  Coast dental charged me full price for dentures, they did not even put in my insurance. When I looked online the dentures were next to nothing with my insurance. My question is why did you want me to pay extra money

  Never go to these people for any dental services,they took advantage of my ************************************************************************************ full even do they knew that the guard will be paid by our insurance they charged her ahead of time for it just in case according to the manager Kaittie,then after we went to complain that the insurance company paid them in full they said that she will process the refund in 4 weeks,this was done in January and we are on April and no sign of a refund,every time we call the office manager blames corporate for not processing the refund and gives us a disconnected number for us to call to complain,we told her this several times and she says she doesnt know of another number,finally we got a hold of the corporate office and after3 months of complaints and excuses we still have no refund,do yourself a favor and stay away from these people

  I was there for the free dental exam and X-rays as advertised. Excluding the panoramic one which I did not have. $300.00 bill being sent to me. ****** in the office said I do not owe. The bill continues as outstanding.

  Every time we go, we get charged for an outstanding bill that was not explained or communicated during the previous visit. This has resulted in several visits during which we left without receiving the appointed service. We could not be serviced the last time we went because of an outstanding balance. When asked the reason for the balance, Coast Dental expressed that the insurance company rejected Coast Dental's justification for a portion of the services previously provided, and now a balance was due. Coast Dental indicated that it was appealing the rejection but would not provide us with or explain the billing justification that was provided to and rejected by our insurance company. Surprise billing and poor communication seem to be a business practice with this dental company.

  The most horrible experience that we have ever , my husband has a partial done that doesn't fit on his mouth ,felt off when open his mouth , we expend a lot of money on this and when we went back to ask for help they leave us in the room for exactly 1 hour and then came back saying that this is normal , what type of warranty is this! This is an scam!

  We drove over 65 miles for new patient appointments with Coast Dental. We immediately became concerned upon entering the office. The furniture is old and worn, the carpet stained and dirty, the walls dingy. My wife was first called and she texted me that once in the exam room, she noticed the dental applicances/tools were dusty and appeared unclean, laying out on a tray. She was told she would be required to pay $90 out of pocket as a new patient. I have a very good dental plan with United Concordia and have never been required to pay that previously. Additionally, the attendant told my wife they would determine what "type" of cleaning she would need and that the "visit" with the dentist was virtual. My wife voiced concern and the attendant told her if she was unhappy she could go someplace else. So we did. I cancelled my appointment and we left. Afterwards, while sitting in the parking lot, I read the reviews on this Dental office and was not surprised to find mostly negative reviews. And now, on the BBB site, see that pattern continues. My next complaint is going to be to the health department and to **************** as I found Coast Dental through a search on their site. This place should be investigated. I gave a one star review only because I had to in order to get this posted.

  I would give no stars but you have to give 1 just to leave a review l. The coast dental in daytona beach has rude employees and poor service, had dentures made they were defected horse looking teeth also the lady said that it inst the first time the lab messed up teeth so I left teeth there and I didn't get my refund they said I didn't qualify now I'm out 1,400. These people just worried about the money not about thier customers at all dont not waste your time going here.

  No stars the front desk secretary was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. My fiance had a 8:00 am appointment that he called to confirm a day before just to get there and a young lady by the name of ******** saids that his next appointment is for extraction so we proceeded to ask will he be seen today because of losing a tooth but partial pieces were left that was causing pain and infection. Instead of her listening she rudely interrupted by saying that they already no his situation and have x-rays of his my and that she sure nothing changed. Clearly things changed from July when he was seen to now December. Then she rudely ask me was I a dentist and that she can cancel his visit all together also stated that she was matching my energy which I was very humble, professional while she was very hostile. I ask to speak to her supervisor she said that she was the supervisor and she didn't care who I called on her. I felt very humiliated and disrespected for no reason at all and there were other employees and customers that witness the whole ordeal

  The Coast Dental of Largo,FL Did the same thing to me as recently as of Nov 25 2024, Wanda office that's rude, Obnoxious, & tool all my insurance money,then sent me a bill for more money & I paid out of pocket on my visit as well, Now Dec 6 2024, I go in for my scheduled permanent crown, My Insurance Company already paid for,Wanda told me there was no Outstanding Balance, then before they Unprofessional were yelling @ me telling me I had to pay another $140, I was like What is going on, These people are crooks,My insurance company is Investigating the situation, Due to having me so upset, Then when I left they gave me Not one copy of my work or payments, When I got home I confirmed my suspicions with their Company, I reached my Insurance Company, & they told me they will be doing an investigation with them, I feel bad for the Vulnerability of Our Senior Citizens being taken Advantage of & don't know it!! This is absolutely Unethical & Insane the treatment you get!! This is a Retired, Disabled,Hospice Nurse of 20 years, Patients came 1st & were heard with their concerns! Word of Mouth is Everything, Remember that Coast Dental! I have been going to Dentists all my life @ 52, I know @ least be kind & helpful, I Hate This Place ,Thanks for some more PTSD!

  I went for a filling and cleaning,and contracted an infection and my filling came out. I keep calling and being told someone would call me from the location and no one has its going on four months.
