The entire booking process, including the time to receive both a confirmation email and text, took less than four minutes. 1 starVery fraudulent company. I was told when I booked that if I needed to cancel that I would get refunded in full. I canceled my reservation due to unforseen circumstances and was only refunded 1/2 of my money. I called them and complained and spoke with an incompetent employee who kept asking my name overe and over again and my husband's name needless to say after a long phone call nothing was resolved and the incompetent employee said he would have a supervisor contact me and he hung up on me and to date nobody from this company has contacted me. Anyone sending out wedding invitations do not put their link in your invitatons they are a fraudulent company.Review fromLinda W

1 star******* They had there phone number inserted on Travel Lodge webpage to call and make reservations. I called thinking I was speaking to Travel Lodge. The website had my room list at $100 a night. I was quoted o price of $120 which included fees and taxes. I paid via credit card. At the hotel they had my reservation; when I checked out I received a receipt stating I was charged $189. HotelPlanner.com added additional money without my consent. ******* was awesome in our time of need. We had been trying a long time to find a hotel and something affordable. Everything was booked up or way to expensive.
