      Hi,We went to outback in *************** international restaurant.The host show our table and we asked if we could seat in the booth, then suddenly I heard the host which wear a red shirt, around 70 years old , short hair , speaking loud from the entrance of the restaurant they can not seat there, we werent walking to the booth, we were standing next to the table that we didnt want seat.The waiters gave us another option which was next to the table that we didnt want to seat then suddenly the host which was speaking loud from, came from the entrance and put her face really close to the waitress face been very truculent and went back to the entrance.After we paid the check , I call the manager to speak about the attitude of the host , by the way , the manager was horrible, no posture , he wasnt showing interest and for my surprise he said he would do same thing , he wasnt thankful for my feedback and was not showing respect and not been *********** the host attitude which was bad , got worst with the manager attitude.I hard to believe that outback chose a manager like him, something is wrong.I think you guys should re think about this manager.

      I am not looking for money , just for Outback Corporate at the highest level possible to contact me , I had an order , like many times instead of waiting for the carryout service, I went in and my order is sitting there , I asked , not in a rude way , why wasn't it brought to me , as always I was told it just came out , then all of a sudden the young lady gets a smartaleck look and says do I want a manager , I said it's not that big of a deal, I go to my car , they come out , ( the manager was calm and seemed helpful) , the server acted the victim , I was the only White Boy in the situation , so I have to be very careful and I can't say much against her , another older black woman gets involved , walks toward me, physically threatens me , says she is gonna beat my a** , the younger black girl says why don't you stop causing trouble, I of course, the white boy , can't do or say much , or you know what I'll look like . I want communication with Corporate at the highest possible level , I don't want money, or free food , I just want to make sure that this doesn't happen to another person who is always outnumbered and afraid to say anything .

      I wrote a yelp review a few months ago regarding my experience through a to go, delivery order from Outback Steakhouse in ***********, LA on Acadian Thruway. There were some problems with my order and there were some good points. The contact person from Outback responded and told me to reach them through customer support which I did on their website. However, the gift card people have been the ones responding to me several times saying they cant help me because I didnt pay with a gift card and referred me back to the website customer service. I fill out a new statement to the website about the issue each time, like three times Ive done it and again the same thing happens! No one has contacted me from Outback or the store or refunded me my money or given me a credit. Now its beginning to get on my nerves because this was a few months ago!! I didnt even write a bad review on Outback at that, just truthful. So now what? They wont respond back and I just think thats unprofessional. Ive long since thrown my receipt away. I have my review on yelp and pictures of my meal. Hopefully Outback will do something by me reaching out to BBB.

      I previously ordered a delivery from Outback Steakhouse and they forgot a side order of mashed potatoes. They mentioned I can come to the store to get the mashed potatoes. Defeats the purpose of delivery order. So today on May 12th I ordered again and took me to the attempts to and 20 minutes to be able to get to a manager to get my mashed potatoes. By this time I already received a notification that my order has been picked up. The manager then said he will check on it and if the order has left, I can redeem it next time I order. (just like I tried to redeem it this time). I'm asking for my money back and they can't seem to do that. That's $3.99 plus tax that probably comes up to $4.43 to my original method of payment.

      I placed an order for pick up was given an approximate time of 30 minutes for my order to be ready. My order was not ready for well over an hour going to an hour and a half individuals that arrived after me were going to the pick up door and getting their orders before I receive mine. A staff member was seen exiting the building with a plate. A dog was tied up in front of the to go door. The staff member that exited the door with the plates, untied the dog, took it around the building. Im assuming to feed it being that they had a plate in their hand. Having a dog in front of the door is unprofessional and unsanitary having a staff member leave out of the store with the plate to feed a dogis unsanitary and should be reported to the health department getting my food almost an hour and a half later, my food was not cooked properly nor did I receive all of my order. My order totaled about $80 the manager on duty that night after expressing my concerns gave me my food for free, however being that my order was not properly cooked and I did not receive my full order. receiving it for free didnt rectify anything. I tried reaching out to give my feedback at the number I was provided however there has been no response and their phone system continues to say its outside of business hours, even though Im well within business hours.

      Today, I made a curbside pickup order with the Outback Steakhouse in **********, AL. The order was placed at 5:11 pm and a message was received at 5:39 to let me know that the order was almost ready and that to check in and the order will be delivered. After arriving, I sat there for quite some time watching other orders be delivered. However, after waiting at least 30+ minutes, the manager came out to inform me that someone had picked my order up from the the unmanned table for DoorDash, **** Eats, and Grubhub orders. The manager was very nonchalant and walked away after informing me that the order had been resubmitted to have done over. That made me feel as if my being a loyal paying customer meant nothing. So, after about 10 minutes I walked in and asked for him. During our conversartion, I told him that this had happened twice in less than 3 months, and that it was unacceptable. I also told him that his demeanor was very nonchalant, and that he had brushed me off. He sarcastically asked what did I want him to do--stay outside to talk to me? Then he told me that he was a former police officer, and would I say that if my house had got broken in would that be considered his fault too. I told him that it was about responsibility and his sarcasm would not get him anywhere with me. I calmly told him I was going to inform corporate to which he nonchalantly said okay. With no response from corporate, I wanted to get some assistance because no one should be made to feel as if their concerns are not legitimate whether they are a loyal customer or not. As a manager, it is his responsibility to ensure that the area for pick up is monitored and not just any random person walks in and pickups food. After asking if I still had to pay after waiting over a total of an hour, I was told yes, but he gave me to Tuck Away cards worth a total of $20 for a meal that was $49.26. To be honest, this is really about the lack of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

      I am rejecting this response because although the business did contact me about the complaint on May 13, 2025 at 4:21 pm, none of the promises made were kept. The manager that I spoke with for 5 minutes about the situation is named ****. **** seemed genuine and said that they would be mailing me out $60 in Tuck Aways and an opportunity to receive a free Blooming Onion. She even asked that I give them another chance, and that after I received the Tuck Aways to please come dine in and ask for her. Well, it's been 2-weeks, and I have yet to receive what was promised to me. I understand, however, that with the hustle and bustle of managing a restaurant things can sometimes get overlooked. With that being said, I still do not consider this resolved. I appreciate the conversation and the willingness to correct a wrong, but I always say don't make promises you have no intention of keeping.

      I called about a refund for a totally horrible dinner setting . I was toldthey could not give me my cash back could only give me gift card . I want a refund this is not the way to take care of the matter .

      On July 13. 2025 I dined in the outback in ***********, ******** location. ****** the manager escorted my party and I to our table. He did not make any eye contact he just said very sternly to follow him. So we did. He throws the menus on the table and walked away without saying anything. He didn't say that someone should be with us shortly or mentioned the person name( Waiter or waitress) of who should be taking care of our table. The Waiter **** comes to the table takes our order and walks away. We were sitting 20min on our seats and no one came to give us water or utensils. I finally see the Waiter **** pass by and I called him and said we haven't gotten our water or utensils and his response was brushing me off with his hand and continued walking ignoring me. So then I saw a Waitress walk by and asked her for the manager. Then ****** the manager walked over to the table with an attitude. So I asked him if there was another manager. He said no that he was the only manager, with an attitude of disgust on his face. 10min later **** the manager came over. Very polite and asked us if we needed anything. I told her how **** ****** and **** were. How It was now 30min and still no water, no utensils and no food. I said to her that I was going to call corporate and complain about ******** and ****** poor customer service. I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me on this rude experience I had at the ***********, ******** location. These two people ****** and **** should be trained on customer service. Quite frankly that type of behavior ruins a business. Thank you

      We visited the ************** location of Outback Steakhouse on 4/7/2025 . We finished our dinner and paid the check. After looking at the bill we were charged for 3 dinners instead of the two that we ordered. We promptly tole our waitress about the issue and she sent a manager to the table. We were told that the difference in price would be credited to my debit card in a few days . Not only has the refund not been posted, but a second charge of ***** has been charged to my account.
