      Our intention is never to deceive anyone. We are a copy service and therefore we have expenses. We have been doing document retrieval for Banks, Title Company's and now Homeowners for over 25 years. We always make sure everyone knows this is a solicitation and not a bill. That any homeowner is under no obligation to purchase this deed. Most people understand this. We are on our website to answer and questions or concerns. We have this in 30 Bold Fonts on our letter,to make sure it stands out. Many people are not even aware of all the deeds that are recorded on their property not just the purchase deed, and are grateful for the information even if they don't use our services.       This company is a scam. The name of the company itself is a ploy to make you think you are receiving some official notice that you should be following up on.If you need a copy of your deed check the closing documents from when you purchased. If you need a copy of it, you would be dealing with ORANGE COUNTY, not a scam company in Hillsborough County.

      4/8/2023 ************ is sending me letters stating they can provide me a copy of property deed. What kind of idiot do they think I am. I have closed on over a **** homes in the past 13 years and I promise you when you purchase a property the ************* will provide you a copy of your deed. Why will I pay some idiot $89 dollars for a copy of my deed when that was already paid for at the time of purchase because those fees are part of your closing cost. Stop trying to Scam hard working people you guys should be ashamed of your self I get one more letter from you and we will go to court.       We totally understand you are in the Title Business and you provide a service as we do. You can easily disregard our letters as we do not have a mailing list and we do not target any person or business. Many homeowners do not get their deeds at closing and ask for these deeds. We also do a great deal of good and have *** homeowners thanking us every day, not wanting to bother getting their own deeds themselves. You will never see those emails, and those with all the incorrect information on title we help them avoid. We provide a document retrieval service and have expenses like any company doing business hopeful you understand. We have been doing document retrieval for banks and title companies for over 25 years and now help homeowners. We take a great deal of pride in making sure were here to answer everyone questions and concerns even if they do not use our services. I always make sure everyone know they are under no obligation to purchase this, and this is not a bill. We never claim to be a government agency and quite clearly state we are not affiliated with any government agency. I always try to see the good in people.       I received a very deceptive letter from County Records Office that appears to be a county tax type bill. It is a private company trying to get me to pay $89 for a public copy of my deed.

      Received a second letter from this company. They solicit some amount of money for them sending a copy of the title to a property recently purchased. The envelope and enclosed letter contain the name " county records office "The enclosed payment request is for the same name.We have the title for said property. This company is attempting to front it self as a government agency, it is not. With the amount of scamming going on, and the title theft happening, the last thing we need is some company playing with property titles. Put this company out of business.

      I purchased a lot of land in ********, Brevard county, *******. Nov. 2022. I live in ******** and recently received a letter similar to what seems to already have been reported. It is from County Records Office, LLC ****************************************************. It includes property, ID number assessment, document number, subdivision etc. It does ask for $89 in either a credit card, check, money order in order to obtain a copy of my recorded deed. The outside envelope does say this is not a government document underneath the postage area. If I didnt already have my deed from my title company, I wouldve possibly fallen for this. The dead giveaway was what they put on the front of, the envelope as well as it coming out of *****, which is not in Brevard County. I was smart enough not to fall for this, but not everyone might catch it.

      01/31/23 I received a letter labelled Property Records Office. This is Deceptive also it starts with Hillsborough County Records. Which is also Deceptive. It continues with another heading:Hillsborough County Property Information.The letter is intimidating and deceptive. The government should not allow deceiving private businesses to deceive unsuspecting citizens like that.The majority of innocent citizens will not investigate and check the BBB and other complaints like myself.Beware!!!!

      Not a scam nor fraud. Just unethical. This company consumes readily available public data, and regurgitates it back to the public at ~*****x the cost it would take to do it oneself with the respective County. You can see how they respond to 100% of BBB reviews (and sometimes states BBB only shows the negatives not positives). They need to damage control the reviews here. Prove me wrong, and don't reply to this Report.Buyer be very aware.
