    Spent $500 and two+ months on plan and have only lost 3 pounds. While on Ozempic in the same amount of time and doses I lost 18 pounds. Total scam and waste of time and money. I believe the semaglutide I was injecting was nothing but water. Fortunately I was able to cancel.

    Nice RX is a scam. They wasted a year of my time when my doctor could have been working on other things. They also took payment for medication I never recieved, without a refund. They were disorganized and dishonest. They take a monthly payment for sending in applications to companies that the patient can send in themselves, at no cost.

    Nice Rx is only a pack and ship store front mailbox. No working phone, email or personnel. Also no assistance in obtaining the medications through their subscription service. Foreign owned. All appearances of a scam.

    My complaints are the same as all the others you can read below. Last spring, signed my elderly, special-needs sister up with this program for a very expensive medication. For a while I got satisfactory customer service from them, but in early January of this year (2023), I contacted them to say that she was almost out of the medication, and they said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. It wasn’t delivered within that time, so I kept emailing and/or calling them to no avail. Yesterday, as my sister was completely out of the medication, I had to pay $1300 for it (SHE couldn’t afford it) from our local Walgreens. After reading other peoples’ reviews, now I am concerned about being able to cancel this program, although I am going to put a stop payment on the credit card. Buyer beware!

    This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with you cannot get ahold of anybody they have charged the credit card I have not received any medication this is absolutely crazy I'm already strapped for money they've taken money I still have no medication and to never get in touch with anybody I've left messages I've sent emails this is crazy BB should shut them down

    Terrible company, they took my money out of my account 3 months and never received my medicine , then they E mail me my medication is no longer available through NiceRX . Never got my refund for the 3 months and blocked my Email. Access denied! DO NOT use this company .. They need to be looked into for fraud .

    I stopped the use of my medication and tried to cancel services. Left multiple messages and never received a call back, I tried to email them multiple times as well and only received short reply that was not even relevant to the email that I had sent to them. What an awful and unetical company. I urge you to stay away!!!

    Misrepresented themselves. We have been charged twice and have never received insulin. I'm contacting Mastercard to dispute the charges. They do not answer the phone - forced me to leave a message after being on hold for 30 min. You can't remove your credit card. This organization needs to be shut down.

    This company was great at first, now it is impossible to get a hold of anybody! You sit on hold for hours to leave a message and nobody calls back, have sent emails everyday with no response! I am out of my medication and I can't get in contact with these people. Would absolutely not recommend at this point!!
