      I was just coerced (no forced) into signing an upgraded timeshare contract on Saturday. I was told my fees were going from $42/month to $600/month if I didn't buy more points. I contacted EZ on Sunday and scheduled appointment for Monday. Just took a 15 minute phone call with ***** to ease my anxiety over something I felt I was being manipulated with by a timeshare resort salesman. I am within my 10 days of signing a contract so definitely cancelling it. ***** encouraged me to use previous ********* contract to best of my ability and call back if I have more issues. No pressure from ***** at all to sign anything. Really appreciated the assistance.

      Ez Advocates is helping me to cancel my time share I don't use. The maintenance fees are going up and that's not what they told me, those people were misleading me with false information and made me to sign that contract despite I told them I don't want it. They told me: "It's an investment!" And it's not, it's a liability and a never ending mortgage. We will get out of that contract soon. ******** ******* is my case manager and he is fighting for me.

      Expert people to talk with about my timeshare. They listen to our issues and help us with our concerns. The service was excellent and very efficient to handle our cancellation. The entire team made the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Very pleased working with them and made everything was easy to understand.

      They helped us with our timeshare exit. The team was excellent and knowledgeable about the process. Explained to me the details and kept me informed of every progress. They put me at ease and I didn't worry too much as they handled everything expertly. It didn't take a long time I was able to end my timeshare. Give me a reasonable rates.

      It was a quick response and got my timeshare canceled after months of giving me so many problems. This company put me at ease after helping me with my timeshare issue. We discussed thoroughly the issue and created a strategy to end it effectively. I'm very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. The process went smoothly amazing. Fantastic customer service.

      I was skeptical about signing on with EZ Advocates after the mess of buying a timeshare in the Dominican Republic. The resort kept harassing me and trying to bribe me with upgrades instead of fixing the issues. I worked with my case manager Fallon. She was awesome. She listened to my story and helped handle the resort’s nonsense from the start. EZ Advocates prepared termination documents for every single bit of pushback they gave me once I started this dispute and I just kept them posted when the resort tried something new. All of the case managers who worked on my case made it clear to the the timeshare (I’m not sure if I can write which company I purchased with in this review) that I was lied to from the start and wasn’t willing pay another dime (at that point my credit was safe and it’s not even showing at all now that it’s been a while). In a few months, everything was canceled and out of my name. The timeshare sent a notice to me in the mail saying final notice termination of ownership, just like EZ Advocates told me… I just had to I’ll be honest there was a point where I was kind of nervous because in my mind I know what happened to me that day as in how bad they lied so it shouldn’t take that long. From start to finish, it was less than a year which I was told could happen. I’m thankful for EZ Advocates. They didn’t give up on my case, and I’ve saved a little over $5,000 this past year since I’ve been out (and that’s even with making payments on my cancellation fees to get this whole thing over with) .. I will never in my life go to another one of those timeshare presentations. In terms of EZ advocates yes I would absolutely recommend them to my own family or friends but anyone close to me at this point should absolutely know better than to even get themselves into a position where they’d even need their help after listening to everything I had to go through and money I’ve lost
