      Fraudulent company. I had to cancel my credit card right away. Was charged almost double online booking price. Then got to speak to a representative in *****...immediately called my credit card company and reported charge and closed my card.

      DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE!! This company is a complete scam. Will be reporting to BBB immediately. I *accidentally* booked a hotel reservation through them and never received an email confirmation of the reservation. I called the hotel and they told me I could have the company cancel the reservation for a full refund any time prior to 24 hours before check in.My check in is in 5 days and I have Covid and need to cancel my trip. The hotel thankfully gave me the name of the site that I booked through so I reached out to cancel, and they stated that the hotel will not process a refund and the reservation is nonrefundable. They also sent me a fake confirmation email alleging that I had agreed to a non refundable reservation which NEVER HAPPENED and which I NEVER RECEIVED prior to requesting the cancelation.*They are now holding nearly $700 dollars and refusing to refund it. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE OR PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.

      Book Online (parent company Hotel Planner) is absolutely terrible. The company engages in deceitful advertising and misleads customers. Do yourself a favor and never do business with Book Online.

      My son made it to State in Madison, WI and the team decided to stay at the Madison Cambridge Hotel. I googled the hotel and called the number that came up and booked three rooms. The person kept telling me we had to hurry to make sure that the rooms stayed available in the system. This is the first red flag I shouldn't have ignored. Two hours later I called back because the price I was charged was over double what other parents had paid. It was almost impossible to navigate the automated system and once I got a real person, they could not help answer any questions and stated that management was not available for me to speak to. I was charged a 30 percent cancellation fee which I was not aware of when I booked. I was also not told that my credit card would be billed right away. When this company answered the phone they did not disclose that they were a third party booking agency and they did not inform of cancellation fees. Based on my experience it is fraudulent business and they should be shut down. I reported them to the better business bureau.

      I reserved a room on 10/15 at a local hotel. I googled searched this hotel, and saw a rate of $125. After clicking a link to book the room, I was in touch with an agent. Amazingly enough I was charged $257.27 (MORE THAN DOUBLE).I get to the hotel, and they don't have any idea of my reservation to the hotel, and charged me the actual rate of the hotel which was $174.90.This place is a ****. They're not acting in the interest of their "customer" I'm not even sure that this is a real business.
