      I purchased over $4000 on cool sculpting packages for my abdomen and chin. When I arrived to my first appointment on June 16, the nurse said to me "let me guess they took your money before telling you how far out we are booking" I was immediately uncomfortable because that was my exact experience, very scammy. The nurse was short with me while taking pictures and explained she would "never have signed me up for cool sculpting because she didn't know where on my body I would be a good candidate." She told me that I had been double booked so they did not have an actual cool sculpting room for me. Instead she jerryrigged me into the chair using pillows and paper towels stuffed under the applicator. The entire experience made me super uncomfortable and did not uphold the standard I felt was necessary for a medical procedure that requires a trained RN to apply. I immediately placed a complaint, but did not hear from the regional manager for 6 weeks. At this point I should be seeing results, but I only have dark stretch marks where the application was. Ideal Image broke HIPPA and the nurse who made me uncomfortable was notified of the complaint and reached out to me and yelled at me, telling me I wouldn't be getting my money back since I already went through with the first procedure. I called the hotline again to make them aware. A few weeks later I finally heard from the regional manager. She explained to me that the nurse should never have called me, and I could use my purchase for other services that I never intended on getting at a much farther location, or I could transfer my purchase to a friend or family member and have them pay me for it. This solution was extremely scammy and I requested my claim be sent up the chain to the medical team to determine if I should be given a refund. I believe ideal image broke their own contract by treating me without the correct equipment and broke HIPPA when they had the RN who treated me reach out to me about my complaint.

      Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns. Medical providers and all Ideal Image staff are HIPAA complaint therefore nurses can call the guests to discuss concerns. There was policy broken within the procedure and results are seen after 90 days with Cool Sculpting. We are unable to refund due to the non-refundable contract however we are happy to ************ funds to another service or having a friend/relative take over procedures. Thank you.

      Forcing someone to use a credit for other procedures because the business broke their own protocol and therefore their contract, is scammy and disappointing to say the least. Your practices are clearly in favor of the money hungry organization that you are rather than for the treatment of your patients. As I stated before, I have already developed dark marks only where the application was placed. I do not feel comfortable going to your business because of the clear HIPPA violation of contacting a victim of a broken contract and company procedure, while your nurses can contact a patient, they should not be made aware of who placed a complaint about them, or yell at the patient. As someone who works in healthcare, I would encourage the business to null the contract for the unused procedures, and adjust the contract to charge only for the procedures redeemed, which I have paid for in full. Ally has already been contacted and agreed this contract can be updated to reflect these changes on their end.

      Hi,I signed a contract on 8/25/22 order #***** for laser hair removal. I am disappointed upon finding out that I was charged for things that I was not told I'd be charged for. For instance, my sales representative mentioned that during after-care, to prevent ingrowns, a lotion or cream is applied to help with soothing the area and any regrowth, etc. I never ever agreed to purchase this lotion, and was not told it isn't already included in the service without charge. I simply responded, "wow, sounds helpful." or something along those lines, thinking it was included or I'd be offered it at my service and paying for it THEN. When my mom and I called Ideal Image and asked for the itemized bill, this lotion/cream was charged. It gave me a very bad impression on the overall experience already, because why am I being charged for things I never consented to being charged for? I have not had any laser removal sessions yet, and I would like my contract to be canceled and fully refunded due to this experience. I don't want to provide business to a company that is charging me for extra things and not telling me about it. Thank you for any help.

      I purchased 8 cool sculpting treatments in May. After using 5 of the 8 I never regained feeling in my stomach. I requested a refund for services NOT used and have been refused by Ideal Image. How a company can hold you to a contract for services you don't feel comfortable using is beyond me.

      I had a call with someone from ideal image and she was extremely pushy on selling the *** package, she'd had mentioned that this service was safe for breastfeeding and never said I could not be refunded - I bought it on 7/28 for $826.50. I then talked to my doctor and my baby's doctor as well as other skin specialists and they said not to do this while breastfeeding. Since I don't know when I'll be done I wanted a refund. I have called the location about 10 times asking to talk with someone that can help me but have yet to get a call back. The last call the girl who answered said she can't give me a managers email or phone number.

      It is safe to proceed with the procedure purchased while breast feeding. However, if you are feeling unsafe about it we can postpone your contract to allow you time to breastfeed and then you can proceed with services. We are unable to cancel the contract as the contracts with Ideal Image are non-refundable.

      I do not feel comfortable doing the service while breastfeeding and extending the life of my service does not help me as I am planning to breastfeed for a very long time given economic conditions and formula situations.
      It was never mentioned to me that this was non refundable, which is extremely important information, especially since she said I could do it while breastfeeding and now finding out I can't/definitely don't feel comfortable doing it.
      $825 is a lot of money for some people, I'd really appreciate a refund - I do think you could make an exception given medical reasons and not upfront information during the initial call

      I had an appointment today 8/26/22. I had my 9 year old with me. They canceled my appointment because I had my child and they said no children are allowed. There are no signs, nothing in the app saying no children allowed. I explained I live an 1 hour and 10 minutes away and to reschedule I would now be driving 4 hours and 40 minutes total. They said it's there Covid policy. I said your Covid policy on the website shows everyone must wear a mask nothing about children and no one in there has been wearing a mask. This is ridiculous. So being a single mom with no help I get punished? ******, ** location and customer service phone number.

      On July 8th 2022, I went to Ideal Image, on ***************************************. I says administered Botox. In conversation I mentioned my sons upcoming wedding. I said I would need Botox and fillers in October. She said to go ahead snd make the appt.I went out to pay for my Botox and to make appt.she charged me double $462 twice but I did get that issued back to me. She went into my account got $**** without my knowledge, not no services performed at that time. , I only wanted to make an appt I didn't realize that she had charged me until I got home and looked at my phone. I was not prepared to pay for services not rendered and this is a Senior State and that was my Social Security check which I pay my house, electric, etc. I've been past due on my bills due to their taking money from my account.I'm 77 years old this is pure elderly abuse to *** have called just about everyday no one will talk they just say it's in process. Finally I received a Voicemail yesterday saying she, *********, could not authorize a refund that I had another account there. Yes, but I borrowed the money from ********* so they are paid in full. She was wanting me to pay twice. I pay ****** every month to Ally for a procedure there. It's paid in full to ideal image. These are a bunch of crooks of course I cancelled my appt for Oct so that **** should be a credit in my acct. thank you ***************************** ************ *************************************************************.

      No I signed no contract. Besides I cancelled my October appointment so services not rendered, I should have a credit on my account there. In my research of ideal image I have found they do this quite a bit. The only contract, so to speak, so signed a side effects of Botox. No this is wrong they owe me the money

      I had a consult with ideal image for cool sculpting for chin and lip injections. During my consultation I expressed what I wanted done. She told me that this could get taken care of easily! She even had me pinch my double chin and said that it would be an easy process for me since there was not much there. I asked if I would have to get multiple treatments to see results and she said no because it wasn't a lot. Then we discussed my lips, I have thin lips and when I told her I just wanted a lift for my top lip she had said that I would see great results and it would be lifted with one syringe, basically setting me up for failure. My consultant seemed to care more about the money for the company then to really tell me the truth that most treatments you will have to do multiple times. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of when I should be able to trust my consultant to be truthful and give me the information that I need. During my consult she also told me that I had to purchase a cream for the cool sculpting but could not tell me what it was for. I went in for my procedure and asked what the cream was for and no one could tell me and when I wanted to return it, they would not let me. I went through with both treatments and saw little to no results. I went back in on August 13th for an evaluation of the procedures. You could see no results with the cool sculpting and they also weighed me and I had lost weight even since the procedure. For my lips, the only difference was the bottom but that is not what I wanted. The nurse told me she would contact her manager and my consult person and someone would contact me, week and a half goes by, nothing. I called and they said she would contact me back, still nothing. called again and again waiting for nothing. It's really sad to see that they do not care about their clients results and if they're happy, just their money. I spent money for no results and being mislead. I would like my money back at this point.

      I have been treated but I was lied to and conned into doing something without the correct information during my consult. It actually upsets me greatly that ideal image does not care about making their customers happy, just taking their money. I was rushed during the consult because of the deal they were offering at the time and did not get the chance to read everything. I was not even sent the contract. I may have signed a contract agreeing that I would get the results I wanted but I did not get the results I was promised so the contact should be voided. This is false advertising. I was told I would need ONE TREATMENT, that is why I proceeded, not to be lied to and conned into doing more treatments. I do not feel anymore confident about myself, I look the exact same. I am in college and a nursing student and would not have done the treatment if I knew about more needed. Lying to get money and make people invest so much into you guys, not giving accurate treatment information. I was told one treatment needed and that the one treatment would give me results, all to be shown it was a lie. I see that a lot of people's reviews with the same problem with you guys so it can't be that it's me, you are misleading a lot of people and it is so unprofessional. So, all in all, since I signed a contract with the consultant telling me that I would get amazing results, when in reality nothing changed while also losing weight so you cannot use that against me, I kindly ask for my money back or that the remaining balance owed is voided since I did not reciveve what I was promised, I have been very understadning and nice throughout this entire process but when everyone is ignoring you, not calling back, and basically not caring about your issues with the treatment, it makes you wonder why you went with a company who cares so little about you and your confidence. Once again, I don't want anymore treatments but I would like money back since nothing has changed for me when I was told so differently, instead of throwing money at you guys for pointless treatment when nothing changed on my end. If you could pull up the before and after pictures, you will see what I am seeing. I feel as though if you were in my position you would be upset, aggravated at this point too.

      I understand that, but I wouldn't have gone through with the treatment if I was told the correct information. I was lied to. My consultant told me that my double chin would be gone and that my lips would be lifted. She lied to get my money, when in reality, it takes time and many procedures to see results. I was told ONE TREATMENT and that I would have results. She lied because now I am being told that you need multiple. I would not have gone through with this KNOWING I needed multiple treatments. This is false advertising and lying and it's literally so unprofessional. I am in nursing school and that is one of the key components of nursing and since you guys work with nurses, its honesty, caring, and being professional. I have not experienced ONE of those with you guys. I was rushed into signing these things for the "deal" and was not sent anything to look over and review, she did a basic overview of things and not once mentioned I would need extra treatment for the chin since I did not have a lot to get rid of. I understand I "signed" stuff but I was not informed of what I was signing in detail and had little time to discuss it and could not review it. I have been treated horribly throughout this entire process trying to contact ****** and getting no calls back from her. This has been completely the worst service I have ever had, all because I was lied to and now I have to deal with paying the 1400$ that is owed for nothing? How is that fair? You are supposed to satisfy your customers yet you're still trying to make me pay for something I was false-advertised and lied to in. All I am asking for is my money back, or for the rest of the payments to be voided. I understand about signing things, but do you understand that your consultants are lying to people to get their money and false advertising? This is so wrong on so many levels. What I don't understand is how you can make someone pay for treatment that they were lied to about and then disappointed because they were lied to and got no results because they were not given the correct information. That is not on me, that is on you guys for lying and false advertising. So if we could figure out these payments that would be great and if not I might have to contact my lawyer and get further involved with this legally.

      I was misinformed and sold a service that wasn't for what I requested. I contacted them and was told a case was created. I had one of their reps call me back trying to offer me another product service instead of a refund. I just need a refund since I haven't gone for any appointment. I was then told another person will call me and I'm yet to hear from that person because I can't pay for something that won't benefit the reason I contacted you guys.

      I signed a contract with Ideal Image on 8/16/22 for multiple sessions of their BBL facial. Prior to signing the contract I had a zoom consultation and after seeing my skin, I was assured I was a great candidate for this procedure and would see excellent results. At my first appointment on 8/18/22 I was told that they would not be able to perform this procedure on me because she believed I had Melasma and the BBL would make my spots much darker and then they could only be corrected by a chemical peel. They said they would not provide service to me unless I proved I did not have Melasma. I tried cancelling my contract with them that day and have not been able to get in contact with anyone that will help me since. Each time I call I'm assured my case manager **** is busy but he will call me back at the end of the day or within the next ***** hours. It has been 8 days and I can't get anyone to speak with me and was basically told today to stop calling so much. My loan payments from this contract are starting soon and I have product that was sold to me that I would like to return but I'm not sure what to do if no one will call me back. I'm afraid I made a huge mistake with this company who has taken my money for a contract that when I signed I was told I was a candidate for and am not.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is the second complaint I have had to make in regards to Ideal Image. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone at this company to issue me a refund for returned product. I was sent product that I never opened or used and returned to them via tracking on 9/2/22. I have been trying to get a hold of ****, the person handling my case, for over two weeks. I have sent 4 emails and called numerous times and left messages for him to return my call. No one else at Ideal Image has been willing to help me either and Im just continuously being told I have to wait for **** to call me back. I have a loan to pay for my original contract with Ideal Image and my first payment is due this week however, I dont want to make a payment for product that I have returned and am waiting on a refund for. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this to be resolved and its now becoming a time sensitive issue but if **** will not contact me and no one else there can help me, Im at a loss of what to do next.

      This happened on 07/06/2022. I am absolutely livid about my experience so far with Ideal Image. I initially just asked for information and to learn more about the services. They contacted me back and offered a free consultation. I agreed. When we were discussing the services for laser hair removal, I was pressured into actually signing up for it when all I wanted was information. I eventually gave in to the tactics because the lady seemed nice and actually seemed to empathize with my problems. I ended up signing up for a loan for $4,800. I asked her multiple times if I could cancel if I was no longer able to pay for the services. Now that I think back on it, she avoided the question. I tried my hardest to read everything that I was signing. Nowhere at any time did she mention that it was a law-abiding contract and that I am basically waiving my right to fight it in court. I had no idea. She also told me that I would NOT be charged until I had my first appointment. I had to cancel my appointment due to financial and health reasons. However, I received an email from Ally Lending that I need to make a payment on 08/11/2022. I NEVER used the money. I filed a complaint and opened a case. I received a call from Craig G., the executive client care specialist. He told me that it's law-abiding and that if I were to cancel, I still have to pay them $4,800 even though I never used their services. I was forced to send an email to Ally Lending asking to close the case and that we met a resolution. Due to pressured selling and deceptive practices, I am now suffering mentally and financially. This is unethical and wrong. It did not help that I was crying during the phone call with Mr. Gentry, and he did not care at all. I want to cancel the agreement. I refuse to cooperate with a company that resorts to deception and unethical practices. I will continue to file complaints against this business. I have already tried to contact Ideal Image and have received no response.

      I received an email this morning from the Attorney Generals Office stating that Ideal Image sent them a letter stating that Ally Lending will receive a full refund. I attached the letter Ideal Image sent to the Attorney Generals Office.
