  *********** were very helpful and did a great job with my ac blower replacement. They were prompt and professional. Cleaned ductwork to aid in the air quality of my ac system. Reminder - maintenance is critical! ************

  Buyer beware! When we first hired this company, we read the reviews and took them with a grain of salt. We decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this company's promises are are BS! They like to push new products on the customer while not living up to their promises. In 2022 we signed a three year contract. They are now claiming, we didn't pay for the three year contract which is another BS story. They were required to complete certain tasks each time. It was our responsibility to call them and schedule appts. Which we did. We are one year into the contract and Radco failed to complete the tasks on the check list which resulted in major damage to our flooring. A build ** in the line that was part of their maintenance agreement. was not flushed out resulting in our damaged floor. Today they want to wordsmith the agreement to meet their lack of performance and are refusing any responsibility or sending someone out to inspect your claims. We want our money back!

  I needed help with my system as it wasn't blowing cold. The compressor went. I didn't know it at the time and thought it was the booster charger because it was burnt. I went and explained the situation to *****, the woman at the desk, and she informed me it was likely the compressor. I didn't listen, bought the booster can and installed it. A/C worked for a day then cut out on me. So, unfortunately I had to bite the bullet and get a new one. They came a did a complete system. They never made me feel bad about buying the parts and trying to do it myself. They never tried to push anything on or upsell me. Heck the guy even said the unit we had was overkill and suggested a smaller one for cheaper! At it cools the house just fine. I appreciate their help very much.

  Weve been with RADCO, *** A/C, Heating and Appliances for about 8 years now and they have been nothing but wonderful!We began our service with them with an emergency call which they responded to and because of our timeframe, were able to install a new system for us in just one day! Phenomenal!Since that time theyve been wonderful about inspections and little upgrades as needed. They truly work with their customers to give the best service possible. Would give more stars if we could!!

  Redcoat took care of the air conditioner for my mother, a widowed senior. They treated her very well, they provided an excellent service at excellent pricing. *********** were our technicians and we couldn't ask for two nicer guys. We were treated like family.

  How sad that this business has to price gouge on simple parts. I could have purchased the part (dryer door safety switch) online for $7.00, with a 3 day delivery time, but I want to support local small businesses. Wow!!!! Part cost me over $30!!!! When I questioned the cost their response was only to say do you still eant it!!! I did purchase the part as I drove 10 mile to their shop, and wanted to get the dryer fixed, but never again will I spend my money here!!!!!!

  I called ***, the owner of Radco, **** on a Sunday afternoon to have the heating element changed on my Maytag dryer. He was very professional on the phone and said his repairman, *****, could come out to my home the same day. ***** called about 30 minutes before arrival. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the repair. Thank you for a great experience!

  Turned on AC last night, Thermostat reading was 76*. I set AC to 70*, but after an hour or so, the house temperature was only 74*, normally it takes ***** min for Thermostat reading to drop six degrees, at that point I knew the only thing working on AC unit was the Fan. Needless to say, I pulled out a portable fan, and turned on the ceiling fans to maintain house temperature at 73*. Let me tell you I couldn't wait for 7 am to get here this morning, so I could call RADCO **************************** for assistance. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years. *** put me on the schedule for same day appointment, for which I was very greatful. *********** arrived at the house before noon, pointed out where the low voltage wires had been chewed up by some type of wild animal. AC repairs were completed in just under an hour. Can't ask for better service!
