      This is exactly 1/2 not even one star. Its smoke and mirrors here telling one thing and writing different on a contract and then something different is your bill and this 6 months as good as cash is a CON . They call your employment threatens to sue over payment which were not part of the initial agreement. You can call corporate office and they tell 25 hours for return call and they dont call . You and up calling to only get the Store mgr to give u a speech of return items or pay over due amount and then they get very upset saying things like if u make a complaint make sure u let them know I never spoke loud to you or used profanity . No he didnt but also did not allow me to speak at all . Not only was I made to listen to him and his speech but was told those are the only things he will offer. They are calling my husbands job they are putting my husbands job on the line for tires worth nothing now as we drive them everyday. They are horrible company with terrible employees that con their sales. This is not right how can they justify having a customer willing to get negotiate a payment suitable to threatening me as I am trying to get one word into the conversation. District managers to hand over a customer to a store that is the reason why I was calling is unresponsible for someone who oversees all the stores. There is no reason to have a customer like my husband who is paying $100 a month be subjected to all of this for $60. We cant afford to give extra a month do not purchase from this location company at all. I see nothing that would patch this up other than what they want is to sue us so I guess go ahead cause Im ready to let the judge know how they conduct business..

      This business is a scam. My elderly grandmother came in to buy 2 tires from them, RNR tire then forged her signature signing multiple documents that she was not aware of. They have then threatened, harassed, and stalked her into trying to pay MORE THAN $1000 for 2 walmart brand tires???!! Rnr you will be hearing from our lawyer. That arbitration letter is void since you forged her signature, we also have proof from a forensic expert that you forged these documents. We will OWN you RNR

      Store manager Lexi is RUDE, will hang up on you. Make you seem like the crappy person. Twist your words on you. Definitely a scam at this location. The Wichita store did not treat me like this.

      My son took his car there to get new rims put on his car and one of the guys that was working on the car damage the front bumper and didnt tell anybody, and my son went back in to talk to the manager. They pulled up the video camera and saw that the kid did damage it and that shop told him to call corporate in the corporate will not answer the phone. We have sent an email on their website where it says contact us. There is multiple people saying that theyve had issues with this company in regards to them not owning up to their mistakes so I would advise anybody to just be careful when you go to this tire shop to get any work done. I e had to hire an attorney

      Seems they only want to deal with credit customers as that is all they talk about. Bought two tires Aturro A/T for front and gave the shop my lock key for the spare which is mounted on back of my jeep They left the flat tire on as the spare and kept my new Yokohama spare and conveniently never could find it. Got home and noticed the spare was never put back and since they lost it gave me some low thread tire which they kept from another vehicle I was out a almost brand new tire They said they would look for a better one never heard from them. Poor service aas it was apparent the mechanic never checked the air pressure in spare as it was flat which makes it seem they knew what they were doing.

      I had to get a new debit card due to fraudulent charges. I was 2 days late on my payment, and they harassed me nonstop. I even had a man text me saying he would come out to my house and take my car. Mind you, it is a holiday weekend too! Absolutely ridiculous.

      I purchased my Falken Wildpeak at RNR Tire Express last year. That was the STUPIDEST move after canceling my purchase at Discount Tires.
      They told me that after my year was done, I would be able to purchase the renewal of the roads side assistance. I showed up today and they didn't just LIE about that, but come to find out, my tires also no longer have warranty on them! I said to the manager "so you're telling me if the tire has a hole, and you can't fix it, I would have to pay the full amount for a new tire when it was only supposed to be $50"? He said YES!
      In that case I would have bought them at Discount Tire where the warranty their tires for almost the lifetime of the tire. "Yes they do, they have great warranty on their tires" he responded! ??
      I was so angry at the lies they give ?? just to get people to purchase! I will NEVER buy there again, and I will remain a loyal customer to Discount Tire!

      I have a payment plan set up with RNR and they are threatening criminal charges, which by the way is illegal. All they can do is sue me for what I owe! The last is very disrespectful and very controlling, the way she was texting me was very unprofessional and rude! Someone needs to talk to this lady! Her name is Lexi!

      I recently returned tires to RNR and they have not returned my personal wheels from my vehicle. I keep getting the runaround and they blocked my phone number. I was supposed to receive them today but I have not seen them be delivered to my home address.

      I initially purchased 4 tires for my *****. I paid them off in the ***** period which was like 120 days I think. Had no problems with them. So I purchased another set for another car of mine. Again in the beginning no issues. On my 3rd set of tires is when I started to receive issues with them. My pays changed so I was trying to get on a bi weekly schedule vs weekly. In the beginning they said they would work with me. Then I started receiving messages saying they was in my area to repo my tires. I called and flipped they said no there not coming to get my tires. So after a week of dealing with this I said I would just figure out the weekly payment because Im tired of being threatened of having my tires repossessed. Also they was suppose to do alignments and my car pulled so bad that I had to pay another shop to align my car.. if u are 6 days behind they threaten to come and get your tires. Unfair that we are paying more than what these tires are worth and have had to 2 tires switched out all ready. They say if they repo your tires then they will sue you for the total balance of tires plus court fees. They will not help you and as a consumer we have no rights. This company can threaten you all they want. Corporate doesnt call you back at all. I left a message over 4 months ago. They say they work with you and they dont its a lie. They tell you what they want to tell you just to get you to purchase. I have more complaints about this company cant fit it all on here. Can something be done about this company?
