      Signed up with Ideal Image for laser treatment. Took out a loan for the package. Set up an appointment for my first treatment and they put the wrong date and then said I cancelled it. Actually had set up an appointment for a day later and when I showed up I was told there was no appointment for me even though I had an email to prove it. The receptionist seemed to care less about this inconvenience. I was told since I wasn't charge getting a refund was not a problem and a case was created. Found out Ideal Image immediately charged the entire amount and was told I could not get a refund for these reasons. I had no services provided. I want an immediate refund to the loan so I can close that out.

      I was inquiring about laser hair removal and got a quote for $2400. I was also charged $250 for a lifetime guarantee program which I did not receive information about, but I read the contract which said I can get a refund and cancel it within 30 days of signing the agreement. I call and cancel within 30 days as per the contract, and the customer representative indicated I would get my refund within 3-5 business days. But then later the same day, I get an e-mail from Ideal Image indicating I am unable to get my refund. Without a reason. I e-mail and call to inquire but I keep getting put on hold/sent to another number. Please help resolve.

      The "discounted pricing" per the contract states:

      How would I have used the member benefits if I haven't completed the contract? I just started the treatments in August.

      The benefits are discounted pricing for services purchased. When the guest purchased the service, they received a discounted member price. The touch up sessions are also an addition the the **** however this is not the discounted pricing that makes the guests **** non-refundable. There will be no further resolution as the **** is non-refundable.

      On Thur Aug 4 I received a call from Ideal's sales consultant. I was specific about my needs and the reason I was looking to change places for laser hair removal. I have a tan and the other laser was getting too painful. The sales rep Caroline told me it was completely safe to have sun exposure and I would be fine to have my bikini line done. She also told me the laser was not painful and there were ways to help with the minimal pain. These are the reasons that I agreed to sign up. I booked an appt for August 6. I get there and the first thing the consultant said to me is if you have had sun exposure/a tan that there was potential of getting burned and that this laser was extremely painful. I said that is the exact opposite of what your sales rep said to me. She said that happens all the time and that is why she started with that info. These sales reps are extremely uninformed and will say anything to get you to sign up for a treatment. I tried calling Caroline after the appointment and was unable to get ahold of her. On Monday Aug 8 I called Ideal to see if I could get a refund since the sales rep had straight up lied to me and they said they would open a case and try to get ahold of the sales rep. They never got ahold of her and she also wouldn't answer any of my calls it seems like the line is no longer active. A case was opened and I heard back on Aug 10 but still they weren't able to resolve anything and told me they would call back when a manager was available. I called again Aug 15 and tried to escalate but of course no one was available. They lied & sold me this on false pretenses and I would like my downpayment of $500 back because I don't want their services if they are going to lie about the treatments, I don't feel safe receiving a service from them at this point. They agreed to let me out of the rest of the contract except for $500 which is a lot of money and I would appreciate a full refund due to the lack of correct info and uninformed sales reps.

      I called ideal image in December of 2021 to set up an appointment to get lip fillers. I told them I would have two weeks of vacation and I would like to set up the appointment then. They told me it would be better if I bought the package because it included a free gift. I told them I don't have all that money and they said I could go ahead and apply for credit to see if I qualified and that I did. So I set up the appointment with them but when they called it was not for lip fillers it was for Botox. They said they didn't have any available staff for the lip fillers but they could get me in for Botox since I had expressed interest. So then they set up an appointment for my fillers and they said the first appointment available was 3 months out and I told them I would be out of town that date but they still set it. Then they canceled because they had non"staff" again. My free "gift" the fat burner through freezing appointment also canceled by them because they had no staff. Mean while I am making payments every month for products I have not received. I called time and time again and made formal complaints for them to refund me the money because they never even completed any other services other than the Botox which wasn't what I wanted. They said they won't. But I will never step foot in their offices again because they are not staffed they are unprofessional and who charges for services they have not even rendered. I just want them to credit the card back so I can move on. I am not getting any work done ever.

      On May 15, 2022, I signed a contract with Ideal Image using the center out of Augusta, Ga. The contract was for laser hair removal for facial hair. After I signed the contract I attempted to schedule an appointment. The 1st available appointment for me was in July. I was not aware at the time of signing my contract that my 16 month program starts from contract date, not first service date. This already meant I could not get all my treatments in the 16 month time frame. Each treatment requires 4-6 weeks between service. If you need additional treatments to finish the program but are outside of the 16 month window, you must pay for those additional treatments seperately. I had no idea at the time I signed the contract that I would not be able to get an appointment immediately. That was never expressed to me. I immediately took action, calling and emailing Ideal Image attempting to cancel my service. No one would return my calls or emails to discuss. I attempted to file a dispute on my credit card since I could not recieve the service I paid for. However, my credit card company had to uphold the contract signed. I want to warn everyone of this company! I have now paid $2744.07 for a service I will never get and will never get a refund for. Beware!!!

      The credit card dispute has been dropped. I verified with Discover on 08/13 that the dispute had been dropped. Discover has returned the funds to Ideal Image. I am waiting on contact from Ideal Image to schedule my appointment. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Ideal Image and was told I could not schedule until the dispute was dropped. The dispute has been dropped yet I still cannot schedule my appointments. My 16 month contract should not start until my 1st appointment.

      I inquired about laser hair removal with Ideal Image and on 07/23/22 a rep called and I signed up with her. I was never told I could not cancel this agreement. Services totaling $ 4,390.00. I signed up for the loan with Ally Bank and got an email that it would be 3 days for Ideal Image to get the money. The very next morning 07/24/22 at 9:59 am I called to cancel with Ideal Image and was immediately told I could not cancel and that they already had the money from the bank. After much hesitation on her part Brianna gave me a case number #XXXXXXXX. I called the bank as soon as they opened on Monday to cancel the loan. She was very nice and stated I was within the time to cancel. I also got a case number. The reason I want to cancel is because this company has SEVERAL complaints and I need to feel safe and comfortable going to a place especially having to pay so much money. I waited about a week to hear back from someone about my case, but they are very happy and eager to take your money. I even asked if I could at least just do one out of the 5 services and if I felt comfortable I would get the rest of the services and was told no. How is this possible if I haven't even stepped foot in this business? They offered $400 off but at this point I don't want any of their business anymore. This was never about the money. This is about a business being sneaky and ripping so many people off. I was even threatened that if the bank took their money back that they would charge my credit card the full amount and send me to collections. I haven't had anything done. How is this legal? The only time they care to talk to me is if they feel I will back down. I almost backed down, but I'm not giving up. This is not right what they do to people. I want out of this agreement now!

      In July 2022, I called Ideal Image to inquire about Cool Sculpting. I spoke to a lady named Micah. She rushed me through a loan application that I was lead to believe was a simple registration with Ideal Image. It said I was approved for $3,500.00. The estimated cost for what I was inquiring about was $2,900.00 in which she charged to the loan right away! Before any services were provided, before an appointment was made, before I could even process all the information. I didn't know until I received a monitored credit notification about a new account with "Fortiva". After further research I discovered it was Ideal Images finance dept. I called Fortiva right away to dispute this! They said they could close the acct but that I'd still be responsible for the balance of $2,900.00. After multiple attempts to reach Micah by phone, the lady that rushed me through the application process and charged the loan automatically, I emailed them a few times, requesting they do the right thing and fix this, all they wanna do is TALK about it. To top this off, they charged an additional $102.00 for interest and late fees AFTER I closed the acct AND just a short time after it was opened! It is a SCAM! They are using your name and your credit to COERCE you into basically giving them money! Don't give them your personal information. Don't trust them! They are rushing you through a contract without giving you FULL DISCLOSURE, then I notice when people file a complaint with the BBB, Ideal image is trying to justify this form of theft by stating to people that they signed a contract that states the loan is "non-refundable".
      Well okay, technically I haven't given you any money so a refund isn't due but I haven't used your services either, you haven't provided any services, so do the right thing and report it PAID IN FULL to the credit bureaus! I cannot afford to pay this loan as I've had some medical issues come up. This is ridiculous! It should not be effecting my credit!!

      Ideal Image called me ONCE yesterday while I was at work.
      I responded by email a short time later. I have sent MANY emails regarding this matter and rarely get a response and when I do, they just want me to call them. And anytime that I had called them, they don't answer. They call you! Twice when I was able to answer, they hung up! They want to leave a message to "prove" they are attempting to resolve a matter and truthfully, they really don't care, as long as they get YOUR money!
      Honestly, we have nothing to discuss. They have people sign a contract without full disclosure, including the fact that you are signing a contract (unaware), use peoples name and credit to coerce them into giving them money. It's credit FRAUD. I will NOT be satisfied with this company until they have this so called debt removed from my credit. I prefer email when communicating with them so there is no further "debt" issues.
      I don't trust them.
      Again, just do the right thing and remove this phony "debt" from my credit. I have not used any services from Ideal Image and have no interest whatsoever.

      They are playing games. They've already charged a loan (through their own company) for services I have not received (and not interested in).       My wife (***** *******) and I each purchased a service package of cool sculpting. $4,600.00 and $3,700.00 were paid in full on my credit cards on 05/30/2022.
      We then proceeded to schedule appointments, the soonest was 07/18/22. This was already frustrating because we were led to believe that once the payment processed we would be able to get an appointment quickly. Then 2 days before the appointmetn we received a cancelation from IDEAL image (on 07/16/2022) since that time we have been attempting to get a refund and have been continuosly ignored or told that someone would call back.
      We have NO confidence in IDEAL IMAGE and I have told them that. I cannot trust a business that is preforming work on our my body if it cannot even commmuncate or provide resaonble communication. I have requested a full refund atleast 6-7 times directly and eaxch time I get told that they have to talk to someone else and that they will call or email me back. I never get a call or email back.
      I want a FULL REFUND of the $4,600.00 charged on my Master Card and a full refund of $3,700.00 charged on my Visa.
      This is the minimum acceptable resolution.
      I will be MOSTLY un availbe from 08/14/22-08/23/22.

      I entered into a contract with Ideal Image. The rep used my husband as primary on a loan that he did not sign for I was told he could be my cosigner. The rep.kade my first appointment in less than 15 hours the company called to cancel. I researched and found this to be a very common practice. They take your money book and then cancel appointments regularly. They don't rebook all of your appointments within contract time and then charge for another year membership. Within 24 hours I notified both Ideal Image and Ally Bank I wished to exercise my right to cancel the agreement. I contacted a consumer lawyer who informed me you have 3 days to cancel a contract. I have documentation of all correspondence to prove I notified within the period allotted. Ideal Image is refusing to cancel the contract. They are violating my rights as a consumer as well as breaking fede6law.

      My name is ***** *******. In May Ideal Image contacted me to sign up for some treatments. They called me in zoom to go over pricing. The girl that called me in zoom did not explain to me really what I was signing and she said I would be able to cancel anytime. I called numerous times to cancel and theyt refuse, They send me to collections and did not render any services. I do not want any services. I cant afford this. I just graduated high school and work at Five guys part time while I'm in college. I never had any services done and the girl said I can cancel if I change my mind. I keep calling and everyone is giving me the run around. I've asked for a copy of the recorded zoom call and the name of the sales person. They keep refusing. They send me to collections for no reason. I need them to remove this from my credit since I have not gotten any services. I want a copy of the zoom call to confirm the girl said I can cancel anytime. I cant afford this I work at five guys part time. I do not know what I was signing and the girl said I can cancel anytime. The Ally lending account number is 2554. Then girl did not go over the contract with me word for word.
