This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! Once you are tricked into ordering, they automatically send you MORE and I can't find anyone to help me contact them. The number on the bottle is not active and they don't answer their emails either! NO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They really don't even deserve the one star that I had to give them!KetoPrime

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
We went ahead and issued a full refund for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

I placed a one-time order in March 2022. They sent me an order in May & June and charged me more than my original order. When I called to cancel the order, they told me I wasn't in their system & hung up on me. When I called back, they blocked my number. Scam & fraud. DO NOT ORDER KETO PRIME PILLS or you'll be taken advantage of too.KetoPrime

four things: 1- their advertising is a scam and completely dishonest. Idk if they still do it, but at one point they claimed this was on the TV show Shark Tank. It wasn't. 2- their website is designed to scam you out of more money than just the Keto Prime pills. As you try to purchase, you'll see a big button that says "complete purchase", and in tiny letters is also says (add this $100 detox to my order). This is after giving them your card number. So they just tack it on. What you don't notice is right beneath the "complete purchase" boobytrap button, is a tiny little text that says "no thanks". Once you click the boobytrap button, it charges you for the thing you never asked for. 3- their site says "will ship next day". It won't. It'll take weeks to get moving. A label gets created but nothing ships for a while. 4- they hid in "terms and services" that if you don't call them in 30 days, they'll send you another 2 months supply, in ONE month for over $100. Which makes no sense at all. It's just a scummy, bottom of the barrel, con job. Stay far away from this company. They are NOT a legitimate business.KetoPrime

Thankfull for the response from the ketoprime bussiness i think they need to be more open in regards of the purchase i didn't want it to go this way but i felt i was missleaded. Even though i specified needed one time purchase and they asured me it wad they went ahead and enrolled me without my approval. I tried these and wasn't impressed. I have tried to stop receiving shipments but they keep coming. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone. I need these shipments to stop and to stop charging me for them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.KetoPrime
