      We purchased ***************************** from rnr December 23 of 2023 , we paid 101.00$ a week tires were paid off 22 weeks ago yet they continue to take money from my account . I never missed a payment as it was automatically taken from my account. Ive contacted their customer service multiple ************ say they will look into it yet they keep taking the 101$ a week from my account without my permission .

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the situation.
      After a thorough review of this account, wed like to provide the following information:
      The rental agreement began on December 12, 2023. At that time, the customer elected to make minimum weekly payments, which activated an 18-month rental contract, as clearly outlined in the agreement.
      The customer was given the opportunity to take advantage of our 4-month same-as-cash pricing, which required weekly payments of $96.98 for one item and $116.50 for the other. However, these payment thresholds were not met during the promotional period.
      Additionally, the account history reflects 30 late payments, which further impacted the status of the same-as-cash offer.
      The customer signed a recurring payment authorization allowing us to automatically withdraw payments from their account. These automatic withdrawals were made in accordance with that authorization and the agreed-upon contract terms.
      The account was fully paid and closed on June 6, 2025, at which time the customer was no longer charged and is no longer considered an active customer.
      While we regret any frustration or confusion this may have caused, we believe the account was managed according to the terms of the signed agreement.

      I have purchased tires from RNR Tires out of the ******************* location not quite a year ago. I am on my 3 rd set of tires. I have had so many problems with them. Multiple tires replaced because they not very good. They say they do alignments but I have had to take my vehicle to another place and pay money because it pulled so bad. They didnt even test drive it to ensure of alignment was correct. Also I have to get another job and because of increase of living. I have told them that I would be getting a payment soon. I have to wait for a paycheck. Tried to borrow the money but couldnt. I have tried to call their corporate office and they never respond to me. I have called and attempted to call a person named Cherokee is what they told me her name was. They would say she is out in the field and they would have her call me. Never has. Tired of being threatened to be sued and repoed.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Ms. Reik regarding her experience with our Terre Haute, Indiana location.
      RNR Tire Express takes customer concerns seriously and is committed to working with every customer in good faith while upholding the terms of our agreements.

      Tire Quality and Alignment Services:
      The customer reported issues with the quality of her tires and the alignment services provided. We have replaced multiple tires in accordance with the coverage offered under her agreement. As for alignment services, they are available to her; however, our policy — which is applied consistently to all customers — requires that the account be current before those services can be performed. This has been communicated to the customer.

      Efforts to Assist and Payment Plan Communication:
      We acknowledge that the customer has reached out multiple times to discuss setting up a payment arrangement. Our team has worked with her on several occasions, offering multiple extensions and doing our best to accommodate her financial circumstances. Despite these efforts, her account is currently 48 days past due, with an outstanding balance of $379.02 required to bring the account current.
      Unfortunately, we have reached the limit of what we can offer in terms of payment extensions. Our internal policies now prohibit us from providing further extensions due to the number already granted, and additional exceptions may result in staff disciplinary action.

      Communication History and Conduct:
      Our team has made numerous attempts to return the customer’s calls and connect her with appropriate staff, including the representative she references. These attempts have been ongoing, but unfortunately, several calls have included inappropriate and threatening language directed at our employees. These interactions are recorded and documented. We are committed to respectful and professional communication and expect the same from all parties.
      Contractual Obligations and Collection Policy:
      The customer signed a legally binding rental-purchase agreement which outlines payment terms and our standard collection policy. According to the agreement, our company may pursue collection or recovery of property once a payment is more than 7 days past due. This policy has been communicated to the customer and is standard across all accounts.

      While we understand the customer is experiencing financial difficulty, we have acted in good faith throughout this process and have made extensive efforts to work with her. We remain willing to discuss resolution options once the account is brought current.
      We respectfully request that this complaint be closed as we have upheld our responsibilities under the agreement and company policy.

      ********** *On January 10, ****************************** *************, *********** on ************** I told the employee that I needed tires for a 2013 Kia ******* She told me the tires would cost "$50 per tire". I thought "that sounds good. I went in the next day on January 11, 2025. I went in and they started putting the new tires on my car. During the "signing" | got the old bait and switch. The tires werent $50 they were $50 per WEEK.. They were already putting the tires on The total price $1,108. I could have paid it full. But as good employees do, I got the no-interest pitch and I could pay monthly. I figured what the heck, I'll pay the $265.80 for 4 months and it will be over. I've paid $265.80 for the four months which equals $1,063.20. I should owe $42.80. I contacted the ************* store and they told me I was paying something like $60 per month for "protection". I asked "protection for what?" She said it was for if I get a flat they will repair it. I just bought brand new tires and you try to charge me $60 for "protection. I think you set up the no interest payment plan so it's easier to slip in the protection" payment without anybody noticing.. I'm asking you to make this right. Take the past "protection" cost off. Take the past protection" cost off. I'll pay the outstanding $42.80 and "protection" cost off. I'll pay the outstanding $42.80 an we can shake hands and go our separate ways. He has the right to return the product at any time and end his responsibilities under the agreement.       To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against one of your employees at ******** (**************** location). I am extremely disturbed and disappointed by the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior I have been subjected to since purchasing tires from your location.Shortly after my purchase, the employee began contacting me from his personal cell phone. While I initially assumed this was related to customer service or follow-up, his messages quickly became flirtatious and unprofessional. He repeatedly made suggestive comments and attempts to initiate personal conversations that had nothing to do with the product or service I received.Despite my clear and respectful communication that I was not interested in anything beyond a professional customer relationship, his behavior did not stop. In fact, since I made it clear I was not interested, he has become more aggressive, pushy, and demandingespecially in matters regarding the tires I purchased. He continues to text and call, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and harassed (from the work phone as well)This behavior is completely unacceptable and a clear abuse of his position. No customer should ever be made to feel targeted or harassed simply for doing business with your company.I am requesting that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I would also appreciate written confirmation that this complaint has been received and is being addressed.

      September of 2024 i purchased 5 tiers for my jeep wrangler. I set up a same as cash payment plan and would have paid off the tiers already. Two month into the automatic payment plan of 88 dollars a week they changed it with out my notification to 54 a week sometimes they would take out more or less depending on the need to make their accounts look good. When I confronted the store manager he insulted my wife and I and called us both children and he did not need to babysit our account. I responded by telling him that is what they pay you for he got upset. They have been systematically lying and gaslighting us. For the last three weeks I called to tell them to take out 88 and they still withdrew 54 dollars. Not only is this done for the making money off us longer and costing us more but they continue to pressure they account managers to delay payoffs.

      RNR tires in ******** is a BIG SCAM. They caused me issues with my car and they are very rude to their customers. I asked to speak with cooperate but was told that he would not transfer my call. I was over charged and denied the right to change my payments to fit my schedule. ***** and **** were very rude to me and hung the phone up in my face while I was speaking. I will never do business with them ever again and I wouldnt recommend that place to anyone.

      Purchased tires and rims from RnR in ******, ******** on or about April20th, 2025. Rental agreement has my payments at $63 bi-weekly. But, Im being charged X3 that amount ($183.00)biweekly. Called store and was told that the $183.00 was the payment. In process of returning the products. But, will be charged a restocking fee for doing so. This wasnt explained

      Bought 4 tires November 2024. Set up contact for 6 months same as cash and money would be automatically charged every 2 weeks My note was over May 8 *********************************************************************************************************** yet to discuss the issue

      The customer rolled over his SAC period on 5/8/25. Customer assumed it was his last payment and did not check into it. Customer called the store on 5/22/25 to ask why his account was drafted for another payment. I, ***** **********, informed him that was short of his SAC amount on the day his 180 Day SAC program expired. 5/22/25 was also the last day the store manager (***** **********) was able to offer the 2 week extended buyout offer to the customer. I asked Mr. ******* ******* to allow me to call him back later in the day to figure out the amount we needed in order to close his account out with our extended buyout offer. I called the customer later that day (5/22/25) at 10:58 A.M. Mr. ******* did not answer so I left a voicemail for him urging him to call me back regarding the matter. I never received a call back. Customer then called this morning (5/23/25) asking about it and we had to regretfully inform him that there is nothing now to be done regarding a buyout.

I made the first call when money was drawn out of my account   A phone number was provided for me to their corporate office and a call was made and messages were left with no response as well. All this over seven dollars. Bad business

      Went there because I needed a new tire for my wifes car. Because it was a front tire I was going to buy 2 front tires so they would both be new. I called and asked for the price on 2 new tires. When I got there I was waiting and saw the mechanic come out and get two tires off the repo floor. I went and checked and they were the same size I needed. Went and asked if they were new and was told yes. Looked at the tires and they were used tires. When confronted with this the mechanic started cussing at me. Then the general manager sat there and lied to my face and said he told my like new tires. So at the end of the day they tried to sell me used tires for new tire price. The general manager had the worst attitude and basically told me to leave his store. This place is a joke and scam. I tried to get the owners phone number but was refused that information as well. If anyone knows the owner of this location information please pass it on to me so I can file a complaint

      I payed for tires Nexxens 205/55 17s still owed 300 I looked at ************************ there is dry rot on 3 out of 4 tires 1 is getting bad I called RNR Tire Express in ******** IN they said they cny do anything n 0 my account out! These ********************** barely have 10K on them I should not be seeing no dry rot! I'm not in no bad climate etc. They try to downplay dry rot when ice spent total of 1500 on tires if not more! This is 2nd time I've purchased tires 1st time I bought tires and rims! They were rude and downplayed it all. Never again will I go there or recommend
