1 starWe had windows installed in Oct. 2024, we had them come out for issues several times. We told **** the person who install windows that the bathroom window had a scratch on it. He said I might be able to clean it off. They left without as much as showing us how they work. Aleasha, came out after our complaint and she walked us through, also she found windows needed to be lubricated, and one of them came off the side when she tried to open it. Problem was fixed. Now we are not able to get the scratched window replace even though it is under warrantee. They keep telling us that we have to deal with PGT, we did not do business with PGT. We paid cash for the windows and now we cannot get warrantee honored. We are very unhappy with this result. Or get returned call from management or someone who can resolve problem.Review fromDARREN J

Weather Tite just finished out windows. I cannot say enough how happy I am that we chose this company. I was impressed with their responsiveness and measurement appointment, which gave me the confidence they would do what they promised. Well, our install was even more impressive! Very professional and clean-cut installers who made us very comfortable having them work in our home. The install was precise, with no damage to our stucco. Even the caulking was perfectly clean. Might be the best contractor experience I've had of all the renovations we've done.

I wanted to take the time to write this review because in these days and times it is unusual to find a company that delivers excellence from the sales process right thru installation. Weathertite Windows and their superior sales person (**** ******) were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of my process in looking for a window company, reasonable priced, excellent product and professional installers. I started this process with one main focus, I wanted the best windows on the market for a Florida home and I wanted a company that wasn't pressure packed to sell their windows and had installation teams that were employees not subcontractors. Weathertite fits all of those features, **** ******, when he came to our house looked at every window in the house to take general measurement and then discussed the installation process, the install teams the process for ordering and the timeline for installation, he created an estimate for us with detail about the windows and answered a number of questions that both my wife and I had regarding the install process and the woodwork we have in our house. No pressure from **** to sign on the dotted line he just simply asked if we had any further questions and then told us he would look for our call and if he did not hear from us he would call us in a week to get our answer or answer any additional questions wee had. When we determined that they were our best option we proceeded to work with **** and he let us know when final measurements would be made and the timeline for installation. I can not speak more highly about the installation team, they do one window at a time, they clean up after each window, they moved furniture and returned it when the window was installed. Our team consisted of 2 people and they completed our home in a single day (11 Windows). I would highly recommend **** ****** and Weathertite Windows if you are considering replacing your windows in your home.Excellence from Sales thru InstallationWeather Tite Windows

Happy to say that we got through Hurricane Milton, in part because of our new WT windows, installed this summer. We were in the north eye wall in Sun City Center, and we needed all the safety we could get. We wanted this level of protection and are glad we got it done. Installation was professional; prices were fair. Very pleased with this company and their work. Highly recommended.Weather Tite Windows

I shopped for windows for 1 whole year. Renewal by ******** was the worst with a ton of lies that wasted alot of my time! The clear choice is WEATHER TITE! They listened to me and met all my needs! They went above and beyond with service and quality! I got a terrific price and the best quality of window! *************** worked with my budget and was able to deliver the custom windows. My concern was also installing 16 windows correctly. Install team ****** and ****** were so nice and professional! They treated my home like it was their own. Their work was so clean & you can tell they had a ton of experience and knowledge. They worked fast and did it right the first time. As a homeowner I felt relaxed through out the process and that I was in good hands from beginning to end. I highly recommend Weather Tite because this is a company that cares! They are top notch! A++ no headaches or lies and great service! The quality of the windows are so worth it! We can feel the difference inside our home. Reduced noise, feeling of security, definitely lower energy bills, no more boarding up on the 2nd story for hurricanes! Everyone in the neighborhood watched the install and was complimenting the installers. No more builder grade old windows draining my wallet with high energy bills! We are in 2024 with a modern new look! We are so happy to have had such a wonderful experience with Weather Tite! I will be forever greatful to them! Thank you so much! They installed a sliding glass door for us. The sales person that first came to give us the estimate was helpful, professional, and knew what we needed. The installers were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The sliding glass door looks amazing! The entire experience was great. We would highly recommend using them and if we need any other windows replaced, they will be our first call. Thank you Weather Tite Windows!Weather Tite Windows

I must say that Weather Tite Windows did an amazing job from start to finish. I was concerned that our house, built in 1954, would be very difficult to replace the windows without causing extensive damage to the exterior stucco and interior plaster. ******, the sales rep, explained the complete process to us in detail and was very accommodating. The installation crew of ****, ******* and ******* did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and respectful.Weather Tite then followed up with us in person and by phone.I would highly recommend them for window replacement.Weather Tite Windows
