    ***SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! If I could, would give minus stars!!! It was not disclosed this was a broker mover--I thought they were nationwide (Budget Movers ******* - NOT Legacy Moving Group)--Legacy Group was NEVER mentioned! First time in my life hiring "professional" movers as I did **Haul every move before (over 20 moves). I was hoping to "treat" myself from the backache. I was explicit that I NEED a 26' truck - I can fill it top to bottom, front to back-the WHOLE truck!! ****** said that is what I'd be getting until finally someone called (don't remember who) to talk about my inventory which is when I discovered was only reserved 1/4 of the truck!!! WTF!!! That I'd be charged an additional near $5000 for the full truck!!! NO-ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE--doesn't matter which of the numerous numbers they have!! NO-ONE would call me back, respond to texts and so I cancelled to only find out later when another person (***) tried scheduling me then to discover I cancelled and will NOT refund me any of my deposit!!! I was mislead the entire time and inevitably RIPPED OFF!!! I have contacted the *** fraud department to file a complaint and the Better Business Bureau as well. I will never hire another moving company and just do it myself......I don't even care to drive the **Haul myself and should've just sucked it up -- cuz I'd be moved by now. This has caused me unable to move at this point due the monies lost. **SCAM **SCAM**SCAM!!!

    I was originally quoted 8.5 hours for my move; they finished in about 4.5 hours. Legacy Moving Group communicated well throughout the move and went above and beyond to make it a good experience. I will undoubtedly use Legacy Moving Group again in the future.

    My experience from top to bottom with Legacy Moving Group he was great. They can on time, got right to work and ensured that everything was protected and safe. Packed the truck, drove to my new spot and then unloaded everything and even unpacked the furniture that they padded for protection of my stuff. I will definitely be using them again, not to mention that the price was fair as well.

    Highly recommend Legacy Moving Group. Very professional and courteous! Our movers were awesome, they made our move simple and stress free. They took care of all our items and were very communicative through the whole process. Will use again in the future!

    Legacy Moving Group Team was very communicative ahead of time in terms of my items and timing. They gave a 9a-10a arrival window and when I mentioned the day before that earlier was better they showed up promptly at 9am. They were very friendly and efficient.

    He talk to the same person on the phone each time, so you are not reexplaining yourself. As much as my last move makes me want to burn my stuff before trusting it to movers again, these guys were a saving ***** and I will be using them for my next move.

    They were great! Showed up on time and wrapped everything and moved very quickly and efficiently. He at the office was great and the 3 guys moving everything were very professional and friendly. It really could not have gone smoother from start to finish. Thank you!!
