  I called about a sty in my eye. When I got there, they had me fill out the paper work, there was a page that needed me to sign in 3 places about I was getting a comprehensive eye exam. I refused to sign that page because I was there for a sty, not an eye exam. The woman told me to sign it and they would treat me for what I came in for once I was called into the exam room. I got called in, the girl started giving me the chart test...all the letters I was able to read. I told her I was there for my eye as I pointed to it, not an eye test. She blew it off and finished the eye test. She did a half *** job, I've had those test before. She knew I was getting screwed by the Center for Sight so she hurried up and got out. The next guy in a lab coat came in....I told him I was there for my eye not an eye test as I pointed to my eye......he gave me his part of a half *** eye test and told me they had me down for that as he walked me to the cashier. He gave me a referral to come back and have a consultation.....meaning more charges and nothing done again. If I was stupid enough to come back a third time, I get to have a doctor look at it. These people are scammers, they milk the old people in ****** like the cash cows they are. I've read the other reviews on here and they are very similar. This is elder abuse and should be prosecuted, where is AARP? I think ******** would be well advised to take a look into this organization..... DO NOT! COME TO THESE SCUM BAGS!!!

  ************************* is a liar, a proven liar, she is literally the worst physician I have ever experienced. She is ****, ego maniac, condescending, megalomaniac, narcissistic and a false witness to the truth. She is a liar. A PROVEN LIAR on record multiple times. Truly one of the worst experiences of my life. It started out great, with my cataracts surgery, but that day of my surgery it went bad fast, kept getting worse every visit. They did not communicate with me and now I only have long distance viewing in one eye, the other eye doesnt work, which is not what I wanted, which is what I made ******* clear during my first consultation. ******** ophthalmologist did not see eye to eye or agree and would give me conflicting information. When questioned, she got upset, defensive. Exactly what a doctor should not do, unprofessional. But she is right because she is the surgeon, listen to me Im right,Im the surgeon. I would STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else for any of your eye procedures.If you care about your eyes and your well-being, DO NOT GO HERE!I regret going here m, trusting ******** doctor. They both have scarred me for life and dont care that they did. They said get some readers and youll be fine. My life is so much more difficult now , I am not OK because of them. They have ruined my eyes forever and they could care less.Regardless of how I feel, I pray for them all to change their ways to turn to God to ask forgiveness, for what theyve done to me and many many others. Honestly, I feel that if they could just stop and remember that each person that comes through their door is a patient who is coming to them with issues with their eyes, the most precious sense that we have, theyd come off of auto-pilot and stop treating their patients like an assembly line of people coming through, like cattle. This may be a repetitive, day to day procedure for them, but its a life changing surgery for the patients who entrust them with the procedure.

  Trying to collect money from you fraudulently and you call their billing service and they don't fix it they just blame someone else. I've been going here for years but something has changed. NOT GOOD.

  Do not trust Dr. DeRojas! Had cataract surgery in May. I have been going in every 3-4 weeks since! My vision continued to worsen each time. I would see a different doc for these visits, never seeing the actual surgeon - except for my one week post op, he asked me who did my surgery - YOU did doctor! Really? They continue to tell me I have dry eyes, spent a small fortune on numerous drops that never worked, he also told me to get some warm pack which didn’t help. Last week I had yet another apt, the nurse doing my tests just kept saying hmm, this is odd, I’ve never seen anything like this. I know doc will rectify the problem! In walks Dr. DeRojas, I’m just another number, not a patient. He senses my frustration. He tells me I now have a bubble in my left retina!! He said he’s not real sure why as normally this happens right after surgery. Prescribes yet another drop, tells to come back in a Month! If it’s not better in a month then we’ll refer you to a retina specialist. He said the drop is for the L eye, but he won’t judge if I use it in my right eye as welI? I know something isn’t right. I referred myself to ****** ******, doctor ***** ***** is amazing. As well as her staff! I had EMERGENCY surgery that day as I had a tear/hole in each retina!! Good ole’ De Rojas wanted me to take some drop for another month. I was headed for two detached retinas! Thank goodness I went with my gut. I’ve called CFS numerous times, hold time as long as 1 hour at times. I tried getting my records, the manager ended up hanging up on me!! Really? Such great customer service center for sight. I called CFS again, three days ago to talk with a nurse, office manager, anyone who might be able to assist in this mess, she said someone would call me back….not one word! Such great customer service once again. I have paid approx $12K, so irritating. End result? My vision is bad, I have floaters, haloes and can’t drive at night! I will never recommend CFS! Ps, call me when you see this!
