      I received a postcard for $100.00 off my first service with Ideal Image. I called and requested information on their services. I was contacted and had a zoom meeting with Linda E******. I told her I wanted filler for the deep wrinkles above my lips and treatment for the discoloration on my face. I told her I had a coupon for $100.00 off my first treatment. She recommended I get the membership and I would get 1 free BBL treatment. I contracted to buy 1 filler treatment, 3 BBL treatments, a $250.00 membership, and sunscreen and cream for use with the BBL treatments. She scheduled my filler treatment for November 8,2021 and my first BBL treatment for November 23,2021. I received my filler on November 8, 2021. On November 22, 2021, they called and canceled my appointment and said they would reschedule me as soon as possible. I was rescheduled for January 12, 2022. On January 11, they called and canceled me again. I never heard anything from the scheduler again. Toward the end of February, I called the business and told them that I was waiting to be scheduled for my first BBL treatment after being canceled twice. I was told by the lady who answered that they were starting to schedule March appointments. I never got a call. In March of 2022, I called corporate and talked to Mary. She said she could get me an appointment in June or I could have a syringe of filler. I told her I didn't want filler but I was reluctant to schedule another appointment after the way things had gone. She said she could extend my membership. I told her I would need to think about it. I tried calling Mary back several times but never got in touch. I left a voice mail telling her that I really just wanted to end my relationship with Ideal Image. I finally heard back from her but she said they could not refund my membership fee because I had the filler and used my membership. I then received a Docusign saying that they would reimburse me for the 3 BBL treatments. They owe me $250 for membership fee

      Why would I cancel my membership within 30 days when I had agreed to the January 12, 2022 appointment that was made for me after you canceled my November 23,2021 appointment? On January 11,2021, that appointment was canceled by your business. Then nothing from your scheduler. Explain to me what the cost of filler was after the $100.00 discount promised on my first service as stated on your postcard mail out to my address. Explain to me how I could be canceled twice both the day before my appointment and not be moved to the front of the line for my BBL. If I had known this was how I was going to be treated, I would have canceled and walked away.

      I had $100.00 off which would make it $825? I received it for $812.39. That is $12.61 discount. How about we remove all the discounts and start at $925. I paid $812.39. $925.00-$812.39=112.61. $112.61 +$20.00 cancellation fee=$132.61. $250.00 membership-$132.61 (full price for Vobella +cancellation fee) =$132.61 you would refund to me in check or another mutually agreed upon service or product.

      The $925 is not a reasonable cost for 1 syringe of Volbella filler. Even with my $100 discount from the postcard and the small discount from my membership, it is overpriced.

      I had a zoom appointment on 5/31/22 with Jessica Bushey, Sale rep, with Ideal Image. During our consultation, I explained to her I wanted to have the fat removed in my chest and thought I had gynecomastia. I have never been diagnosed with gynecomastia but used this term because I thought that what it was called. I also lifted my shirt so Jessica could see my chest area and I asked her if she thought this was an area that could be treated. Jessica told me, "Yes", it was something that could be treated. I completed an application with Ally Lending for $2600 and was approved for two sessions. My first session wasn't scheduled until 8/9/22 at 6:00pm.
      I received a call from someone at the treatment center at 4:00pm on 8/9/22 informing me I couldn't have my first treatment until I get a diagnosis from my doctor confirming I didn't have gynecomastia. I asked why didn't anyone call and tell me this information prior to my visit and why wasn't this mention to me when I had my zoom meeting back in May. The person said I should have been advised this during my initial meeting and the only way they would perform the treatment is for me to get confirmation from my doctor. I have already made two payments for services I hadn't even received. I asked the young lady what can I do to get a refund because I felt I was sold a product without them providing me all of the information that was required to receive the treatment. I contacted the number for Guest Concern and spoke to a Manager and Supervisor and explained to them my situation and was told I would need to get clearance from my doctor before they will perform the treatment or (possibly) issue a medical refund if it's confirmed I do have gynecomastia. So now I have to make a doctor's appointment to try and rectify this issue. I wouldn't advise anyone doing business with this company. I wished I had read the other complaints from the BBB prior to me dealing with them.

      I was interested in the services of ideal image. I was able to put down a deposit of $200 and was prepared to use the services that would total about $2,000. Unfortunately, there was a family emergency and I had a death in the family required me to travel. And with the way things are it is necessary to prioritze and choose what you can and can't do. Due to this situation, I was duped by Ideal Image and was not informed they are in the business of taking money without any services. When I informed them they agreed to cancel the services and refund the $200 deposit. However, they claim now that the deposit is non-refundable. How can Ideal Image be a company of integrity when operatng this way.

      July 17th - fast talked into agreeing to "deal" ending that day by Sales Rep. Charged $748 for 1 procedue whis was under the $750 limit to add on a bogus lifetime member fee of $200. So it was determined that I needed other procedures to the tune of $1514.77 which enabled them to then tack on the additional $250.
      June 30, 2022. CoolSculpting procedure chin.
      July 3rd & 4th - Developed severe allergic reaction involving chin, neck, upper chest & torso in the form of red raised rash with pustules, severe pain & itching.
      July 3rd - Called Ideal Image emergency number for help. no resolution under then a bandage approach.
      July 4th - Holiday no follow up from Ideal Image.
      July 5th - Call from Ideal Image to come to office (Toco Hills) for assessment and pictures. Advised to go to my Doctor for treatment.
      July 5th - Went to my Doctor was diagnosed with contact dermatitus and given a 17 day course of Predisone & steroid ointment.
      Follow up from Ideal Image checking on my status and advising me of their doc recommendations. Advised Rep of what I was going through medically.
      July 11th - Bill from Ally Lending with a charge of $2513.57 posted on June 21st. Contacted Ally immediately due to my medical issues and the fact they received money before my 1st appt on June 30th. A dispute was opened Case #XXXXXXXX for the refund of monies, plus fees and interest. Saying they would contact me with a resolution by 8/11.
      Aug 3rd - Receiverd a Service Agreement Termination from Ideal Image with a offer of a partial refund of unused services leaving me owing $1200 to Ally Lending. Due to the agreement terms and the amount of refund I did not sign the agreement.
      Aug 8th - Called Ally Lending due to received a emailed collection letter. I informed the Rep of the Dispute Case # and she said the case had been resolved & closed due to a refund by Ideal Image.
      I did not sign the Agreement from Ideal Image. I did not agree with the adjustment amount nor the terms,

      My severe allergic reaction caused me to incur medical & prescription expenses, and caused me undue pain and suffering.

      The balance left owed to Ally includes a invalid $250 membership charge that is unusable. The balance left is incurring extra fees and interest charges.

      I deserve a full adjustment not partial.

      Ideal Image & Ally have a mutually beneficial business relationship that Ideal Image utilizes to prey on its potential clients. I wouldn't be in this fix if this wasn't the case.

      My complaint is tied to payment received by Ideal Image from Ally. I was advised via email by Ally to take this up with Ideal Image. So here we are.

      I did not sign the document Ideal Image sent to Ally agreeing to accept the partial refund and they still submitted it to Ally. Both companies are predatory.

      In addition, I will have scarring & discoloration for life, and my procedure did not remove fat; in fact it actually just moved it around! And, I am still experiencing after affects from the procedure.

      Ally is not my bank nor my credit card company. They are partnered with Ideal Image to rip people off as noted by the slew of complaints against them.

      I did a phone consultation with Ideal Image and was rushed into purchasing a package worth almost $3000 because they said if I didnt book right then and there I would lose the discount I was getting. I wanted to cancel the next day after realizing it conflicts with a current topical face treatment I am on. I tried to cancel but they have been very difficult about this. I would really just like a refund for services I no longer want.

      I was pressured into a contract with ideal image and into financing for laser hair removal. It was a Sunday night and I got into it. But later in a few days I realised that it was not for me and I called the same agent to have my contract cancelled she sweet talked saying she has started the process and it would take a few days but assured me it would be done. I kept reminding her about it periodically. Today morning I get an email from Ally b*** that I am due for my loan payment. I am lost. I reached out to the sweet talking agent a Kristin and not heard back.
      This is so outrageous. Even if she could have pointed me to the correct person initially I would have cancelled the contract properly. Now they are hurting my credit score and may go to collection agencies. I am having a panics attack right now.
      I would like to talk to somebody in charge and get this resolved. Ideal image fir the full amount from the b*** ur contract I requested to be cancelled immediately and their greedy associate Kristin never got my requests to have the whole thing cancelled in the first place, but lied that the process for cancellation took place and I should not be worried. I have all the messages between us saying so.

      Terrible service, buyer beware, i was conned into cool scalpting, i signed up for other treatments i really wanted, I have been disputing these services for over 2 months, i want the services that i signed up for BUT NOT THE COOL SCALPTING. Ideal image, charged me for $3000, for the CS, i told them i didn't want it. They won't see me for the other services i paid for until i pay the unwanted, $3000, charge to me account.

      Please. Help, i have paid allot of money for maintenence, but, i don't want the, ILLEGAL CHARGE OF $3000, to my account.

      I have made many calls to the 1-800 number and also went to talk to the manager at the Williamsville, office, with no help..

      Their, practices are wrong & illegal.

      On 8/7/2022 I was hoping to find more information about pricing and their CoolSculpting services, which required me to fill out a form to hear from the company. A few minutes later, I was contacted by a representative who told me a little about the procedure and then transferred me to another representative named Brooklyn. Using some pushy sales tactics that I unfortunately became a victim of, I was never shown nor encouraged to slow down or read anything she was guiding me through and instead only pressured to push the next button to carry out this process. Somehow, I wound up full on signing up for this procedure when all I wanted was to know about the pricing and availability. Before I knew it, I got stuck with a loan from a place called ally in the amount of $3,638.85, when I was only told that I was being pre-approved and not full-on applying for a loan. She signed me up for appointments and never once used the words, "contract," "binding agreement," or anything similar. I called back no less than an hour later to cancel everything due to some underlying health issues, and was told that a case would be opened and that she didn't know how long it would take to get resolved since they "already got paid by ally." Later that night, I got an email from ally that said they'd be sending the funds in 2 days. How did Ideal Image already have the money then?? I called ally first thing this morning to stop the loan from going through, but the lady there told me it was already processing and there was nothing she could do except open a case and have me call Ideal Image back and ask them to refund the money to them. I called II, and the lady there reviewed the case and said it could take 7-10 business days to resolve, but that I should call back sooner than that to make sure progress was being made. After seeing all of the complaints here, my confidence that II will solve this problem without a big push is completely shattered. (Case #XXXXXXXX @ II, Case #XXXXXXXX @ ally)

      I was contacted by Ideal Image and they agreed to refund ally for all charges excluding a skincare product (which had already been shipped). I was told that I can be refunded for the skincare separately should I choose to return it. The skincare cost $200, and after some research that is indeed the retail price and not a markup. I will keep and pay for the skincare. I signed a termination agreement showing that Ideal Image agreed to refund ally.

      I went into Ideal Image for a consultation on 9/6/2017. On that date, I discussed options and the team there prequalified me for services and we scheduled those services. I called Ideal Image later that day (9/6/2017) and cancelled my prequalification and appointment. I was told at that time that they cancelled everything and just to let them know if I would like to schedule at a later time my prequalification would still be valid for I believe 90 days. I told them I wanted to shop around and was not ready to commit to any services at that time. I never received a single call or mail stating my payments were due until my loan (which I didn't know was created) was apparently sold to a third party (Jefferson Capital Systems). I contacted Ideal Image at that time and tried to resolve this as I had no benefit to this loan. Ideal Image just stole my money completely and never even attempted to schedule me for services or send me a bill stating that I owed them so I could resolve this in a timely manner. I Spoke with RJ and Tara during that time and continued to be passed around and everyone kept telling me that nobody could help me. This is completely unfair as I received NO financial benefit and Jefferson Capital has now sued me and took these documents to court, which I also sent them documents stating I had no benefit from this loan. The court has now awarded Jefferson Capital without even a notice of a court date because of Ideal Image. I apparently have to pay 2,274.03 and their fees 169.62 - NONE of which I should be legally responsible for as literally your company STOLE this money from me with ABSOLUTELY no financial gain. Therefore- you need to pay this amount to me before I retain a lawyer of my own and I have to sue your company for theft because your employees are not aware of how to handle same day cancellations - which your company has records of and just won't do anything about it. This is now on my credit as well as a collection - remove it.

      Signed an agreement to 9/22/21 for ulttherapy for my neck area for $774. When I actually went to get the service done, the RN said I didn't need the service done. I have called ideal image many times seeking a resolution for this and they have been giving me the run around for almost a year. Every time I call they tell me that they need to pass it along to a supervisor and I will get a call back, but I never get a call back. I want a full refund and a resolution. This has gone on way too long.
