1 starDuring my consultation with Catherine T., told me everything was refundable if I decide not to follow through with any Aesthitic skin operations. Catherine also informed me that I would have 3 days to cancel my agreement contract loan, as long as I contacted her. I signed the loan agreement on July 1st and the following day I decided to cancel the agreement. July 2nd I sent her a text on my wishes to cancel my contract, I received no response. July 3rd I emailed Catherine to cancel my agreement, again no response. Assuming she canceled I learn a week later my agreement is still in play and I have to reach out to another consultant Alexzandria, Cruz to submit a cancelation ticket on July 13th. I recieve a phone call that my ticket for cancelation has been submitted and an Executive Care Specialist will reach out to me in 72hrs. I finally recieve an email 7 business days later July XX X:XXpm from Erin Moore, my Care Specialists. She requests a phone number to contact me and a date and time. I reply back July 22 at 3:19pm with a working number and to call back. It is now July 26, 5 emails to Ms. Moore and 11 phone calls and a voicemail to her and still have not received an email, a phone call or even a voice-mail. I have even left an alternative phone number to call.
Ideal Image does not want to refund my loan amount and they are sending me in circles. I have even tried contacting customer service and will not help resolve my issue. Ideal Image does not care about you.Review fromRoxana S

1 starThis people are straight scammers. I did q consultation and I agreed on doing laser hair removal they will make you believe everything is great, the lady rushed me into singing a contract she didn't explain anything. The next day I called because I realized I didn't want to do the treatment for personal reasons. It didn't even pass 24 hrs after I signed the contract when I called ally bank and they told me to contact ideal image which I did. Mind you all this was before 24 hrs they said they were going to open a case they waited until ally paid then to return the call, just to tell me they don't make refunds unless you have a medical condition meaning you are not a good candidate for laser hair removal. Now I'm stuck paying 3k for something I'm not even using.Review fromStephanie M

1 starIDEAL IMAGE.....stay away at least from the Willow Grove facility...My appt was 2pm on July 23rd..the "NURSE" injected filler and bruised my face up and told me it would clear up in 2 wks so if I had any affairs coming up I should wait until then. that is not how fillers work. She (Haley) stuck me to the point where it was painful and blood was drawn. I paid for two syringes and only used one.. I question her youth and she "said" she was a nurse for 1 yr or giving injections for 1 yr......I want my money back...I was curious as to why a "NURSE" would not wear their credentials on their lapel. I do not believe she was an RN maybe an LPN or even going to school to accomplish it but an RN...NO. When I wash my face it stings like crazy so I am using witch hazel spray/vitamin C/coco butter/ice pack..is this a franchise hiding behind a legitimate company? 1 starMy situation is so similar with another people story on conflict with this business
On 2/22/22 during a Zoom meeting the person who I spoke make a treatment list which I realized few days after does not address my issue. and more I start to be afraid for my health if I use them service. I tray to cancel and request refund for my 2500 from credit card. I declined charge unsuccessfully. . Ideal image claim the contract stating charges are not refundable. I didn't have time to read the contract is 12 pages and . I was pushed to signed it with out knowing that Since Feb 22 I am working unsuccessfully to convince them to give me money back. I provided a note from my doctor stating the treatment is not helping me. They don't answer to my call, I sent a letter thru ************ from Florida which I was advice to do because in contract is saying they are cover .from Florida Law. I fell I try anything to recover my money, I have hard time paying the credit card bill. from my small income. I don't know what is my options . 1 starI had a cool sculpting procedure scheduled. A week before the procedure my doctor discovered I have fibroids and strongly recommended that I cancel the procedure. I was told by Ideal Image I needed to send in my medical records and I did. Once they received the medical records they said my doctor needed to write a letter stating this procedure not recommended due to medical findings. My doctor sent in the letter now Ideal Image is saying the letter is not good enough. They want my doctor to give them in detail what is going on with my health. That is a hipaa violation and I don't understand how they can ask for this. I have been going back and forth with their customer service team and these people are rude and heartless. How can a medical issue that was beyond my control be held against me? All I want is a refund. Never wanted to bash their company.... Just want a refund.Review fromKatrina J

I signed up for treatments with Ideal Image. They only accepted full amount payments, therefore I had to do financing. I financed with a 3rd party company and was granted $2000, of which, Ideal Image has received. Only a few days after initially signing up for the services, I realized that this was not something I could afford right now and I canceled the loan amount and my appointments, of which, I believe I only had one scheduled. I did this LONG before I was to ever have my 1st appointment. The financing company was most helpful and stated that I needed to contact Ideal Image and have them return or refund the $2000.00. I called, spoke to a very nice customer service rep and she passed ** on to a case manager. I explained everything to the case manager and then was told that they WOULD NOT return the money because apparently they do not offer refunds. I was not told that when signing up; its in fine print in the contract. I was ADAMANT that I did not want these services. After going back and forth I was told that they would keep the funds (for years if necessary), will never return them, I would still have to make payments and if I don't it could go into collections and hurt my credit. They kept saying "We want you to have the services." to which I replied, "I don't now, nor will I ever want them." I even asked, "So you guys are trying to force me to use something I no longer want?" and after a long pause, "Yes ma'am." I have never set foot in their offices, I have never used their products or services and I have made it very clear that I NEVER WILL; however, they have no issue with keeping money that doesn't belong to them and potentially hurting my credit abilities. I have tried at least 3 times to get this resolved and they will not budge!Ideal Image

I have had someone address my concerns several times. I merely want a refund returned to the creditor it is owed to. It doesn't even have to come back to me. I cannot afford these services. I have never used them and therefore, should not have to pay for them. Please just return the money.Review fromBobby S

I have not received any treatment from this company but after further research I decided I didn't want to continue. After calling this branch they stated they have never had a male come in for any fillers that they know of so I didn't want to continue This all took place after I had the consultation virtually and was approved through their second partners with fair credit or problem issues. I completed the consultation and was not aware it really was set in stone via the internet without getting treatment. I have received a call from corporate that they will not be able to refund anything and I know why they have the money but I will be talking to everyone why they should be careful when dealing with ideal image My other Issue or concern is that they perform to many procedures and are not specialized in just the face so I may get someone who would be under experienced. They are still making me pay so I will try and find the best location and do a update on my experience. AGAIN be mindful about them especially if your a person of color and male because not all ingredients are well studied for skin of colorIdeal Image

**** customer service. Tried canceling my contract after being told I could cancel at any time and they refused. Stated I had waited too long, even though they knew I was out of the country and communication for a month. Circumstances can't change to make it infeasible?? What utter ****, and what a horrible company. I wouldn't trust them to remove anything from my body if they can't figure out how to remove a contract that is no longer viable.Ideal Image

1 starVery upset. I purchased cool sculpting procedure for my inner thighs. Over 5,000. Have my account paid in full, was able to make it to a few sessions then covid hit and was not able to return. Called several times and spoke with them about my contract and no problems were mentioned. Called today to make appointments to finish up my package and was told my contract ended in 2020!!!! I asked about a covid exception and they said there wasn't one!! They have my money and I did not receive their full service!!! I paid this bill in full and feel I deserve to receive what services I paid for regardless of the time frameReview fromZena C

WILL TRY AND HOLD YOU HOSTAGE WITH THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICE
They are trying to keep my $1200 and force me to do business with them after a deceitful sales tactic and an upsell of services to sign an additional contract. To describe what happened would take more energy and time than I've already dispelled, while trying to immediately dispute my business transaction with them. I've had no service completed by them, I don't want to do business with them, but was told there is NO WAY OUT! I told them there is a 3 day period on all contracts and I had told them I wanted to cancel within 24 hours. I was told that since I signed online that the contract was solid and there was no rescission period. I was told the only way out was a Doctors note, when I went to my Penn Dermatologist she was very concerned that they are doing business with cients and selling medical procedures without being seen by a Doctor. I disputed their charges with my bank. Please wish me luck that this company will do the right thing and not charge for services not wanted.Ideal Image
