      Hello I made an appointment over the phone to get a lip filler service with an agent of ideal image. I was told I had to pay for the service ahead of time it $675. I was never informed that there was a non refundable policy in place. I did have to check a box of agreement and supposedly that is in that but was never told verbally over the phone. I cant find that agreement anywhere now. I canceled my appointment with in 2 days of making the appointment and that gave them 30 days notice of the cancellation. I changed my mind about getting service or any other service and wanted my money back they said no and was very rude saying no. Especially the **** number customer service. I need help getting my money back $675. This is terrible how they do this to people. I need your help. Please !!!

      *********, ** Location: I was sold a package based on proximity to my home only to find out after the fact that they are not renewing their lease in *********. The other locations do not work for me and I was very clear about that with the representative prior to using my deceased Grandmothers inheritance money (to be used on something only for myself). I have been very disappointed with Ideal Images willingness to only offer me a $400 discount and not a refund and/or reimbursement of nearly $5,000 I was asked to pay upfront. They could offer me a lifetime of free service at other locations but as a stay at home mother with a child in half day school (which is only 3 hours) I could not use it. I plan to find out when they had to give notice of not renewing their lease.

      I am rejecting this response because I only signed the contract because the representative assured me that the location closest to my home and my childs school would be available. Ideal Image records videos and can see that this was a very important part of our conversation.

      I would also like Ideal Image to provide the date it gave notice to the building that it would be closing that location in relation to the time that I signed the contract. Please provide those details.

      Your contract is obviously written in a manner to prevent you from having to refund or reimburse your customers. I understand that is a business decision.

      However, I am asking for your humanity to help someone who does not have the time or opportunity to travel to a different location and made the purchase based solely on the convenience of the existing location at the time of the contract.

      I had purchased a Brazilian ipl package valued at $2400 3 years ago in ********* ** i recently moved to *************.Then I was denied service due to my Dr. *** wanting to sign the medical waiver allowing me this service- I have Lupus he said we will see in a year. Well 3 years have passed I'm still not able anyways fast forward to now I transferred the service to my brother. They told him he wasn't able to use this service due to "issues with the account" so I call them spoke with multiple reps and was told I can be issued a refund. Fast forward to tonight's conversation when I spoke to someone whose tone was very rude claims there are no notes on my account to the conversations I've had with the other reps and she will not give me a refund in her words as she cut me off "No ma'am we will not give you a refund" i asked to speak with her manager and she told that me she was the manager and above her would be corporate. I was told "corporate" will reach out "maybe" by Monday. Wth kind of customer service is this? This place is a scam! Do not give them your money!

      On July 19, 2023 I had an online consult with ideal image for some fat removal from my abdomen. They had me on zoom and had me sign a contract while face-timeing half naked and never told me I couldn't be refunded. She just told me to scroll to the bottom and sign.I consulted with my oncologist on my next visit about the procedure I was wanting and because I need further reconstruction on my b****** ( breast cancer, double mastectomy) that requires fat transfers from my abdomen he advised against the procedure. I let Ideal image know and they said absolutely, no problem just fill out the health form and return. NOBODY EVER contacted me since. I have made 20+ phone calls and been transferred all over their company. Finally someone answered and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she would elevate my case to a supervisor and that was week ago. None of my calls or e-mails have been returned. They stopped responding. All of our calls should have been recorded and I have all of the emails.

      I initially contacted Ideal for ****** hair removal. A sales consultant contacts me immediately and conducted a zoom consultation. During the consultation she listed all the other services they offered including coolscupting. I showed her my body on the video did a full 360 view. She advised I was a candidate for coolsculting but it would require about 20 session. I went for my 1st session on 9/16 and had a 2nd session on 9/26. I went for my 3rd Session on 10/3 and was told by the technician I was not a candidate because I had too much loose skin and she would not even waste my time doing the treatments. She said she would submit a claim for me *** I could.get a refund and someone would be calling me. The care representative called today and said they don't give refunds even though I'm not a candidate I told her this was not fair to me They wasted my time.and money I just want a refund

      On 8/19/2023 I had a zoom call with ********* from Ideal Image. She stated I would need at least 8 treatments, if not more. I was charged $1500 down payment plus $1500 financed. My laser hair removal eliminated my issue after one treatment. I have agreed to a second treatment, in good faith for contract. However, I want the financed amount of $1500 voided, and t- refund of the remaining balance after the 2 treatments received.

      08/12/2023 Called to inquire about the price and process of treatments. Was informed that I had to pick a payment plan if I wanted to see what the end price would be and what the payment options were.Was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment with the selected payment option. I stated I wasnt sure if we were prepared to spend that much money and I would need to talk it over with my husband. I was told I needed to schedule the apt to secure the discounted price or promotion and was assured that I could cancel at any time if we decided not to go through with it or if I tried it and had an adverse reaction. I would only be charged for the services I had used. I scheduled the appointment. 08/30/2023 I noticed that even though I had canceled the appointment I was still shown to owe a payment that would be withdrawn soon. I called to cancel to make sure I wouldnt be charged. I was told they were unable to cancel contracts. The information I received was incorrect. I was told someone in a higher position would call me later that day or the next day. No one called. 09/06/2023 Called again to see if I could talk to someone higher up that could help me cancel given that is what I was promised. I was transferred to an executive member who reiterated that they can not cancel contracts for services. She said she would send me a copy of my contract since I never received a copy. She did not send it. 09/25/2023 Called a third time. This time the executive member DID send me a copy of the contract. I asked for a transcript of my phone conversation with the first lady who signed me up and she said they cannot release it since it is for company purposes only. She said the only way they can cancel is if I am deemed medically unfit for treatment. I feel I was pressured to schedule an appointment's and lied to about ability to cancel. We do not have the money to pay contracted amount.

      I am rejecting this response.

      I understand clearly the contract states no refunds and I understand a businesses right to stand by their contract. However, I did not receive a copy of this contract to read before signing. I'm sure it was part of the online signatures. But, while the representative was walking me through everything I needed to sign and select while on a zoom call (just to get to the point where I could see the pricing) she gave me false information. While a business should stand behind a contract I don't feel it is ethical to stand behind a representative who gave false information about a specific portion of the contract and then hold the consumer liable. I asked SPECIFICALLY about cancelations before signing and she gave me SPECIFIC assurance there was no risk; I could cancel at any time if we changed our minds. The call is recorded for business purposes. I ask that a refund be made and if there is someone who needs to be held accountable for the mistake is is the customer service employee who was misinformed or knowingly gave false information to manipulate a contractual agreement. We will  pursue small claims court if this is not refunded.

      I got burned after a couple visits because of the wrong usage of the laser header during the laser hair removal treatment, they didn't change to a ligther setting on my darken skin. I have tried to negotiate with them to get part of my money back since it doesn't get the results that I would expect also I won't be able to finish the rest of the touch *** because of the burn. I am hestitant to do any laser treatments. They didn't give any responses back since I talked to them in June. Also, because those touch *** are seemed to be complimentary. The ideal image location I went to is from Milk Creek, WA. They have rotated different nurses and seem like they don't get an equal training. I didn't get the same services when i got burned this time. No aloe **** and no cooling. If you could help me with any further actions, I sincerely appreciate it. Please let me know if you need more information from me.

      Service Sessions. The Laser Hair Removal (***) package described below includes service sessions typically scheduled six (6) to eight (8) weeks apart that must be completed within sixteen (16) months following your first treatment. Any of the services not completed within this 16-month period will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. 
       If you choose the fee per session package, you agree that you are not eligible for the lifetime membership, including touchup sessions, when choosing this package. 
       Unlimited treatments within your prescribed treatment interval. Treatment intervals range from **** weeks. Price per session derived using a 9 treatment plan of 5 standard treatments and 4 touch-up.

      Attached are the guests contracts to review regarding side effects, etc. We sincerely apologize about the guests experiences and encourage the guest to reach out to the clinic medical staff for assistance. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have done the laser treatments for a couple of time (5 or 6 times) before this burn. If that is the side effect, it would happen sooner. I believe this is the wrong usage of the laser header from the technicial, which can be totally avoided. According to my demartologist, I might be scarring due to the miscooperation and I am traumatized by the results I am getting. And I don't see any resolutions they provided. They just gave me some bleach cream and no responses from any future plans. I can't believe this is the priopriate action from a big chain clinic. Per the ***** of my dermatologist, I might need another laser treatment if scarring to remove the scars. From my points of view, I don't see any resolutions provided to my case. They just ignore what is happening to their patients.

      Began services with Ideal Image in *********** August 2022 and became a member with the Lifetime Guarantee Membership ***. Contract ID: ******** for Lifetime Membership Laser Hair Removal Contract: Face, underarms and belly button ******** Laser Hair Removal Contract: ******** to add in bikini area. 9/26/2022 Renewed Lifetime Guarantee Membership Laser Hair Removal LTG Contract ID ******** on August 29, 2023. I live in ******** and was doing services in ********. Since July 2023, the ******** office has been cancelling my appts and referring me to other locations which are over an hour from me such as ************ or **************. A few days before my appt or the day of, the ******** office would cancel. Leaving me to reschedule and not be able to find another appt within the needed time frame. Which made the hair removal delayed multiple occasions. I did one session at ************** just to stay within the time frame. Booked my next appt at ************ and now they cancelled my next appt due to losing their nurse to do my appt. I am not getting the appropriate treatment at this point, the clock is ticking on my contract and why am I renewing a membership for a company that is essentially closed? I want my money back for any services/contracts due to their staffing issues. $299 paid for membership $1749 for Contract ******** $1799.60 for Contract ******** $2850 for Contract ********

      I signed up for laser hair removal with Ideal Image in November 2022. In total my services include 15 sessions of laser hair removal for a duration of 16 months, the membership for 12 months, the lifetime guarantee, and a service called "seasonal specials" which is a redeemable free gift with a duration of 12 months. I attempted to redeem this "free gift" in October of 2023, however, the customer service representatives stated that it must be redeemed within 3 months. I have no written records stating such, the documents and emails provided to me only stated that is redeemable within 12 months. I talked to at least 3 different people on the phone. The last person I spoke to stated that there was nothing they could do to honor the agreement. She stated that they no longer offer a free gift with membership therefore cannot do anything regarding it. I wanted to continue communicating with the company for further explanation but was told by the employee on the phone that she was the highest I could reach, there is no email for customer service.I believe they are not honoring the contractual agreement and using undisclosed information to support their decision. I would like for my contract to be fulfilled in full by the company or compensated for their refusal to do so.

      Written response and attachment do not address my complaint that the business refuses to perform the first ******* listed in the contract titled "Seasonal Special". Response does not explain why or justify the customer ******* representatives denying me this ******* for reasons not stated in the contract. The attachment in my initial complaint of the email correspondence confirming the ******************* ******* details the types of services I can choose for this promotion and does not state that it must be chosen within 3 months of purchase. No where in the contract or email states this 3 month limitation, therefore that being the reason I am denied the ******* is baseless.

Purchase was made in November 2022, duration of ability to select service is 12 months, and it is currently October 2023. Business continues refusing to acknowledge that their statements and actions directly contradict the signed contract. They are unwilling to compensate for their refusal perform services stated in the contract/email confirmation. The reasoning they use (no longer offering a free service when purchasing another) is irrelevant to this issue because my contract is still active, terms of new contracts not applicable to existing and unmodified contracts.

      The Lifetime Membership is valid/active for a duration of 12 months.  The membership benefits/features are subject to change and vary from time to time as advised in the service agreement.  The free treatment feature was discontinued in January.  We no longer offer this feature.  All other membership discounts still apply and are valid until expiration of membership

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Clearly this business is apathetic to the contractual agreements they make. They have made no effort to provide a respond that addresses my specific complaint. They state that because they no longer offer a promotion to new members that they then can discontinue such offers that are written in a contract with existing customers. Their business practice is unethical, they did not notify me that they were ending this service therefore I was unaware I would not be able to use the service I was promised as stated in my contract. I can see why they have such a poor rating with the BBB. I question the legalities of their operational practices, but I see no hope for resolution due to their history and indifference to customer satisfaction. You can continue to state the same response over and over, clearly that will not make this situation right.
