Legacy Moving Group is simply the best! They remove all the stress and complication that comes with moving. They are uber professional, kind, and helpful. Can't say enough good things. I wish I moved more often just so I could utilize their services more. Highly recommend.

Would rate a Zero if it would let me! No calls, updates just shows up. No return calls when they say they will. Partners with shady people. Dont speak English not citizens, treats your personal items like garbage. Broke our things, opened our things, stood on our couch with dirty shoes on arm. Bait and switch, charges you more at pick up and delivery! Makes you pay before drop off and does not remove boxes, tried to drive off with our things after changing 3 times delivery until we paid in full and extra for a made up reason when they had an elevator to use, my son did more than they did! Out of shape not strong in flip flops! The worse company I have ever seen in my 50 years! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Legacy Moving Group should be avoided at all cost! They are very good until you make the first deposit then its out of their hands as they farm you out to the actual movers who are deplorable, employ illegals, strong arm you for cash payments, and double your estimate from Legacys estimate. Legacy lies, ghosts you, wont answer the numerous voice mails and should be put out of business! They farmed me out to a company in ** called Moving Solutions who has a history of shady dealings. Drivers barely speak English except when its time to double your quote or collect cash! Dispatcher is rude doesnt follow through and lies. I still dont have a receipt for my move as they decided to move my belongings and show up without even speaking to me. I wasnt even in the country!! I had to make arrangements for someone to meet the drivers at my storage unit had to argue over the time of delivery, drivers showed up anyway when they wanted and started bombing my phone with texts and calls stating they just wanted to drop my stuff and take pictures of it. Tried to charge twice for payment. Oh and for the people who are missing furniture? They dont care I got some of your stuff and no response when I notified the broker or the moving companyRun and stay as far away from these scammers as you can!

Legacy was great from the start. Scott and Thomas were easy to work with and there was no pressure to pick them for my move. Paid for full service (furniture disassembled, wrapped, and unwrapped and reassembled at delivery). They are a brokerage and this was brokered to Streamline Moving and Storage. Pick up was great. The two gentlemen were so polite and did a great job at making sure everything was wrapped and moved nicely. Delivery however, different story. Different crew (three hours late, but not my concern at the moment) was mediocre. The guys dropped everything off, I helped them unwrap everything, and they took off. Nothing was reassembled. Grill and bedroom dresser was left right in the middle of the living room. Bed, couches, and dining room set left disassembled. Labeled boxes for which rooms they go to where also piled high in the living room (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen labels). I talked to Scott and he reassured me he would make this right and telling me I did indeed pay for a full service move. After him reviewing, he said nothing can be done to fix this. I do not have tools or the strength to move most of the furniture. I’m really disappointed they aren’t not doing anything to help the problem. Not sending anyone out to reassemble, no portion of the cost back. I do not recommend.

This company deserves 0 stars for their lack of reliability, honesty and overall service. I was lied to repeatedly by everyone I spoke to- my move was pushed out 4 days, costing me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. They. Did. Not. Care. Then, Dillon told me and my husband that a Legacy truck would pick up our stuff and deliver it the very next day. Lies. All of it. They are a broker and have NOTHING to do with actually moving anyone!!!!!!! Do NOT use this company- you will regret it if you do. All they care about is money. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY AND DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We are terribly sorry this customer had a bad experience with their move. All pickup date changes were confirmed with this customer. We had every intention of picking this up with our carrier of the same owner but had another customer unable to accept delivery at the last minute which forced us to give this move to one of our affiliates. Unfortunately, long distance relocations have a lot of moving parts and we need to be able to get our customers picked up when things happen that are outside of our control. In our opinion, the affiliate did a fantastic job and had the customer delivered within the 5 day window outlined in our contract. This customer also disputed their credit card charges after their move was complete even though we met all of our contractual obligations with them.

A bad experience??? None of Legacys employees know how to tell the truth. If they really think they did a fantastic job - they did a fabulous job of lying repeatedly. The c*** about unforeseen circumstances and another customer c*** The only thing I was told might affect our moving date was the weather - a completely understandable condition in ******* in February. However - the weather was completely clear - sunny with no snow. So - no, Legacy - you dont get to say you did a fantastic job.

BEWARE!!! BAD BAD BAD company to do business with. There is good reason why they are not BBB ******************* DO NOT USE THEM. *******, ****, and ***** are not guys you should ever do business with. ******* presented as if they were doing the move themselves, never stated they were actually a broker who was going to contract my out-of-state move to another company I’ve never even heard of. I was on the phone for quite some time, discussed at length what needed to be moved, gave DETAILED information about all of my furniture since most of what I have are antiques. When asked about the amount and sizes of boxes, I gave him an estimate of 60-80 boxes, mostly medium, some small, some large since I hadn’t finished packing at that point and he said, ‘not a problem, we’ll finalize it at pick up.’ I gave them ALL of the information they needed and they GROSSLY UNDERESTIMATED my quote. I believe this was intentional because this scam seems to be the same complaint that every single customer of theirs has based on all of their other seriously BAD reviews. They listed 129 items on my inventory list (49 actual pieces of furniture), created their ‘professional’ quote saying 1000 cubic feet of space was needed on the truck to move everything. In actuality, over 2000cu ft was needed to move it all which was DOUBLE their ‘professional expert’ quote. That meant DOUBLE the price. Out of 49 pieces of furniture, ONLY 5 got on that truck with the boxes. Needless to say, I was pissed when I called Legacy, got Chris who refused to take any responsibility. Now I’m left with having to travel back to Arizona, spend more time, spend more money, and inconvenience friends to get the rest of my furniture myself. ******* assured me TWICE that the price he gave me WOULD NOT CHANGE at pickup which was a lie and he knew it. THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY THE PROFESSIONALS. THEY KNOW HOW TO ESTIMATE THEIR COSTS AND THEY INTENTIONALLY UNDERESTIMATE EVERY TIME. SCAMMING, SCHEMING, SLIMY, SLIMY COMPANY!

Legacy Moving Group is very sorry this customer wasn't happy with her experience. She did spend a significant amount of time with our Professional Moving Consultants going over her inventory. Unfortunately, she was not at the pick up location while doing the inventory or during pickup. One big trend in moving is when a customer is not on site, they don't realize how much they have. When the crew showed up there was significantly more items than we were made aware of during the booking process and the price to move everything at the residence was significantly more that we had estimated. The customer called the office irate during her pick up, she called us names and said that we are scammers. Rather than paying the additional money the crew wanted to move everything, she opted to stick with her original estimate and the crew loaded the exact same amount of items we were made aware of during the booking process. They got exactly what we estimated and what they paid for. This review is erroneous and should be removed, we have the signed paperwork and inventory to back this up.

I already stated I called your office upset, but names ****** called. You ARE scammers. If professionals misrepresented themselves, lied about the process and set you up to pay significantly more money than what was originally quoted for what was already an extremely stressful situation, you would be ****** too. One big trend in moving is when a customer is not on site, they don't realize how much they have. When the crew showed up there was significantly more items than we were made aware of during the booking process and the price to move everything at the residence was significantly more that we had estimated. ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS STATEMENTS. OF COURSE I KNOW WHAT I HAVE. Not only did I pack it myself, I moved it to storage myself. Everything that was on my inventory list was in that storage which happened to be my best friends garage and shed. The inventory was discussed at length with *******. Im left with having to spend even more money, spend more time and go get everything myself, but now not only do I have to go back to *******, but possibly ********* too because I still dont have what WAS picked up. If I had known this was how Legacy Moving Group does business, I would have never, ever, ever hired them for my move. Do not fall for their sales pitch - you will be very sorry if you do.

Great experience. I came into this move without any prior experience with moving companies. I have heard about fraud companies that operate as brokers, but this was not one of them. I feel for the other reviewers, but Legacy was very upfront with me about pricing quotes, delivery dates and the potential for them to change. My dates and quotes were exactly as originally advertised. I paid them exactly what I was quoted, and they had everything to my new city within 48hrs. Legacy was outstanding with communication at all points in the process. The movers themselves were super friendly and my property was taken care of. I felt like a priority. I will be using them again in the future.

I would quite literally give this company ZERO stars if I could. They are an absolute nightmare to work with and totally illegitimate. Not only did we end up getting our moving date changed multiple times, but once the movers did arrive, they showed ** in an unmarked truck, smelling of marijuana, using cardboard as their clipboards. It was incredibly unprofessional and unsettling. We did not allow them to load our things in their truck, and instead ended up having to move COMPLETELY ON OUR OWN on a whim. They have been disastrous to get receipts from, communicate with, etc.

Don't bother with legacy moving group. They don't actually do the move. They are a reseller. They're very responsive and helpful initially. They tell you all the great discounts they can give you on terrifs, and storage fees versus the big name companies then collect half the money down. After that they will completely ghost you. The moving company they sub it out to shows up and they have all new terrif rates and storage rates ( which for me were literally double). If you, don't sign the new quoted prices they will leave. I tried contacting legacy but the movers who showed up basically stated "it doesn't matter what they quote. If you don't sign this now, we leave". Maybe that's okay for an local move. You may have time to find another company but for an out of state move with time lines you're basically held hostage at that point. Any further attempts to contact Chris or chad at legacy were unanswered. They had my deposit, sold the move to another company and then ghosted any issues and responsibilities to their customers.

This company is the worst. Promised a delivery date and then changed the date, to a later date. The new date was unacceptable, due to work commitments. They could not give a definite date only a 10 day window. Do not use this mover. Once contract is signed they don't answer the phone or return calls. Used U Haul boxes instead and everything was picked up and delivered when promised. Stay away from Legecy.
