      This company is totally dishonest, and the customer service staff, and the case workers are rude and unconcerned. I had a zoom consultation with Denise M., first of all she didn't get the pricing correct. I indicated that I need service on my inner thighs and need it done in July for my vacation in August. She assured me that can be done. I kept asking what dates and she told me that I needed to purchase first, and I thought that was strange, so I did, and my date was August 29, I told her that is not good after I put down 719.63. ****** told me that I may get a better date because people cancel all the time, that should have been a light going off. I asked when I can cancel and refunded, she stated three days. I called the very next day to cancel and was treated with o respect. I have called very day and keep getting the run around from the local branch. I was then given an 800 number and case number. Which I was always told its pending, which was a lie, they knew exactly what they were doing. I finally got a case working yesterday 7/11/22 who claims she was not my case worker and will look into my case. She was **** and ****** I told her I was never told that I could only cancel for medical reasons never. I reached out to ****** by email and her cell number and no response. I asked that the no more payments are taken out of my account and stated that will be stopped. I asked to end me a confirmation and told yes, I said do you have my email address and she rudely repeated to me, as of today 7/12/22 no confirmation has been sent. Also was told that they will get with ******'s manger about wrong information given. Keeping someone's money is so dishonest and the attitude. I have used this service a couple of years ago and was happy with the service.
      I have contacted a lawyer!!! I also believe discrimination is a concern.

      The local office staff is very nice, but BEWARE when doing the consultation. During my consultation, I was told they would send over a few documents to sign. I was told it would be soft pull on my credit, but that was not true. It hit my credit report. I was also told that I needed to sign documents before I could book my first appointment. Stupid me for not reading thru everything, I was actually signing a contract with the finance company which I supposedly couldn't get out of and just to be extra slimy, Ideal had me sign a contract with them as well. 2 days after the consult, I had a change of heart and called in to cancel, but was told by Ideal that I was locked into it. I disputed it with the bank, Ally, and luckily, I disputed it early enough and no services were rendered so they let me out of the contract. They advised that Ideal would have to let me out of my agreement with them separately. This is when I found out that I signed 2 different contracts. Ideal image had a rep call me again to tell me that I signed a contract with them and it was my fault I didn't read the disclosures and if I had changed my mind 5 minutes after signing it wouldn't matter because I was in a contract. I have never heard of such ** in my life. It was very sneaky of them to send those things over while I was on the phone, all while the consultant was talking and distracting me. I know it's my fault for not reading the contract, but most reputable companies (even a mortgage company) has a grace period. I was trying to talk to the Ideal image dispute rep and he kept talking over me and reminding me that it would go against my credit and I would have to deal with the collection agency if the bank let me out and I didn't pay in full right away. Unless you plan on following thru with services for sure, do not sign anything while on the phone with them. Read it over and sleep on it, because once you sign, they will not let you out.
