      The ********* store took advantage of my son who is 52 and is mentally challenged. He purchased a set of tires and wheels without checking credit to see if he could even pay for them. I made him take them back. When the tires were mounted, apparently they changed the locks and didnt provide a key. When called them they told , well its your problem now. I am his mother and I will have to pay for some other tire company to check and pay for a new key. This is not a reputable company. I will not recommend them, my name is *************************, Thank you

      Went to Richmond Va ,W. Broad St. Location and had trouble ever since .Only 1 person there was always helpful ,Miles great Salesman but Dwayne the manager or acting manager was definitely Un professional always wanted to blame other employees but he was always the one front and center not only did they have my vehicle for 2 weeks they messed the paint up .so never take your vehicle there straight clowns

Josh, a well seasoned manager has taken over management of the store. We apologize for not providing an excellent shopping experience with us.

      They are not a company with integrity. I purchased tires for one of our cars and bought them out right. They were helpful and so when winter hit another vehicle of ours needed tires soon and I did not have the thousand dollars so I went ahead and did the 120 days same as cash option. I asked the manager what my payments needed to be to so I met the 120 days same as cash, he gave me a number and I paid 200 dollars upfront and set up the payment arrangement per what he told me I needed to pay to be paid off before the 120 days. I am now well out of the 120 day and am still having money deducted from my bank. I tried to reach them multiple times, I still have the text from the manager (who was supposed to have sent me my paperwork) who said he would send all my paperwork because when I was there there was an issue with making copies so he said he'd send me the info. I have never received it to this day. I reached out multiple times. When I was able to call they told me my payoff amount was still 650 dollars. I have already paid **** for my **** tires. I was told from the new manager I am basically paying interest and the only way he can help is if I came in. I told him I work out of town and would have to meet with him to "look at my contract". I told him no thank you, I am not wasting more time to sit and be lied to my face. So I am going to end up paying almost double, if not more. It is sad that this company preys on people, withholds information and also doesn't follow up with customers. ****** learned. I will stick with Tirebarn for our other cars

      This place is a joke, they well tear your vehicle up an blame you. I mean there the experts right they should know what there doing right. But key word here should but THEY DONT!!! they put way to big of a tire on my truck an it has made all kinds of issues it teaing up my fire wall an now the metal it starting to get messed up! Not gonna lie at this point i know the tires are gonna end up popping an am worried this well cause a accident an make more problems for me!!! An im done dealing with Jason,John Lyod, Rachel as well as Kevin the one who caused all these issue to begin with he was informed from the jump i didnt want to put a lift or spacer or any kind of customizing done to my truck period but now as we speak im having a lift kit put on my truck so rubbing well stop! ive come outta pocket now 255 buck for firestone to look at my truck an mind you RNR sent me over there so i feel they should have pay but there NOT!!! an the jokers think i should keep paying when there not trying to help fix the problem they created to begin with! when i spoke with Jason he informed me its none of my business how he runs his business. id really like to speak with Dave/David whoever is over Jason at this point. Im done talking with any an everyone else but my lawyer well be getting ahold of you all dont worrie an bossier location well be closing down soon watch an see

      for starters there should be a negative zero on here as a rating for certain businesses like this one. I went to purchase some tires i informed them of the plan i wanted to use a different buying program they said theirs was cheaper i purchased the tires gave them half the the money owed $200 before the first payment was due that was at the end of january and here i am in august still owe them $222.00 for tires that costed me $400. I feel this is highway robbery and they should not be allowed to do this to people. I feel money is owed back to me. and they should be under investigation for their immoral business ethics

      This place has no morals what so ever,there's no customer service about them (an im talking all the way up to ************************* DM. If I get this *************************** email or phone number ill be calling him as well!) As soon as you sign that contract your dirt under there shoes!! Don't let nothing happen to the rims or tires because the salesman ***** well say YOU DID IT!! An sling his hands all around walk off then turn an yell....I'LL BE BACK AFTER HES MORE HALF WAY ACROSS THE PARKING LOT!! AN IM SUPPOSE TAKE THIS AN SMILE I DONT THINK SO!! YOUR PAYING THREE TIMES THE ***** FOR SOME RIMS AN TIRES COME ON YOU DO SOME MUCH BETTER!! My husband was trying pay cash an ***** of course the salesman talked him into renting them so he'd have a warranty bla bla...well never do business with these people again ever or recommend to anyone ************ location. I could write a book from the 2 weeks of experience I've had go though with these people! But I did it...***** measured the tires not once but three times an check the system twice well guess what my tire are to big an there rubbing an messing my inner front skirting up all the way to the metal now. This so not business like.

      I've never regretted leasing through a company so much. A month ago I asked my remaining balance-- it was $88 but they offered $76 to pay off that day, I didn't have the money that day so I didn't. On my next payment I paid an extra $20 and which would have put my balance at ~30. I called today and they said I have a balance of $160 and the $88 was just a one day offer when I have all of the messages saying that was my balance in the first place and they're refusing to acknowledge anything they've said prior and charging me double what I owed last month. Easily the biggest scam company I have ever gone through and will never be returning.

      I have been renting from Ocala fl rnr for a year and a half no issues today I called I am 4 days late on my payment trying to explain to the person on the phone I had a unexpected expense and needed to double up my payment on this upcoming Saturday he told me he would not be able to do that a year and a half never later always on time and now when I have a issue the guy was rude talked to me nasty I finally just hung up the phone ... they made a bad day even worst ... I have never in my life been treated like this by a business

      First off, they are not helpful people and 2nd i got wheels and tires but the wheels used Nd they had chips in the wheels and 2nd they told me one price than tried to make me pay 180 every 2 weeks for used wheels that were damaged!! Do not waist ur time at this place thet we screw u over just because they can
