothing but repeat what the in office dentist already stated. I have great teeth & dentist gave me a dental plan that totaled over $1000. No thanks. Receptionist literally ASKED ME FOR MY PAYMENT WHILE I WAS GETTING MY TEETH CLEANED because it was close to closing & she was ready to go. I paid $80+ dollars and was told my insurance would pay the remaining. Fast forward to months later, I get a bill for $40. I called asking why. Billing dept said the ins didn't pay it all and this was the remaining balance. Ok. I paid it. Then months go by & I get another bill for $75+ dollars from a COLLECTION AGENCY. Called Coast Dental to see what's this is about & was informed that my ins didn't cover my X-rays & to fight with my ins for reimbursement but I must pay Coast Dental to avoid collection. Called ins and was told its beyond 180 days since the service date and they can't help me. COAST WAITED MONTHS TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO MY INSURANCE KNOWING MY INS WASN'T COVERING THE SERVICES & SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. Coast Dental uses UNETHICAL practices & I will never recommend them to anyone.

      THIS REVIEW WAS COPIED FROM ANOTHER CLIENT AND IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO SAY ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE! APPARENTLY THE COAST DENTAL IN FORT MYERS WORKS ON THE SAME PROGRAM!!!!! BEWARE!!! DON'T GO TO COAST DENTAL!!!!! One star doesn't even cut it! I ALWAYS give a company the benefit of the doubt even when bad reviews are given. This company had some bad reviews but seeing that they accepted my state dental insurance I figured they were legit and I'd give them a chance! Aside from the dental work...Coast Dental is the worst Dental Group I have ever dealt with in my life, and I've moved from different cities and different states! They are a JOKE!! I have run into constant problems with appointments getting set wrong and the simple task of transferring my xrays and charts! They don't know how to communicate office to office and their work ethic is one of the worst I've ever experienced!! They have no idea how to run an office and how to follow through with the simplest of tasks! The people they have working for them are dumber than a box of rocks and have an excuse for every problem! I have all the patience in the world and people make mistakes, but when mistakes are consistent, something is wrong with your hiring!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST and whoever is doing the hiring in these offices should be FIRED!! This kind of service is unacceptable and NOBODY should have to deal with it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DESPICABLE DENTAL GROUP!! After today I AM DONE WITH THEM, DONE!!!!!!

      I had to put at least one star but, Coast Dental doesn't deserve the one star. The Mableton, GA office is full of disrespectful crooks. I came in to have dentures replaced. They charged me close to $1400.00 upfront and charged my insurance company. They scheduled appointments for me from March to June and each time I would take off from work and come to the scheduled appointment, they would give me an excuse about their vendor. They made molds 4 times and never fixed my teeth. I requested my money back to go to another dentist. It is now August and I have not received any money. I've left messages every day (monday-friday) and not one person has returned my call. I called the corporate office and they also gave me the runaround. Now, it is time to file a lawsuit. In my opinion, i believe this company has been committing fraud upon other people, also. Do NOT go to Coast Dental. They are crooks.

      At my very first appointment, they forgot to take my payment and had to provide my card info over the phone. They also forgot to let me see the dentist before I left, so I had to make another visit before they could perform x,y, or z. They didn't mark down that I needed a filling which was the reason I made the appointment in the first place. So the over $3K evaluation they gave me wasn't even an evaluation of what I needed. Just what they wanted to charge me (and almost everyone else who came in at that time). They called Sunbit a "plan" instead of a LOAN. Also stated "you should be able to switch it to a credit card online" which is why ultimately I signed up for it. You would expect the business that deals with this process daily to know or be honest about it. That's why patients ask questions. As a person trying to buy a house, the last thing I wanted was a HARD INQUIRY on my credit report. I was assured by the dentist at my third appointment 7/26/22 that the Sunbit cancellation would be done before the close of business. I paid over $1,700 at that visit and Sunbit is still calling me asking for payment. They indicated they do not have a request on file and although I have called Coast Dental several times since, and left several messages, with not one call back yet, Sunbit put in a request for cancellation on Saturday, there is still no action from the Dental office. I have done everything I can to resolve this situation. The Doctors initial response on my third visit was "we can put in the request but don't know how long it would take Sunbit to review, see if it can be approved". Now I'm reading other reports indicating they had difficulty getting their money back. (that's why the Dr made that statement). I don't want a credit on my account (I will not be with this company much longer), I need the funds reversed back to Sunbit, and the loan taken off of my credit report. I've had better luck going through Comcast automated system and getting a person vs C.D.

      Horrible horrible neglect for my son, got a orthodontic treatment for my son in the summer of 2019 followed through with treatment as medically advised. Then during covid office was shut down due to the pandemic when offices resumed to some what normal in spring of 2020 I would call the Riverview, Florida location for my son to continue his medical treatment and my appointments would continue to only get canceled and as of today I have not heard of coast dental they have only neglected my sons medical treatment which has lead to worst trauma. I DO NOT recommend no one there it has been a night for my family and I for 2 years.
