      Unfortunately, I have found myself in a deeply troubling situation with Ideal Image. I initially signed up for a service with them but never received any treatments. After further consultation with my doctor, I learned that CoolSculpting is not a medically safe option for me due to my diabetes. My primary care physician, who has treated me for over 20 years, even faxed a letter to Ideal Image stating that I should not undergo this procedure for medical reasons.Regrettably, I didnt catch the issue on my credit card statements in time, and Ideal Image continued to bill me, totaling $7,288. As a kindergarten teacher, I simply cannot afford to lose $7,288 for services I was never able to receive, especially when a legitimate medical condition prevented me from using them. I was initially told by Ideal Image that a documented medical exception would qualify me for a refund. Despite thisand despite the formal letter from my doctorI have been repeatedly denied a refund.

      I called for an appointment for Ultherapy on May 17 and booked it for June 24. As with most med spas, they asked for a credit card to hold the appointment, but they also went ahead and charged the whole amount of $2200. After looking into them further, I decided I no longer wanted to have it done. I called on June 9 to cancel and get a refund. I was still 2 weeks out and everything on their website says outside of 24 hours. The contract states no treatments are refundable, but I never received a treatment! They were happy to cancel but said they were unable to refund my money. I have received no treatment and paid $2200. Frankly, after reading reviews, I am afraid to have it done there. Of course, they said I can use it for something else, but again, I am afraid. Such a scam! If they were reputable, they would gladly refund your money especially if you didn't even have the service. I have been to other reputable Med Spas that have never done business this way.

      Purchased a laser hair removal package online and immediately called the next day to cancel because it was a dumb purchase I regretted, and my money could be spent so much smarter. I made it clear I wanted to cancel when I called (within 24 hours of purchase) and was no longer interested in the service, and assumed I would be refunded according to the Change of Heart policy on their website, which gives you 72 hours to change your mind. When I still hadn't been refunded a week later, I called to look into it and was told I wasn't eligible for a refund and could either reschedule for a service I no longer wanted or could "gift it to a friend or family member" which is grossly inapprioriate when we're talking about thousands of dollars and I clearly cancelled well within the 72 hour time frame. After then emailing the clinic manager of the local Ideal Image I had originally booked with who said she'd be "happy to help me with this", I then didn't get a response from her for over a week after multiple follow-up emails, calls, and even showing up to the clinic to get this sorted out. I called a main customer service line and was told that I needed to have written proof that I had informed Ideal Image of wanting to cancel, that my call the day after purchase wasn't good enough. The girl who cancelled for me conveniently never passed this information along; otherwise, it would have simply been as easy as sending an email that same day stating I wanted to cancel. I will be contacting an attorney to look into this scam.

      This location needs to shut down. They are doing everything wrong here. Frauding clients by setting up appointments without having charts prepared, humiliating clients in front of other clients, there’s mold on the ceiling in treatment room, nasty floor, there’s a musty smell in the office, the whole experience is so unpleasant that your cortisol level after the whole experience make you feel as it wasn’t even worth your time and money. I will not be stepping in this location ever again. It’s a shame that this kind of nonsense you can experience in such a beautiful area. Don’t go here if you don’t want your day ruined. Absolutely unacceptable behavior by clinic manager Teryn S************, rude and unprofessional, I hope this helps.

      I was very honest when I came in to get a quote for hair removal services with my pcos I now have completed 8 sections and paid for with no results. They kept making promises of adding services to help sense April have not heard back I have more hair on my chin and neck than when I started. Just charging people a lot of money over 2000 dollars for me with no solution to the problem they have token pics as I have also this should be looked in to it’s not a small amount of money being took from customers. Shady business needs better management I can’t imagine I’m the only one here with this.

      Not a Mother-Friendly Company — Disregards Breastfeeding and Hides Behind Policy Loopholes I signed a laser hair removal contract with Ideal Image and informed them when I became pregnant that I’d need to pause treatments. I was told this wasn’t a problem and was granted an extension, since I planned to breastfeed after giving birth. Later, when I contacted them again to say I was still nursing and not ready to resume treatments, I was told my extension would expire before I finished nursing, even though my signed contract clearly states “guests must not participate in this service if they are pregnant or nursing” When I brought this up, the representative said they’ve “updated the contracts,” implying that newer versions override the one I signed. That logic is baffling—updated contracts shouldn’t invalidate the terms I agreed to. Then they informed me my contract was considered “fulfilled” after just five sessions, because the remaining four were considered “zero-cost.” Per contract “It is agreed that laser hair removal package pricing is based off five (5) treatments and four (4) zero cost touch-ups;” So I paid over $2,000 for just five sessions—on two small areas—not legs or arms. That’s over $400 per session, which was never explained upfront. I tried to escalate the issue, but every time I called the Plano, TX location, I was told the manager was in back-to-back meetings and unavailable. I was not allowed to leave a message, nor was I given the manager’s name or contact information and was told her email address is apparently “sensitive information”. It has been over 2 months and no one has called or followed-up with me. If you’re a mother—or plan to be—be cautious.

      No one has contacted me regarding this matter—I’m happy to provide screenshots of my call log to confirm that no attempt was made. As of today, June 11, it has been 6 business days since the company claimed they would reach out, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Additionally, I hope that BBB will reconsider this company’s A+ rating. Based on my experience, this corporation is neither customer-friendly nor supportive of mothers, and several of their practices appear questionable at best. For instance, the contract I signed does not include an end date, yet the company is claiming it has ended. I am more than willing to cooperate fully with BBB and can provide a copy of the signed contract or any additional information needed to ensure this business is evaluated and rated fairly.

      They are the worst. More than 3 years, I have been a valued customer but recently I was told the rate increases for touchups and I already have a lifetime guarantee with the contract I signed. Te price for touch up was around $50-$90 depending on what I get done. Now they are telling me my touch up will be $300. I still have the contract so I will definitely be contacting my lawyer. This is absurd.

      Absolutely the worst business I've had contact with I give them no *********** scam! Don't go here, they only want your money! More than 3 years, I have been a valued customer of ******************** and have consistently appreciated the staff. However, I recently was told the rate increases for touchups and I already have a lifetime guarantee. When I signed the contract, I was told I would pay 90% of the original price. And now they recommend buying a new package for the same price. DISHONEST BUSINESS. BE AWARE and Absolutely go somewhere else. I talked to Milan clinic, and they seem very nice and honest and for sure not doing any more business with IDEAL IMMAGE plus I will hire an attorney. I would leave and not recommend it to anyone. Scammers and unethical. They'll sell you a service, then up charge you every chance they can

      Touch up prices went up drastically. They fluctuate all the time but never like this . I emailed the company last week and have heard nothing back. Poorly ran business with poor communication to customers. Also I have been getting laser hair removal for 5 years and still don’t have great results. Starting to think it is a scam business.

      I have the same complaint about feeling like my contract was not withheld. I went for a touch up today on 3 areas, after confirming on the phone a couple weeks ago when I made my appointment that it is $30 per area as I paid extra for in my original contract for LIFETIME GUARANTEE . Upon arrival today I am told that the prices have quadrupled. I was shocked & upset. I was already there, they knew they had me. Luckily the nurse practitioner was kind & sympathetic & said she will talk to the front desk. When I checked out they did end up giving me the pricing I was told on the phone, which I appreciate, but said it will be increased next time. I said I dont understand why if I signed a contract & she looked annoyed & just said prices are subject to change There was no discussion. I understand prices are going up everywhere but 400% & after signing a contract. This is bad business. I was going to get a quote while I was there for my legs, but I cant trust them & would rather give my money to their competitors if this is how they treat their loyal clients.
