      I am so happy to report, that there was Prime Rib available at **************************************. In the past 9 visits, there had never been available the wonderful Prime Rib I go to Outback for at the *********** location.I managed nearby hotels for years and would always direct our guests there when they came in off I-95. They would return saying the service was great, but no Prime Rib. After my class reunion group visited months back, (14 of us for dinner), once again, I was told "we are out of Prime rib". This was the 9th time this had happened, It was 6 pm. I asked the two managers when did they run out, and they said at 2 pm. I then asked weren't they planning to serve it for dinner and was told; "We know people will pick ribeye instead." (That's bait and switch). So I started traveling for Prime Rib to ********** and ****************************** or ********** in *******. Heartbroken my own local Outback was surely not serving it. Last week a friend wanted Outback in ***********. She called ahead to assure me they had Prime Rib. AND THEY DID! The very best I have had anywhere. The service at ALL outbacks is always the best! The staff is always well trained in excellent service!I am also a member of C.O.S.T. a restaurant review group. I will sing the praises of my Rocky ***** Outback. I am making this comment to let those who follow BBB reports know my concern about "Bait and Switch" has been corrected.A VERY HAPPY "PRIME RIB" customer. ***************************** Our group will plan another group soon I hope.

      I ordered dinner October 14, 2023 directly from their website. I asked for plastic utensils and did not receive them. In addition, the customary bread roll was not in the bag. The kids meal ordered was sent without the apple juice drinked. When I looked at my meal; the additionally priced mushrooms for the steak was missing. And to continue the outrage the additional priced macaroni and cheese was not included in the order. I tried to call the store directly to no avail. I will not be supporting this particular store in the future.

      Terrible customer service, terrible service in every aspect of how a business should operate. Was greeted not so friendly by the host. Sat down and food was stuck to several of the menus. It took my group 10 minutes to receive water, another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive from the bar, and 15 minutes for our single appetizer to arrive. The complementary bread was delivered 30 minutes into our dining experience.Our server asked us one time after delivering the drinks if we wanted to order,at the time we said just give us a few more minutes. We then waited 20 minutes for nobody to come to the table, having to go across the restaurant to ask for a manager. A male manager came out to take our orders and said it was his first day.20 minutes after ordering we asked our server how long it would be and she said that the cooks were making one meal at a time for every table and that the restaurant was very backed up. There were less than 8 tables in the restaurant at the time. We asked for the manager again, she said he was no where to be found but could get the assistant manager. After agreeing to that she then told us she couldn't find the assistant manager without even leaving the table to look for him or her!Outrageous experience, told them to just stop making our order and we payed for our tab and left. This experience ruined our night for 2 hours and left us frustrated and hungry. I would never go back to this establishment.

      Terrible customer service. I purchased a $100 gift card and went to use it but was told the balance was unavailable. I asked for my money back and they said they dont allow refunds on gift cards. I tried multiple times to use the gift card but it wouldnt go through. Theyre claiming I entered the gift card wrong. They cant explain how copy and paste would input a wrong number. I will never ever return to any Outback Steakhouse. Also the last meal I had there was the worst meal Ive ever had. Threw away half my food. Asked for a refund and was told the would comp my next meal. This place is a joke!

      I received Gift E-Card from my Employer as a Christmas Gift $15 last year. I went to local Outback Steakhouse for lunch April 8 and was surprised when Restaurante Manager reject this card, because it did not show any balance at all. I called to number connected to this card balance check and heard from the system voice answer that card's number is not listed!!! I would like to know why and could i file a BBB report complain. Am i a victim of fraud? Thank you

      Bloomin Brands recently changed their dining rewards program. At the Outback which my husband and I eat at, at least once of week the system for processing the rewards seems to be down more than it is working (speaking from our experience, our account). This means that we cant use the rewards we have earned and the rewards we earned at a visit can not be automatically added to our account. Last time it occurred I wasnt even able to add the receipt via there on-line process. I had to call the dining reward services number and provide additional information. At that time I asked what the difficulty was with their system since this is what the restaurant claims is causing all the problems (system failures at Dining Rewards). I was told that the issue lies with the actually restaurant, but hard to determine since this is the only Bloomin Brands restaurant weve gone to recently. So to get to the bottom of the blame game he suggested I speak with someone at Bloomin Brands. Just saying thats an impossible task!! I called a listed number for their offices in ***** which went nowhere. It was 9:45 EST (PA) and the message said the offices are closed and then goes on to states offices open at 8 EST weekdays. What?!? No wonder there are issues with this Brand of restaurants. Rewards expire so if they expire before the restaurant can get the system to work youre simply out the rewards. Regardless of where the problem lies Bloomin Brands is promoting this program to draw customers in so please address the problem and give customers a route to take care of problems that arise. This solution was a last resort, a route I dont like to take.

      Hello. I am reaching out to you today with a complaint about the Outback Steakhouse in Lumberton, NC. On 08/09/2022, at 450pm, me and my family arrived at the location. When we arrived, I informed the host that I had a party of 12. The host stated that it would be 45 minutes wait because there were no servers at work. While waiting I observed that several parties came in and they all were seated before we were. Literally there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived so I am confused on why we could not be seated. We had to wait for a long time before we were seated. It seemed that the host discriminated against my party due to the size or another reason. Once we were seated, we did have a server that was a great joy from what we encountered earlier. It is not her fault for this complaint. We ordered our drinks which came in a timely fashion. When we ordered the food, it took an extremely long time regardless on when the order was in. I did observe that the restaurant was not full of people. In my party, the food was awful and unfit for any consumption. The steak was dry, burned, and bad flavored. Two people out of my party had to send their ribs back because the ribs were extremely salty. Service was slow and the food was terrible. We paid a lot of money for the food and it was not good. I am requesting that the host be talked to because she was very negative in the way she talked to us. The food was not good. More than half of the food was wasted. Did not have any take out plates. I am asking that my party get a refund for the entire meal. I read the reviews and I noticed that some of the complaints from others have not been resolved. This was suppose to be my birthday meal and it was the worst food I have had for my birthday ever. Everyone was disappointed. I use to be a regular at Outback in Lumberton, NC but this was not a joy.

      Ordered online and the meal was terrible ! Coconut shrimp was over cooked and had only Four shrimp for 12 bucks. Did not look like the display. Chicken on the ****** was like rubber. Talked to the manager and he was going to send us coupons for free meal. Has been over a week and a half and no coupons! We are done with outback, bad food and the management Lies! Please stay away from this restaurant!
