1 starMy wife and I ordered two medium steaks. The steaks were burnt, dry, and tough with a dry, bitter, acrid taste. I indicated my concern to the waitress. She responded were the steaks cooked enough for me. This remark confounded me. I responded, how can you ask is a burnt steak cooked enough to me? I requested one of the steaks be removed from my bill and I will pay for the other out of courtesy.Review fromStephen D.

1 starThey didn't deliver my whole order and when I called for them to refund the money they just offered me a credit of 10 dollars next time I go there. I do not want to go back there again. Wouldn't let me talk to manager cause they were busy. So you steal money from a customer and can't talk to them? If there isn't a way to give customers their money back on their card with the online services then don't have it! I will never do business with the OSI company again! 1 starOn May 31, 2025, I placed a to-go order, paid my bill and received my food approximately 25 minutes later. I received seven phone calls about two hours later from an employee stating that I left without paying for my food. Of note, not only was the money transaction on camera, there was another employee who was present when the money was given and when I received my change.I informed her of how I paid and the denomination, which she later was able to confirm. There was no apology. I, subsequently, filed a complaint with Outback Steakhouse Wappingers site and heard back from the "Managing Partner" on 6/2/25 via email. I followed through with an email and attempted to call him. After receiving a return phone call from him, I eventually spoke with him later that afternoon, at which time he stated that he "spoke with the other Managers who did not know anything about it". In essence, not only was I accused of being a thief in the initial phone call, the Manager inadvertently called me a liar. I responded by stating that someone called me several times from his site and I called back asking what the issue was. He apologized stating that "it will never happen again", and he would get back in touch with me. He even informed me that per their policy, once someone leaves that establishment, there is no contact; however, that DID NOT HAPPEN TO ME!!! Albeit, I was innocent in this whole matter! It's been exactly one week and I haven't received a phone call or follow up email. Shortly after our conversation, I forwarded him my call list via email from my phone carrier as proof. This has been a horrible experience and there has not been any further effort made to resolve this matter! I am still disgusted and astonished by this whole experience, and how this is not being handled! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!!Review fromRe M

1 starRobert- Joint venture partner Very disrespectful to their staff. Unprofessional when told thank you and goodbye while the staff was talking to guests. Guests wanted him to leave the table while talking to staff. Lack of customer service and tries entirely too hard while others can see that his personality isn’t sincere. He does not care to adhere to his staff. I’ve worked in restaurants for several years and have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Very dismissive to one’s feelings. He was very rude in front of the guests while talking to the staff. I would suggest more training and individual therapy sessions with a licensed professional therapist.Review fromAmanda K

1 starMe and my boyfriend went to outback steakhouse in Bridgeport wv on May 9 2025 for my Mothers Day dinner that my young kids had saved up money for us so we could have a dinner date and we receive the most disappointment. The plating was so unpresentable they just slopped stiff on the plate blood running off everywhere when i asked for well done steak they brought it to me twice both times still bloody. I was so upset by all this my mothers day and weekend was ruined and 80 dollars down the drain for nothing I couldn't even eat my food at this point. I want my money back....Review fromFrank G

1 starThis place should be closed down. They take advantage of people that'do pick up orders, and I'm one of them, the food is always wrong and all they want to do is apologize for it. I'm not spending another dollar at this place. The owner told me I should have checked all the food in my bag before I leave. That's. Not my job, that's there job. I'm finished with this place, tired of getting beet for my money.Review fromCrystal D

1 starI visited Outback on March 3, 2025. There was no indication or reason for the following to happen. There was no argument or complaint about food or anything of that nature. However, someone put ****** in my drink. I experienced stomach issues immediately before leaving the restaurant. If this had been food poisoning, there would not have been an immediate onset. Additionally, an enemy of mine knows this is my favorite restaurant and said to me that he would ask someone to do this to my meal and obviously someone complied with this. I have contacted the store directly and they have obviously denied that this happened because it's illegal to tamper with someone's food and anyone doing so is flirting with jail *******, I have gotten no apology from the restaurant. I have received no phone call and I have reached out MANY times to corporate and left messages for them to return my phone call. It's unfortunate. I understand lying to cover their employees and themselves, but there is no denying that I got sick and there is no denying that I was told by my enemy that they would ask someone at my favorite restaurant to do this.Obviously, someone at the restaurant complied with this request from an outsider who doesn't work at the restaurant. I asked that the manager speak to the employees and ask/request/demand that they are not to do this to anyone ever again. I'm specifically requesting that this doesn't happen to me, EVER AGAIN.However, the restaurant itself has not reached out to me in any capacity to make things right or to inform me of speaking to the employees as I requested or to do anything at all to compensate for my pain and ************ receipt shows the following information:Party of 1 Person Receipt Total: $35.41 RECEIPT NUMBER: 0123 Server: ******* T Outback Steakhouse #**** ******************************************Review fromStephanie R.

1 starShould be able to choose 0 stars. Absolutely the world’s worst service. The hostesses were extremely rude. Management ended up being just as rude. I truly hope this place gets shut down. Made a reservation that was approved by a manager. (or so I was told). Arrived and they sat a table where we were supposed to be seated. Manager came out and apologized and said he would seat us as soon as they could. An hour and a half later, the tables were clean and empty but we were told that the waitress didn’t want anymore big tables because she had enough big tables for the night. (We arrived at 5:30) Then all of a sudden they claimed they don’t take reservations and only do call ahead seating after we had sat there for an hour and a half past our 5:30 reservation. One of the hostesses told us we could leave and go somewhere else and then threatened to call the cops on us because we were complaining about all the crap we had to put up with. The first manager I spoke with ended up lying to my face saying we never had a reservation yet he apologized for the inconvenience and said he would make sure we had appetizers as soon as we sat down when i spoke to him at 5:30. If they couldn’t accommodate a large party they could have said it in the beginning instead of letting small children sit there getting irritable because they were hungry. So we left and Olive Garden was absolutely great about getting us seated and taken care of as fast as they could. We were told the wait would be about 40 minutes but were sat within 30 minutes. I will make sure I nor anybody else I know will ever support Outback Steakhouse again. Especially the one in Mobile , AlabamaReview fromLisa D

1 starThey took our reservation of 14-the manager approved it at 2:00 We arrived early and were told there would be a 45 minute wait. (They gave our table away-DESPITE having all 14 members of the party there early/on time). An hour and a half later we questioned the host staff again only to be met with rude responses, denial, excuses., and eventually asked to leave because naturally we became defendant of our hungry children. The excuse the hostess staff gave was the server didnt want another party. (Find another job if you dont want to wait on people) The manager excused the hostess staff because they were all new. How about you take some accountability for the lack of adequate training you provide your staff, the mediocre/subpar standards you set for your staff, and the lack of expectations/standards you promote. Leadership being supportive of that kind of behavior from multiple staff members (and one ever so blunt and snarky [insert choice word here] will be the demise of the business success. They all should find themselves out of a job and forever out of the food service industry because service is beyond what they offer. Instead, they offered to call the cops for us inquiring about our table and advocating for our three hungry children.Take your business elsewhere Mobile! They dont deserve a dime!Review fromRebecca M

5 starsThis restaurant in ********* is by far one of the best restaurants that serve a meal that is excellent. Once in awhile, my steak is under cooked; they are on it and making sure all ok. The best wait staff, and the best manager. Its truly a wonder that someone hasnt offered him a better paying job! Honestly, this is a 5 star restaurant every time we visit (which is @ every 10 days or so.). We are not going anywhere else for Aussie cuisine. Thanks to all the hard work these folks put in to making dining a fun, fine place to enjoy!
