      This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. They acquired my mortgage in April. I never received the welcome package I was told I would get before my 1st payment was due which was June 1, 2022. I have now been on the phone with them since the end of May because my homeowners insurance was due June 1st and was never paid. After several phone calls to them to get this rectified all I got was to have the insurance company fax them the required documents and it will be taken care of. Documents were faxed to them twice and they claim they never got it. Now they send me a check for an escrow overage. I call them again and they proceed to tell my that it will be paid and to deposit the money back into my escrow. Needless to say my homeowners never got paid and on 7/25 22 I receive a letter from them that my insurance has lapsed and they will be taking out insurance for me and I will have to pay them back. Called my insurance company and had to get it reinstated which I had to pay out of my pocket. So much for an escrow account! These people do not know what is going on. Everyone I spoke with just bull shitted me and blew me off. Avoid this company at all cost!!!! Employees are not helpful at all!!

      ItÂ’s truly astounding how poor their customer service is. I legitimately think itÂ’s on purpose. ThereÂ’s no other explanation. Their phone tree system leads to dead ends and hangs up on you. If you ever actually get a customer service rep they put you on hold constantly until it disconnects. No call back. Total garbage company.

      I had my loan transferred to Fay Servicing. I have been making my payments to them for over 10 years. Last month my payment did not arrive. Called our bank and they confirmed it was sent. To appease them we sent another payment, confirming with our bank it was also sent. 2 months in and finally get a hold of someone at Fay and they tell me their address changed. Boy.. do I get messages via text that my payments late, no texts, emails, or letter to state address change. This company should be out of business! They don’t answer their phones, hang up “disconnected “ when they do answer. What really bothers me is unless I refinance, I am stuck with this awful company.
