    Horrible! Can't send an email as it will not go through. I'm calling tomorrow. We shall see how they try to get out of it. I want a refund! I am not trying to upload any documents. I did not approved this!

    I have been taken off of my medication, and have notified Nice Rx in writing over a month ago. today I received another supply of medicine. It seems that they are trying to continue making money. This is such a waste of very expensive medication. I looked into this company from a very reliable source, and felt confident because the ratings were not bad at that time.

    I've worked in the health industry for years in various positions. Most of these positions were assisting patients with the insurance and authorizations process. There is absolutely no reason that Nice RX or any other company of this sort should charge a fee as they are charging for products and services that are already free to the patient if they qualify. I even wrote to Nice RX and asked why they are Charging Fees to provide access to programs that are FREE OF CHARGE and medication that is FREE OF CHARGE, to those who qualify. They quit responding when i kept questioning their responses that never provided a direct answer to my direct questions. If they couldn't provide me a reason they charge these fees and what that charge is for, they certainly are not going to be honest with patients. Why would this business take money from people who are already strapped and seeking financial relief for their already overextended income? If i could give no stars, I would. Please do not pay these people to take advantage of you. If you are not finding the assistance you need, please speak with your HCP or someone you trust. You can even call the manufacturer of the medications your need assistance with and they will most likely have a list of programs that may be able to assist you in your search.

    Wow ! This IS the 1st time I Have seen a company with NO Positive reviews Unless they Were a scam. In today's society Everyone wishes to write reviews BOTH bad and good. I HAVE just signed up SO I will give a 3 star review based on customer feedback. But I WILL UPDATE & REVISE MY STAR RATING once MY interaction with the company and their process IS COMPLETE.

    Horrible company to deal with! You pay them a fee to be a middle man between doctor and pharmacy. They never answer the phone and dont do anything to assist us. Now we are trying to cancel and again getting the run around! They expect us to fill out a cancel form for our medication and we are only trying to cancel their service! Do not use this company!

    It's great to have the opportunity to get expensive meds at this price. But to cancel your subscription, even less than 24 hrs after signing up, you have to print a form. They give you weird reasons but honestly I think it's just bc they know it's harder for people to do and they want money. You can cancel everything over the phone, even insurance. Also, they won't transfer you to a manger because they are "unavailable".

    False advertising. I only signed up because of this page ********************************************* stating they could help with Dexcom costs. After I enrolled and was charged the initial $49 I emailed to asked about Dexcom, and they stated they don't help with this. I don't even want a refund, I'm just annoyed.

    When am I gonna learn? I had the same problem these 4 other people had. I got my paperwork in to them, and then they said they sent my doctor more paperwork. As soon as my doctor sent that back in, then, my meds would be shipped to my doctor's office in 4-6 weeks. And that would have been okay, except they tried to charge my card. Nicerx said I would not be charged until I received my meds. Nice rx sent me an email to tell mee my card was declined and would I like to update my info. The email also said that after this $49 charge, I would not be billed again until I received my meds. But there was only supposed to be ONE $49 charge per medication. I sent an email asking about all of this, but have not heard back.
