Went there because I needed a new tire for my wifes car. Because it was a front tire I was going to buy 2 front tires so they would both be new. I called and asked for the price on 2 new tires. When I got there I was waiting and saw the mechanic come out and get two tires off the repo floor. I went and checked and they were the same size I needed. Went and asked if they were new and was told yes. Looked at the tires and they were used tires. When confronted with this the mechanic started cussing at me. Then the general manager sat there and lied to my face and said he told my like new tires. So at the end of the day they tried to sell me used tires for new tire price. The general manager had the worst attitude and basically told me to leave his store. This place is a joke and scam. I tried to get the owners phone number but was refused that information as well. If anyone knows the owner of this location information please pass it on to me so I can file a complaint

I brought my car to RnR tire in ********** mass on February 24th- they were to takeoff their rims and tires, which I had been paying biweekly for and put on the tires and rims that I purchased that were inside the. vehicle. March 1 they had my car towed. They never contacted me to let me know the card was ready for pick up. No email no voicemail..I found out after Ive received a letter weeks later from the **************************** from **************. The economy storage and towing informed me that RNR didnt even put on the new tires and rims that I had purchased on the vehicle so the job was never completed yet. They had my car towed and I had to pay over $3000 to get it out of storage.. I would like R&R to repay me that amount for improperly having my car towed without any type of notification whatsoever and that the job was never completed as instructed I had to wire the tow company the money as their credit card machine was down and they have yet to send me a receipt, even thoughI have asked for it numerous times

Ive recently fallen into a bit of financial trouble. Due to my roommate going to prison, Ive lost my home and my car was repossessed. I was renting tires from this business. I explained to them the situation, but the keep calling multiple times a day and are aggressive. Theyre showing up at my home and theyre threatening to come to my job. Ive told them where the car was taken if they want their tires so bad. Its to the point where theyre harassing my neighbors now. Ive been working overnights. I dont think they keep notes of communication. I told them I will pay them when I get caught up, but they keep insisting I pay today. Im growing extremely tired of their aggressive collection tactics.

The customer came to our store on February 22, 2025, for a set of passenger tires, using our pay as you go program. Once the shop finished the installation, the customer pulled the store manager aside and explained that it was the end of the month and she had no money on her debit card and asked if she could pay $10.00 in cash after already agreeing to the $20.00 initial payment. She also communicated to the manager that she gets paid every 3rd of the month and we could run the credit card for the monthly amount at that time. The customer had no money on the card so we could not set up the auto-draft for the customer because of no money on the card. On the customersdue date of 3/3/2025, collection activities began. On or about 3/7/2025 the store did a home visit to speak with the customer. When the account manager arrived and knocked on the door, the granddaughter of the customer opened and then slammed the door in the account manager's face. This happened about 4 to 5 times. The account holder was trying to communicate with our employee, but her granddaughter kept slamming the door. The employee decides to leave a door hanger and go back to the store. The customer then called the store and spoke with the manager, and he explained that payment needed to be made on the account today. The next day the store manager sent the account manager back to retrieve the stores product. The account manager called the store when he arrived to let the customer speak with the store manager. The manager simply explained we needed to retrieve our property. Once the employees started to remove the wheels and tires, she called the police. The store manager let the employee know to stop the repo and wait for the police to arrive. When the police arrived, the customers granddaughter started to make many non-credible statements to the police. She said that they had been vandalizing her vehicle and assaulted her. That was immediately dismissed by the police officer. The officer called our store and talked with the store manager. The manager explained the whole situation from the beginning to the end. The officer quickly thanked the manager for his time and apologized for the issue and immediately told our employees to go ahead and take our merchandise off the car. During the interaction with the police, it was her granddaughter not the customer, creating all the problems. Later that day, the customer came to the store to retrieve her wheels and was very apologetic about her granddaughter not paying the bill.

In Feburary I got tires from rnr tires. Yesterday they came over and harassed my neighbors and lied on my boyfriend and said that he cussed them out then they went and told the whole neighborhood that i didnt make my payment and that I was going to jail

The customer Rented tires and has refused to return or pay the rental payments. She has been hiding the vehicle. The account manager went to the neighbor and ask if they still Live there..

nobody used profanity of any kind other than the customer who has called three locations which we have recordings. Our phones are recorded on every conversation.

We also had a member of the corporate office called and the customer hung up on us after calling him many abusive names and threatening to shoot that any employees that come to the house to pick up the tires.

It is a3 felony in ***** not to pay for rental merchandise or return it. We are simply trying to recover our product that we own..

I bought two tires from *** in September 2024. I had just paid off the other two tires I purchased from them. No issues. My paperwork stated my final payment would be due in March 2025. My debit card on file expired on February *******. *** did not contact me concerning payments declining on February 28, March 14 or March 28 (which I believe is when the final payment was due) due to an expired method of payment. These people are criminals. First they stole my German Spec OEM lug Bolts. A $500 value, so of course they stole them. Then they refused to awknowledge the theft. The setup monthly billing yet requested a full months payment 5 days after I got the wheels. And They threatened me to have me arrested, which was a big mistake, They we're probably used to dealing with people with a 5th grade book learnin. They failed in that aspect. But continued to harass me, ask for money and refuse to awknowledge their own theft. After a short period of time I recieved a new set of matching wheels from the manufacture as a sponsor agreement. When we changed out the *** wheels and replaced them with SPEC-1 wheelwe notriced for markings that identify the equipment as *** equipment, so we swapped the identification informantion out with the new wheels. So the SPEC-1 wheels appear to be *** wheels, but they are not. And today *** came and stole those wheels, I say "stole" because they are not thiers, They took the wrong wheels. They commited grand theft. Once they got the wheels back to thier shop I am sure they realized thier mistake and immediatly called law enforcement to have me trespassed. The owe me $4000 for the wheels, $500 for the lug bolts, $1000 roadside replacement of the missing wheels, and $1000 pain and suffering. I expect payment immediatly

I am rejecting this response because:

I have sent RNR tire a copy of the sponsorship contract. They have acknowledged the contract at several times in the past.

This is a bold and outright lie. I feel deep shame for a corporation to feel the need to make such outrageous false claims to avoid being at blame. They have already committed felonious theft, they have damage my person property as I have just learned and was certified by my mechanic, lied, and cheated their way through this situation.

They are 1000% at fault. I can only advise that they reverse their actions and add compensation on top of that before this matter becomes a legal issue to which my attorney intended to hire a publicist to broadcast their actions on every social media platform.

Yes, I do have a contract with the manufacturer.

Yes, I do have a statement from my mechanic that states the damage they did by putting the vehicle on blocks

Yes, my attorney is planning a very nasty and exceptionally public lawsuit.

Yes, I have those contracts and invoices. They are in my attorneys possession and he will not be releasing them until we are in arbitration.

My attorney has suggested that they've failure to act or comply immediately will cost them significantly more losses. The smart way to go about this incident is to offer a cash settlement with a gag clause. But they better come with a significant offer if they expect me to accept it. ****** and dimes won't cut it.

No, I will not be uploading those contracts and invoices.

      Sincerely,

      ****** ****

We stand by our previous statement. During our investigation, we contacted the manufacturer.  They have no record of such a sponsorship.  We have retrieved our product back from the customer and do not wish to have further contact.
