I signed up for a membership which is expiring 12/21/22 and they renewed by charging my credit card, I was not given the option to opt out and I don't use their service anymore so I no longer require a membership.Business Response

On October 29, 2022 I purchased 8 Coolsculpting sessions through Ideal Image. I didn't have the money at the time so the saleswoman suggested applying for a credit card through Fortiva for the amount due. I was approved for $3500 and all of that went to Ideal Image. When the saleslady went to schedule me for my appointments, the first one available was December 26, 2022. Almost two months later! I told her that was ridiculous - had I known I would have to wait that long for an appointment, I would have never gone through the hit my credit took applying for the credit card. She said she would put me on a list in case people cancel or need to reschedule - then I would be called. Without any options, I agreed. After a month of not receiving one call, I tried calling Ideal Image to inquire about what could be done. The Ideal Image franchises do not have direct numbers. You have to call a main Ideal Image phone number, sift through which option best "fits" what you need and then stay on hold FOREVER! I am not kidding. I have called multiple times on different days of the week only to be left on hold for upwards of 45 minutes before giving up. The last time I tried to contact Ideal Image i utilized the chat option. After explaining my issue to the lady, we were conveniently disconnected. When I tried to get back into the chat to "find" the same lady of course there was no way for the person I was chatting with now to know what was going on so I proeceeded to explain it to her as well. This time I asked to have a supervisor/manager call me back. Again, we were conveniently disconnected. After reading the BBB complaints on this company, I realize I am just another one that was taken advantage of. I am now making $200 a month payments on a credit card that I have received no services from! I have yet to receive ANY services from these people. I truly feel I deserve a refund. We apologize regarding the scheduling concerns, typically it takes a few weeks for our guests to schedule and with the holiday season the clinics have been booking up quickly. The guest was treated on 11/11 and has appointments scheduled for 12/26/2022 and 12/27/2022. We stand behind our service agreement and the commitment it offers. I would like a total refund from Ideal Images. They accept you in for body fat removal treatments when they know from the beginning that they aren't able to help you. They get you financed and tell you that they really can't help you ,in my case after the second visit . They refuse to refund totally. They only want to refund half. They knew from the beginning that they couldn't help. It's a scam company. They need to be shut down.Business Response

Transaction Date November 26,2022. I spoke with a person in a consultation concerning hair laser for my chin and upper lip. Once I gave her the payment she immediately put me on hold the phone disconnected she called me back to apologize that she was sorry she had a call she had to take,I was giving my first appointment for December 9th at 10:AM. I arrived much earlier I was called back to a room where at 10:20 I was met by a young lady who told me they did not have numbing cream there I had to order it but they had none onsite. At that point I was not ready to possibly have pain so I spoke with the young lady and told her I did not want to go through with it so She gave me a number to call customer service to get my refund. I called the same day. spoke with ********************* lady named ****** she informed me someone would return my call. They didn't so I called back on Monday morning and was transferred after maybe 20 30 minutes and spoke with ******** who informed me I could not get a refund only I could get some other treatments and I just said I just want a refund that's all she kept trying to get me to agree to other services but I was not going to be refunded at all. I paid for laser and was badly burnt from the technician. It took a month for me to file a claim. I was told they would heal but still show white spots in the sun. When I called to ask why my claim was denied I was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering. I have left my claim specialist 5 voicemails and no response. I only had 6 sessions so far this is a joke and a scam they wont give you back any money.. even if it was their fault with in experience techs.Business Response

I recently enrolled in a Laser Hair Removal plan. Im currently a student living in ****** and my preferred clinic would be the one in ******.By gathering the funds and using some of my personal savings as a college student, I managed to get an almost full body Hair Removal plan. I never thought that the hardest part of this would be scheduling an appointment. Ive been calling on and on customer service for the past months, telling me that the next availability is until next year. I understand that I have many areas to cover, and that possibly 3 appointments of 90 minutes would be necessary each month.What can I do if there is never availability? We recommend downloading the app and scheduling appointments for shorter appointment times. I scheduled a service with Ideal Image at a cost of $4,700.00. Two days later I cancelled the service. This was weeks before the scheduled date of service. There was a loan opened with ************** for zero percent interest that was paid to Ideal Image. Now **** says I need to make payments on the loan. Ideal Image will not refund my money. I didn't receive the service. They say it is on the 8th page of a ***************************** large print it says if you cancel less then 24 hours before your appointment a $50 fee may apply. I was charge 125 two time on a treatment which both time I've got burn in two different areas of my skin and now I have a scar and this happen two months apart. Which before treatment I've ask thr tech to reduce the laser levels which they left it the same . I spoke to ****? She told me no refund but they can stop automatic bank recurring so I won't have anymore monthly charges well of course not I'm not coming back but I do want a refund of 300 dollars for my ***** and time and gas to get burn and get scars for life of wasting my nice skin to be damages in certain areas after I've told them twice to reduce laser levels on my skin I would want someone to get in touch from the corporate level and refund me back 300 dollars . ************ *********************************, thx uBusiness Response
