  After searching for a firm that could assist us in terminating our timesahre contract with Marriott, we selected EZ Advocates.They were spot on is providing us with the necessary letters via email that were required to send to Marriott in a very timely manner and our case manager or alternate was quick to folowup when we had a question.In only 10 months, we have been successful in terminating both our timeshare contracts with Marriott.We are extremely pleased with the services provided by EZ Advocates, and thank them for their successful support in terminating with ********.

  After being sold on the idea of a guarantee here is is 2 years later and nothing has been resolved and EZ advocates is still taking money from my account even after emails stating to stop taking automatic withdrawals. They emailed back stating they would call me the following day and I heard nothing from them. Here it is a month later and still nothing, but payment has just been taken from my account again! I am so fed up with the lack of communication, the fact that their employees are not with them long enough since some of my past emails were rejected, and their not standing behind their guarantee. I am very upset about this entire process!! Do NOT get sucked in to this company!

  Your timeshare contract is terminated and a balance is still owed to us. We have tried reaching you from January 1st 2022 until now and this is the first se have heard from you. A balance is still owed on the account for the services we provided which were successful. It is not our job to have to chase people down.

  Last email with Fallon, I requested no more payments be automatically withdrawn from my account… he/she said they would call me the next day and I NEVER received a call!

  I have been with them over 19 months with 7 different advocates and it has not been smooth. Have been trying to contact anyone from the department for over 2 weeks with no luck. I just want a status of my case and how much longer?? I am still getting calls from my timeshare. I would just want someone from EZ advocates to kindly return my call or an email.
