We had a great experience when we bought tires for a car we had . Brought another vehicle in because rim was leaking air . Okay lets get rims , we get the rims and had to have a payment delay , had to spoke to them they okayed that it would not go out . I would pay them Friday . Payment had went out when it was not supposed to. This had happened more than once if I did not catch it nothing would have been done . After that decided to return the wheels and put the old ones back one . My rim . One rim leaked before . Now I am being told that a few of my rims will probably leak . Alright sounds little fishy to me . Also currently waiting while tire tec is useing a grinder on aluminum rims . How ever should not be happening!!!!!! Also your shop techs also need to practice customer interaction when talking to them , this will also have a negative impact on your business I know this is not a professional way of communicating my experience but this is unacceptable .

Very unprofessional being banned because my car broke down and I wouldn't change tires and return rented tires myself. Please help me make sense of this non sense and they are still trying to debit my account after they came to an agreement with the lein holder of the vehicle i don't understand

Had an issue at a local shop to me, finally after 3 months was resolved. I lost a good amount on a sell, due to lack of communication and length of time (I was told 3 weeks, took 3 months). Once it was all said and done, corporate had contacted me via email. Gave my person info, and was told someone would be in contact. That was September 30, and still no call.

Sometimes, you are short of money and have no credit. You are in desperate need of tires. In comes RNR. This is the kind of business that caters to those with bad credit or no money. I had a need, they served it. Since those with bad credit or down on their luck come here, the price is higher. If someone had good credit, they wouldn't come here. This is the price you pay for having bad credit. They don't fool around. This is not a credit card company where they give you a grace ******* They make this statement up front in no certain terms: Pay on time or lose the tires. They won't sue you or send you to collections. They will come to your house and take the tires off of your car. What, didn't pay and they called you, asking for their money? That's not harassment. That's good business.

.I am filing a formal complaint against RNR Tire Express, located at **** **** ****** ** *** *********** ** ***** for repeated harassment and unethical business practices, which have caused me significant distress as a senior citizen. I entered into a lease/purchase agreement for tires about a year ago and have been paying nearly three times the average retail price for these low-grade tires. Recently, I owed only a few hundred dollars but experienced a paycheck delay due to an error at work. I explained this to RNR Tire Express, and they initially agreed to a Friday payment. Despite this, they began texting me multiple times starting Wednesday, demanding immediate payment. After borrowing money to pay the bill, I made the payment after 5:00 PM via their link. However, they resumed texting me the very next morning at 9:00 AM, continuing to demand payment. This back-and-forth harassment—texts starting at 9:00 AM while I was at work, multiple demands per day, and changing payment terms—has caused overwhelming anxiety and stress. I believe their aggressive communications, especially to a senior, are unprofessional and borderline bullying. I have phone records that prove their excessive and relentless contact. I request that consumer protection agencies investigate RNR Tire Express for their unethical practices, to prevent further harm to vulnerable individuals like myself.

It started off good (I think) I brought my 2019 car for nice rims to purchase out right. I was convinced to get 20's not the size I ordered. Overtime, I began to have blowouts. ***** was helping resolve and was going to get the problem repaired as it was clearly RnR fault. But here comes ***** the Regional Mgr forcing me to take it to the dealership saying they need to know for sure if it was their fault. After the much ************* I went a new shop which showed if the tires and rims were out of market, the extended control arm needed to be done. Now, ***** who claimed over and over that they were going to resolve the issue and we would be friends when it's all done continued to lead me down the road with NO Resolution. Finally 5 weeks of horror I texted him what will he do on fix. ***** told me to read my email. They are not going to fix my problem. DO NOT USE RNR. They are Trash, unprofessional, and have no idea what they are doing and not qualified to do what they do. #CamaraNation #JaxStreetpredatorz #CorvetClub #NationalChapter #*** #**** #*** #*** #**** #***** #****

This place needs to be shut down!! They mark up the price of used tires like crazy and the interest they charge are ridiculous. They take advantage of people. A tire worth less than $380 brand new they sell it to you for almost $800 and used. They send their goons to remove your tires messing up sensors after youve communicated that you will make a full payment in a day and not take any accountability for it. Read whatever you sign with them carefully because that is how they get you.

Do not believe the "best tires for the best prices" advertising! And DO NOT get on a long term payment plan. I purchased 2 tires from RNR last October and have paid a total of $700 so far with $300 to go for two tires that are literally worth $284. Yes, they have some benefits to purchase from them, but free rotation and balance and tire repair for life doesn't add up to the 4X overpayment I have spent on these tires! Interest rate 50%!!! Really!!! There are way better options with their competitors!

Went in looking for tires for my pick up showed them some tires they had that I wanted and was told to be back in 30 min. When we got the call it was ready I headed over there only to find out they decided they were going to sell me some used tires that were not the ones I asked for. I told them that was not what I wanted and the manager said the ones I wanted wouldn’t fit even though we talked about about how they would fit with another employee and the manager insisted these were the tires that my Truck needed and he even said he gave me a discount in a tone that sounded like he was saying that I should be grateful he discounted me those used tires. No one ever called to ask me Or notify me if it was OK for them to put different tires on. I would not recommend going there because at the end of the day they are going to put whatever they want on your car and then make up some bogus excuse As to why they put them on there. I did confront the employee who I spoke to about the first set of tires I had chosen, and she choked up and that’s when the manager jumped in making all kinds of excuses. We had full payment for the original tires we wanted but can’t understand why the manager decided it was a good idea to sell us cheap used tires instead.

I bought new tires from them in August of 2024. I had some health issues that didnt allow me to drive my car for 7 months. They worked with me in my payments. Then yesterday more than a year after paying off tires, I had 2 flat tires. I didnt have one close by to help me. Out of desperation I called RNR and spoke to ******. I told him I had no one to call. He said dont worry, Im gonna take care of you. He sent ****** to my location and he filled my tires up. I then followed him back to RNR. They checked my tires and even installed TPS (tire pressure sensors) at NO CHARGE!!! Dont expect that to happen. But what you can expect is professional, honest and great service. They dont just take care of you once. They have shown that my future tire needs are going to be with RNR Tire! Thank you to the General Mgr ******! Total first class job. ****** and ****** thank you for your confidence and going above and beyond!
